Probably the worst stay over the last 6 trips. Blocked shower, limited towels. The room outdated required renovation. When I asked for towels to be replaced, I was told that I will be charged for it. At the end I was promised to receive towels but it never happened. The standard of hotel was lower than hostel, staff not effective for the price equal to pan european hotels. The cost of night around 120 eur. Rip off . Never again!

Great value for money at this hotel and would go back again when visiting Katowice. Lovely food at the restaurant here!

Rude receptionist at the check in Dirty towels No soap at the bathroom Bathroom fan cluttered with dust and mould Room furniture full of dust Pool opening hours 5 to 8 pm Paid for upgrade but only happened the second day Two days to checking about things was left on the first room we stayed We will never stay there again

Wellnessbereich absolut unhygienisch verdreckt. Zwischenzeitlich waren Kurse für Kinder da die nicht zum Hotel angehören. Was eigentlich mich nicht stören würde aber man findet da keine Ruhe. Und 4 Saunen hat nur eine Funktioniert. Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich waren verdreckt und beschädigt. Abflüsse waren offen somit der ganze Geruch von dem Abfluss nach oben kam. Also das war so schlimm das ich mein Urlaub abrechen musste.
