Room was available early and checkout to 2pm Gym and Spa/pool are quite frankly one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The Gym especially was very large and well equipped Staff all friendly and helpful. Room service prompt and excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you.

Hotellet var absolut lækkert. Flot stand, dejligt værelse med fantastisk udsigt. Eneste minus var, at poolområdet var lukket og det derfor ikke kunne benyttes. Skybaren laver fantastiske drinks. Hotellet vil jeg klart vende tilbage til, hvis byen skal besøges igen.

Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!

The hallway carpets were stained. The bed was worn out and lumpy. The bathroom drain was super slow draining. The towels are old and coarse. The newly installed thermostat wasn’t working properly and was constantly blinking throughout the night. The large screen tv was awesome, but the connection to the cable system was dysfunctional. I called maintenance and he came to fix it but shortly after he left it conked out again. The hotel was sold by Marriott and I see why. They realized it would cost too much money to fix everything. Great location though, nice lobby but the room was dated and flawed.

The room was extremely outdated. The bar door was broken. The bathroom tub was clogged. Bathroom was very tiny and uncomfortable with lots of damages around. But, the reception area was fully renovated. The spa was amazing.

The hotel is well equipped for guests and centrally located. Unfortunately a couple service aspects did not meet expectations. Room TV was operating poorly. After a couple visits by technician on the third day of my stay, the hotel changed the TV. Daily room upkeep was inconsistent.

I stayed in a standardroom on the 36th floor. I liked the amazing floor. The room is not spacious but functional. The is a big bed. Bathroom is rather small with a bathtub in which you must stand to take a shower. I used breakfast 1 time which is rather expensive but with a wide selection. There is a swimming pool too which is used 1 time. The hotel is located very central next to Warsaw Central Train Station and a big, modern shopping mall.

I booked a 2 night stay here based on location and proximity to transportation and had a good experience. The check in was fast and the staff was very courteous. The room itself was fresh and clean. The beds were a bit flat but sheets were fresh, overall comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. View from our room on 30th floor was lovely, room was front facing. The TV however, kept glitching and shutting itself off, connection to channels was not stable. The hotel was also kind of noisy with construction going on starting in the morning. We didn’t have time to try the gym/pool or restaurants but overall I’d recommend this hotel.

Soft uncomfortable mattress, foil curtain around the bathtub full of bacteria’s, very small bathroom, dated room and furniture, old and very noisy air condition, overpriced breakfast in restaurant so full that you can hardly move between other guests. Good hotel rooms, good location. Staff were great, food options excellent. Some things to note: 1) The desk has a drawer underneath it which rubs on your legs when using it. Still better than not having one, but I wouldn't want to be working at the desk for more than an hour or so. 2) The blockout on the curtains isn't perfect - once the sun comes up, you may need an eye mask. 3) Despite being on the 37th floor, you can still hear the trams as they rumble past outside. Enough to wake you if you're a light sleeper. 4) It's very close to the central station, which is part of the attraction to staying here. 5) The 'old town' is a 45 minute walk away, but you can halve that if you use the trams or subway. 6) I stayed in a standard room, but it's worth noting it's not that accessible. The bathroom is fairly small and you need to step in and out of the bathtub in order to have a shower. 7) I wouldn't bother staying here if it's just for the view. Honestly, you get the best view in Warsaw by going up the Palace of Culture and Science for about $10.

Examples include I asked for a change of kettle and to borrow a plug and they said they’d do it but when I got back hours later they hadn’t. Then I ordered an early morning taxi and when I arrived to take it they hadn’t booked it.

Usually very good stay with the Marriott. Checking out they charged my card again for the stay when it was paid already. No help was provided to fix the problem, just telling me that I have to wait for their mistake to be fixed. Basically no apology, not even a coffee offered. Will not use Marriott again for my travels

A nice Hotel in the real center of Warsaw, in 2 cases Staff were not professional at all, first the concierge as I was waiting for some Grocery and I kept asking them if they got it or not and they keep saying that they have not got anything for 2 Days, then after complaining we knew that they got it from the first Day, after they ruined my stay I've been told it was a miss communication ! Second case my fridge did not work properly a technician were sent he said it's normal for the fridge not to be cold !! he did nothing to the fridge and next day it was very cold without any effort from him !! the 2 cases were in just 3 Nights accommodation which is too much for 3 nights, service need to be improved in this Hotel.

The hotel is great and meets all expectations. We did have a rude European yell at us at the pool, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault, and to their credit, the life guard witnessing this was very calm and diplomatic when handling the situation. Hotel was located very close to the Central train station and plenty of restaurants and mini-marts (incase you don’t want to pay the hotel’s high prices for drinks and snacks). We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Great hotel and accommodation! We loved the beautiful high floor deluxe room we got, the service especially Gregory’s..was excellent. The only downside was during breakfast..the hotel was packed and full of people dining which affects the service and the vibes ..we didn’t like it so much. Location is very convenient too.

The indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym facilities were first class. The staff in the gym were friendly . Room service meal was terrible. Slap dash burger and fries. McDonald’s is a superior product in comparison . No care at all in the presentation and very bland. When we mentioned this to the lady at the desk when we checked out she advised us ‘give our feedback to the kitchen ‘ The rooms were clean but the carpets were very dirty. The passages were old and tired looking and in desperate red of repair. The rooftop bar was very good. High quality cocktails and food- reflected in the price.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I booked a room with a lounge access which was a big waste of money. The lounge was terrible. Nothing to eat during the day. Cakes cost extra money as if it’s not enough the extra money I paid to have access to the lounge. A big disappointment.
