The swimmingpool was closed and we had not received any notification about this prior to our stay. Its a critical that the hotel didnt not make any arrangement with hotels in neighbourhood so hotel guests could use spa facilities during the stay. After all its a ***** hotel.

Great location, very helpful staff at the front desk. Beautiful surroundings, safe , clean area, near the gorgeous Saski Park and beautiful streets and buildings. Lots of arts and cultural spots and events nearby. Small but adequate and modern gym. Coffee service at breakfast needs improvement, too slow.

Great hotel, great staff good restaurants and very nice SPA. The only negative is it if you need the business centre to work. Limited space with chairs only comfortable to have a coffee but not to work. I’d suggest to add a couple of desks with office chairs and a door to protect from the noise

The hotel is in a great location and overall is beautiful. My bed had stained sheets and pillow cases and when I brought it up to the front desk i was kind of dismissed. So that was frustrating. However beds were comfortable and rooms and bathrooms were spacious

The room was extremely clean. I even check in places that normall get ignored such as the top of the bed headboard, top closet selves, and under the bed. All were clean. The service is great, subtle but attentive, very helpful in general. This is what I expect at a 5-star hotel.

Our room at the Sofitel Hotel was exceptionally clean. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom even had a magnifying mirror. Everything was great. We would definitely recommend staying here and if we're ever in Warsaw again, we would stay here, for sure.

Lobby and common areas were very nice, very friendly staff too. The room was however very worn, bed was uncomfortable, terrible sound isolation both between rooms (you could hear others talk normally), and especially towards the street with can be very noisy with traffic during the night. Minibar was not properly restocked during the stay. Idk how this hotel has 5 stars, most 4 star hotels are on par or better than this one.

Everything was perfect - i had superior room though and my friend had regular - which the bathroom was biggest difference , and mine was modern where his was dated . My only negative was carpets - which i feel aways shouldnt be case in 5 star hotels

The king bed has 2 mattresses on top which got separated each night and the bed was squeaky unfortunately. The beds need upgrades. The furniture should be upgraded for 5 star hotel. Otherwise perfect stay. Great location. Free parking on the street on weekends.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Location is incredible. Just a short walk into the Old Town. So many great restaurants nearby as well. Room was a good size, the beds/pillows were soo comfortable. Great wifi, shower pressure good.. Very quiet, never heard any noise. Would definitely stay here If we go back to Warsaw…

Excellent location, large rooms and comfortable beds. Confusion around room service orders, wrong items brought, items missing, surprising items that weren’t on the menu arriving, no salt and pepper etc but resolved by the lovely team. Low humming noise all day and night from a ventilator that can’t be turned off, a broken iron in the room etc - small details but noticeable. All in all a lovely stay.

The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel. Location is great but the hotel has seen its better days and really needs someone update. The AC fan was loud and not working properly. Our hot water bottle was leaking. Lights were flickering at times. Hand soap bottle was empty. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. I mentioned these to the expedia survey and the manager didn’t respond at all. I loved Warsaw but would rate this a 4 star or even 3 star hotel.

Leider, aber ich will meine Erlebnis teilen, letze mein Lieblings Hotel schlecht geworden, bei Frühstück Personal neu Leute, unkompetent, wenn bittest du was sie überhaupt vergessen , Lebensmittel Qualität schlechter geworden . Reception besser, aber nicht so gut wie früher. Sehr Schallisolierung, wenn dein Zimmer ist von der siete Pilsudtskiplatz, dann ist ein Horror in zu einschlafen, ununterbrochen fahren Junge Leute mit Auto und sie sind sehr Laut, es ist schade dass Hotel und Polizei reagieren nicht

Superb hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. We had a swift check-in (and we were early) and room was ready. Polite efficient reception staff. Room was a good size, nice bathroom with full size bath and good power shower. All facilities were superb. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was superb! Huge choices from hot selection, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, freshly made omelettes, continental, salad, ham, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese, cereals, porridge, fresh bread and rolls, fresh honey comb, yogurts, smoothies. We also ate in the bar area, great menu and sensible prices, overall we would most definitely return to this fabulous Hotel.

This was my third time staying in Sofitel hotel. Unfortunately I have noticed some changes. Check in was very sloppy. I have to wait until almost 3 pm ( after my overnight flight from US) and they even forgot that I’m in the lobby waiting. Also huge difference during breakfast. Stuff was trying to be invisible. After finally catching somebody they bring me cold coffee. What have happened to all those nice college kids working in the past. I don’t know if I will be staying here in the future. Location is perfect but you have couple of other hotels…..

I had a few issues on arrival, however after speaking to the Concierge he immediately came to my room to show me alternatives. He helped with my luggage and offered me a welcome drink voucher. Having jet lag i called Room Service at 3.30am and reception went beyond expectation and supplied food at no charge. In the morning a manager called to assess the service. I told it is excellent. I have spent most of my career traveling the world and this service stands out. Congratulations!!

Great location, easy walking distance to the Old Town, the shopping areas around the Culture Palace and all the restaurants of Nowy Swiat. Room was very comfortable, quiet and with good amenities. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, excellent eggs benedict and smoothies. Steamed or fried rice would have been good to go with the Asian condiments. Pool was lovely though didn't have much time spend relaxing there. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

The hotel is tired and could do with an uplift....my headboard was sligjtly scuffed; the mattress had to be turned as it wasnt comfortable; the fridge had to be switched on or replaced...all this detracred from its 5 star rating. Location is wonderful and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is generally very nice and well-kept, plus it is in a fine location between the old (touristy) town and the newer central areas where all the restaurants etc are. My only complaint is that it is very hard to get coffee at the breakfast. The guests cannot take coffee anywhere themselves but have to order it from the servers, which is quite a challenge and often doesnt arrive (to your table). I tried going both at busy and quiet times, but the result was the same. The servers are nice, but both I and many other customers waited in vain for something that could just be put on the buffet instead. Furthermore, the quality of the coffee is not good for a hotel of this level, clearly just a basic automatic machine they have out back, so a simple thermos with filter coffee would have been much better. The pool, sauna and gym are also nice works well.

Really nice hotel, we’ve stayed here a few times now and each time has been brilliant! Delicious breakfast, super comfy beds. Really modern bedrooms, close to the centre can easily walk! Cocktails from the bar were also really nice!
