Skypool auf Etage 43 mit tollem Blick auf das Kulturzentrum. Leider war dieser unseren halben Aufenthalt für Renovierung geschlossen. Großes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Im Bad war der Duschschlauch gebrochen, wurde aber auf unseren Hinweis hin sofort ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Aufzüge waren ausgefallen, was zu etwas chaos geführt hatte, hier wurde aber schnellstmöglich Abhilfe geschaffen.

Great location right in front of the marvelous Palace of Culture & Science and a nice 20min stroll to the Old Town. Be advised dining hall is undergoing renovations and breakfast is being served in the Conference Rooms. Lovely view of the city from the Spa & Gym, which get a bit crowded despite of the need to book a spot (for swimming pool)

Séjour aux standards intercontinental au niveau de l’hôtel. dommage qu’ils se soient mis à gérer les accès à la piscine et au spa (on doit réserver sur internet pour y accéder et payer si on dépasse 1h). On ne s’attend pas à ce genre de contrainte de camps de vacances dans un hôtel de ce niveau.

My first stay at this hotel. The overall experience was above my expectations. Good service and atmosphere. Easy access to the facilities at the topp floor. Only wish there was more than one jacuzzi. It's very popular that one. There was only one mistake during my stay, but i think it might have been a misunderstanding where the hotel staff ordered me a hotel car, when i specifically had asked for a city taxi.

I know this property for over 15 years since I was living in Warsaw and it use to be one of the best. Lately especially in the last 2 years standards have gone way down. Rooms are not cleaned properly(have video proofs) at all and seemed not inspected by supervisors , they also start using cheap materials that are used in 2-3 stars hotels such as very cheap toilets paper, toothbrush etc and that’s not the intercontinental standards that I know. it is time to look for alternatives

Die Lage ist top und direkt im Zentrum. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist gehoben aber nicht die neuste. Unser Zimmer war sauber aber in Dusche war ein bisschen Schimmel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Leider war es immer ziemlich überfüllt. Als wir für etwas Nachschlag vom Buffet zu unserem Tisch zurückkehren wollten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass unserer Tisch samt vollen Gläsern und Tassen abgeräumt wurde und ein anderer Gast bereits daran saß. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool in der 43. Etage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Diesen muss man vorab reservieren. Die Reservierung ist zwar etwas nervig und nimmt einen die Spontanität, dafür wird eine Überfüllung verhindert. Die Nutzung des Pools ist täglich für 1h kostenlos. Schön wäre es, wenn diese auf 1,5h erweitert werden würde.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to most places one would want to see. It is also very close to the railway station and a big mall. I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and what I most appreciate is the soundproofing. The rooms are really quiet. However, this time I noticed signs of wear and tear, especially when it came to bathroom sink faucets. I seem to remember having face towels there previously, which were absent this time. Having said all that, I will definitely stay there during my next visit to Warsaw.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Wellness-Angebot überzeugt durch den tollen Standort im obersten Stockwerk - schade befindet sich die Bar im 1. Stockwerk. Komplett inakzeptabel ist die Zimmerreinigung. Die Betten waren kaum gemacht, völlig verknüllt - jedes Hostel kriegt dies besser hin.

A la reception concrètement Paulina a été d’une impolitesse pas possible. Et surtout voyant bien que je ne parle pas bien l’anglais elle ne fait aucun effort de me comprendre mais elle me place des mots grossiers en face. La suite est que sur hôtels.com On m’a proposé un service que la même Paulina à nié. Sa conduite est pratiquement à la limite du racisme. Pour un hôtel Intercontinental il peuvent mieux trié avant d’engager le personnel et surtout la formation de personnel m’appuyant sur le comportement de Paulina laisse à désirer. Des réservations faites sur hôtels.com ont été introuvables mais facturées 2 semaines plus tard par Intercontinental. Cela relève presque de l’escroquerie. Et pourtant avant mes séjours se passaient très bien sauf les deux dernières fois. Je leur mettteai un zéro

All good , nice rooms although the kettle and coffee machine was leaking at the bottom during both of our seats in this hotel. The spa and pool is lovely, breakfast was delicious although the coffee from the machine during breakfast was terrible. Another point is that room service people could face been more friendly and more professional when ordering food to the room. The man who brought my food order was trying to convince me that the meal I originally ordered for my son was not burned and good enough to eat !! In contrast the staff at the hotel restaurant was very good! Fab location and very helpful concierge. There is also hairdressers on site and it’s next to a huge shopping mall

Great location, with amazing view of Culture Palace, 3 minutes walking from central train station, excellent shopping mall next door and easy walk to Nowy Swiat Street and old town. Room is ok, only air conditioning difficult to adjust. Although you have to book your time to go to the pool (maximum 1 hour per day), it’s always crowded (everybody wants to enjoy the view); and to make things worse you have to share the swimming pool with externals that are training and need to have a part of the pool clear for their training. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Some of the doorman at the hotel were friendly, others less so. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. It has a great variety of food, and good coffee. Service was also good. Our room was spacious and clean. We really appreciated the space. The maids making up the room did a great job. Please compliment them for us. They don't often get enough credit for the work they do. My wife enjoyed the pool facilities very much, even though there was an error in the booking on the first night - we booked the time at 9:00, but the attendent insisted that she had booked for 9:30 p.m. The view of Warsaw from the swimming pool area is spectacular. We appreciated the very central location of the hotel. We were there to attend concerts at the Warsaw Philharmonic Hall, and it is a short walk from the hotel. The mall next to the hotel was also convenient, but dangerous on the wallet! Thank you for making our stay in Warsaw very enjoyable.
