The location is excellent, within 2 minutes you're on the main square. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Noise is an issue, with cars revving during the evening but apart from that the hotel itself is quite quiet and you don't hear noise from rooms/corridor. Spa costs an extra 20pln per person, this was new to me as every other spa hotel I've stayed in Poland (10+) the spa has been included at no extra cost. Also, our room was not cleaned once during our stay which was disappointing.

Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us. When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered. All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful, thank you.

Nice spacious bedroom and very comfy bed. The hotel is positioned in a brilliant central location in the old town and next to the main market square. Only issue was that the steam room in the spa was out of action for our entire stay and the jacuzzi for part of it. The other issue was the long wait for the hotel lifts at busy times of the day.

Great hotel in almost every way except for 2 things: Elevators are slow and you will end up waiting a long time. Check in- the queue was horrendous. Apart from that, nice hotel with good breakfast. Room was big. The earplugs were a worry, and after some research, it seems they are needed on a weekend. We were there on a Monday, so we had a quiet night.

I believe this hotel was refurbished fairly recently, and everything still looks brand new. Our room was lovely, slight noise from a night club opposite but ear plugs are provided. We didn't get any cleaners attending the room over our 4 days, so no extra tea bags but that's a minor criticism. The hotel would benefit in having a concierge service so that someone who knows the area can offer advice on general matters (we asked about trains and other services and were met with blank looks). On a better note, the breakfast was amazing, all freshly cooked and prepared it was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for all types of visitors, the location in the old town is perfect to see the sights.

We had a fantastic experience at the Wyndham in Wrocław! The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, from the rooms to the common areas. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The highlight of each day was definitely the breakfast—plentiful, fresh, and with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wrocław. We’ll definitely be back!

Die Klimasnlage ging nicht. Montag Nachmittag, 17:30 Uhr, war kein Haustechniker mehr verfügbar, um das Problem zu lösen. Zimmertemperatur lt. Anzeige 24 Grad. Fenster war zur Hauptstraße, ließ sich aber nur kippen und es war zu laut. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt!!! Trotz AUFFORDERUNG!! Ich fordere eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 40% des Reisepreises. Die Ausstattung des Hotels und die Lage in der Nähe des Rynek sind super, jedoch konnten wir die zwei Nächte überhaupt nicht schlafen. Direkt vor dem Hotel zur Straßenseite hin war ein Nachtclub und eine Diskothek. DIe laute Musik hielt von abends um 22:00 Uhr bis morgens um 7:00 Uhr an. Da haben auch die Ohrstöpsel die das Hotel auf den Nachttisch gelegt hat, nicht geholfen. Eigentlich ein sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, aber wenn man nicht schlafen kann, nützt das nichts. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal buchen. Schade!

Great hotel. Beautiful room, very nice linens. Large TV, large enough mini refrigerator. Nice clean bathroom. A plus: one can open the window for fresh air! Only few yards away from the large Wroclaw squares with shops, restaurants, street markets.

Room was large well equipped and clean. Staff were polite and efficient. The room comes with earplugs. If your in a room facing out onto a street you will need the earplugs. We stopped mid week, Wednesday and thursday evening were ok but Friday evening was not good. The noise was off the scale. It went on till 05.00. Just a massive noisey party all out on the street with the odd boy racer popping and banging just for good measure. I had the earplugs in and the did help. You have been warned.

Great location. Didn’t eat breakfast or use the bar or restaurant. Also didn’t use the spa. Hotel very nice. Room was described as city view but the window was internal into the atrium of the hotel. Not sure this was a bad thing as it was very quiet in our room and the outside streets were loud at night due to proximity to nightlife.

Lovely looking hotel, comfortable rooms and great location but wait until the night and expect zero sleep. Our room sounded like been in the toilet at a club. Bass reverberating through the room and even the supplied ear plugs!!

We spent one night at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. Parking is extremely easy and is underground. Excellent location for walking to the main Square, lots of restaurants and transportation. Staff were super helpful and it was a great night!

Wir bewohnten vom 31.07. bis 05.08 den Raum 605. Insgesamt gesehen waren wir (Ehepaar) mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Den Zustand des Hotels ordnen wir mit "sehr gut" ein. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet bietet es eine Basis, sich wohlzufühlen. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend, in unseren Augen entsprach es jedoch nicht den Erwartungen, den wir an ein Hotel dieser Klassifikation stellen. Zum Personal an der Reception ist festzustellen, dass wir überwiegend das Gefühl vermittelt bekamen, dass man sich bemühte, es den Gästen recht zu machen. Davon allerdings hatte offenbar eine junge Dame erst wenig vermittelt bekommen. Den Namen der Dame möchte ich an dieser Stelle nicht nennen. Ich erwartete bis zum Tag der Abreise ein wichtiges Dokument, das im Bedarfsfall an meine Heimatadresse nachgeschickt werden sollte. Entgegen einer freundlichen Zusage einer Kollegin am Vortag forderte mich diese Dame auf, in die Stadt zu gehen, um einen Briefumschlag und Briefmarken zu kaufen. Das Versenden des Dokuments würde dann vom Hotel durchgeführt werden. Muss das ein Gast verstehen und gutheißen, der dieses Hotel für einen 5-tägigen Urlaub gebucht hat und dafür ca. 700 bis 800 Euro gezahlt hat?? Wenn ich unterstelle, dass dieses Hotel sowohl über Briefumschläge als auch über Briefmarken verfügt, grenzt dieses Verhalten aus meiner Sicht an Schikane. Man kann mich gerne kontaktieren wenn weitere Informationen erforderlich sind. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Zeer net hotel met indrukwekende entree, mooie jamers en zeer lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Top locatie je loopt zo vanuit hotel echt overal naar toe, en als dit niet lukt tram zit zo dicht bij, en rynek plein het hotel uit en je bent er eigenlijk al echt heel gezelig.

The room and location was lovely. The breakfast, that we only purchased once, was probably the worst one we have ever had. All 'hot' items were cold and the selection was very limited. So not value for the money. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were also uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel and a lovely room in a superb location. We had a junior suite and it was huge with a very comfortable bed. Water machines on every floor with still and sparkling drinking water, as well as bottles supplied in the room, a great amenity! Can be busy in the evening outside but it didn’t affect my stay. The hotel offered a favourable location, only a short walk from the main square. We arrived on Saturday night, and the pubs across the road were very loud; however, they closed for the remainder of the nights we stayed Sunday and Monday and the hotel provided earplugs in the room so we knew what to expect. The hotel was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt somewhat dated and the shower was disappointing. I requested a room change but was told no, so the staff were not particularly helpful. As a gold member of other chains I found this disappointing as get treated better with them

As far as a hotel Wyndham was above the rest. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet, had available snacks. The only complaint for my husband and I was that we like our room chilled when we sleep. For some reason we could not get the room cold enough. Oh and we love love love the idea of providing a water glass for refills and a refill station by elevators. What a great concept!! Oh and Im not a tree hugger although I DO LOVE TREES.. lol
