The room was clean, amenities wonderful and staff friendly. The reason for the lower rating is the room location. We were unfortunately on the city street side and there are clubs right below us (even though we were many floors up). The music was so loud it was very difficult to sleep. The hotel did graciously provide earplugs which made it somewhat bearable, however the street noise was not something we were made aware of, or we would have asked for a quieter room. The music and the bass was so loud you could few it vibrate in your chest and it went very late into the night, perhaps till 4-5am. It did rather ruin our experience, which up to that point was wonderful.

The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, the Old Town, and train station. We had arrived to the hotel 3 hours before check in time after 17 plus hours of flying with our toddler & without hesitation the staff contacted housekeeping if a room was clean & we were checked in instantly. We are extremely grateful for this & I know some hotels don’t offer this, even if rooms are available.

A modern hotel with high quality over all. The room was fairly large and the bed and pillows truly fantastic! The spa with saunas was really good. Breakfast was more than anyone wants, but very crowded and noisy. Nice bar, but with a rather bad clubsandwich.
