Nette Atmosphäre im Haus. Die Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Schönes Bad. Frühstücksbuffet mit unbeschreiblicher Auswahl (für Kinder ist es kostenlos). Fitnessraum und Sauna können gratis genutzt werden. Relativ nahe Entfernung zu (Bus-)Bahnhof und Altstadt. Sky-Tower gleich in der Nähe. Alles in Allem eine tolle home-Base für einen Breslau-Tripp!

Meget central beliggenhed, renoveret i 2016, dvs velholdt og tidssvarende. Der var meget stille på værelset, dvs ingen støj fra byen eller andre gæster. Aircondition og fint udstyr på værelset ( strygejern med strygebræt, hårtørrer, el-kedel, minikøleskab og værdiboks). Jeg var meget glad for badekar, efter en lang og oplevelsesfuld dag. Dejlig med reception 24/7. Meget god/hjælpsom service. Meget god morgenbuffet - meget stor udvalg og god kvalitet. Dejlig med muligheden for bar og restaurant på stedet. Lille men brugbar fitnessrum. Fantastisk hotelophold i meget smukt, historisk og fuld af oplevelses muligheder Wroclaw❤️Vi har haft mange fantastiske kulinariske oplevelser på Wroclaws mange spændende spisesteder.

This hotel provides good value for money but was disappointing in some small ways of which the most off-putting is the appearance of the lobby. It basically seems a mess, particularly as it contains children's play areas and table top football tables. Additionally it has an excessive and unnecessary amount of notices. The staff were a little cool and unfriendly to start with but mostly provided very good service. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was very small. We did not like the fact that the room window could not be opened. The breakfast was excellent both in range and quality of food.

The Novotel Wroclaw Centrum was an excellent hotel for our overnight needs. It was a close 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town Square with lots and lots of shops and restaurants. The walk was nice, as we got to see much more of the city than if we had driven our car. They also offered free bikes to use, although we didn't have time to use them. There is some construction adjacent to the building, but we never heard any noise. They were kind enough to provide earplugs, just in case the noise was too much. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and well worth the $20 charge. The extra plus for us was the EV Charging Station directly in front of the hotel!!! Overall, it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Wroclaw!

Hotellet har en super god placering i forhold til centrum af Wrocław. Masser af shopping og restauranter i nærheden. Lidt kedelig udsigt fra hotellet, men det snyder. Værelser pæne og rene. Desværre skulle to sove på en udslået sovesofa som ikke var beregnet til to. Kæmpe revne ned i midten. Vinduerne kan ikke åbnes, detalje, men det savnede vi. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Wir haben einige schöne Tage im Novotel Wroclaw Centrum verbracht. Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und bietet insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos. Die Lage ist sehr gut – man erreicht schnell die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig, auch unsere Kinder hatten hier eine gute Auswahl und haben es sehr genossen. Leider gab es aber einen Punkt, der unseren Aufenthalt doch deutlich beeinträchtigt hat: Die Luft im Zimmer war recht stickig. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde uns zwar ein Ventilator angeboten, aber ein Zimmerwechsel hätte laut Aussage des Personals keine Verbesserung gebracht, da es bei hoher Auslastung wohl immer so sei. Ein Fenster zu öffnen war leider nicht möglich. Für uns und unsere Kinder war das leider unangenehm. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht, und im Badezimmer gab es leider auch keine Abluft. Außerdem gab es im Lobby Bereich keine Wickelmölichkeit. Alles in allem ist das Hotel eigentlich sehr empfehlenswert, wir geben jedoch aufgrund der geschilderten Umstände 3,5 von 5 Sterne.

Das Hotel liegt günstig, um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu besichtigen. Die Jahrhunderthalle liegt ein wenig weiter weg. Ist mit der Straßenbahn aber sehr gut erreichbar. Zimmer: sind groß und sehr ruhig - Bad allerdings etwas klein. Frühstücksbüffet: es gab keinen Anlass zur Kritik. Umfangreiche Auswahl und immer sofort frisch nachgelegt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt. An der Reception wurde nur Polnisch und Englisch gesprochen. Eine sehr junge Mitarbeiterin versuchte mit uns in Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Das fanden wir hilfreich. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen!!!

We tried to change our booking IN TIME via an agent through hotels.com (we did it before the deadline) and the agent told us that he couldn't help. When we got to the hotel we asked if they could help, but they told us to wait until the next morning, where the right people would be there. When we did, they told us it was too late, and we now have to pay for 3 days instead of 1 night, even though we tried to change before 24 hours prior to the booking. That is simply SOOO bad service!!!!!
