Very pleasant Hotel and I will for sure come back when I will be in the area next time. From breakfast to service everything was great. The only points I can give a comment on is the fitness, which is well equipped, but unfortunately a bit too small.

Wonderful everything - location, food, cleanliness and service. Just be warned there is not a pool - it a mildly warmish hot tub and the spa is tiny. You must ask 1 hour before for them to turn on the heat rooms and it would only comfortably fit 8-10 people max with four loungers.

Good beds (with a selection of pillows), delicate, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. I haven’t tried the spa, but looks very nice. Gym is very fresh but a little small and limited selection of weights. All in all a very nice hotel and very good value for money.

Fantastic room [the larger suites], solid breakfast and service at restaurant. Jacuzzi and Saunas is a great place to relax - very clean. What could be improved is to provide body wash small bottles n rooms with bathtub. Gym, while good use of space, is tiny and could have heavier dumbbells to get a workout Also, has dog friendly rooms in case travling with family/friends that have small dogs. Location next to park and creek ideal for walking, jogging, and biking. Overall 9/10

The hotel is elegant and well located. However the room we were in .. 108 was incredibly close to a tram line which made it very noisy at night and early morning so we didn’t sleep well. The spa is nice but much smaller than it looks on the pictures.

Beautiful hotel. Room was amazing and spa was lovely after a day of walking. Downside was the room that we stayed in ran adjacent to the tram line and it sounded and felt like it was running through the room. Also the bar was small and lacked any atmosphere but was okay for a quick drink before hitting the city.

I spent 40 years on the road. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels. This hotel, the Altus Palace, was spotless. But what really set it apart was the staff. I have never before seen such attention from hotel staff. Always eager and informative. And most of all they were genuine. Really very nice, helpful people. The best!

Sehr chices und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut es war von jedem was dabei, wurst,käse,Obst etc. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben unser Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht und unsere bettsachen befanden sich zerknüllt unter unserem Bettbezug das ist ein No-Go,haben wir in noch keinem einzigen hotel erlebt auch die Handtücher im Bad hingen immer noch so da wie wir es verlassen hatten. Hinter dem hotel befindet sich ein hübscher Park auch die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés und natürlich sehr schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten. Breslau ist eine tolle und sehr saubere Stadt wir kommen auf alle Fälle im Sommer nochmal wieder. Abschließend sei gesagt das wir das hotel weiterempfehlen würden.

The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated and modern. The sauna and spa areas were small but very clean as well. The food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent and the staff were all friendly and spoke both English and Polish

The property is beautiful but we were out in a room just steps off of the lobby on the first floor. Literally you check in, go up four steps and our room was right there. We had a room looking out the front of the hotel and had to keep the shades drawn at all times even in the bathroom or else people walking by could see us. It was incredibly noisy with the train going by constantly outside our window as well as all the lobby noise. Doors banging people talking and laughing, clomping up and down the stairs outside our door. So loud. All the doors were terribly cracked and ugly. The rest of the room was fine. Beautiful bathroom. We had to ask for a pillow case to be changed since it had mold stains on it.

Unser Zimmer war im 6.stock leider mit Ausblick auf den lift das war nicht so optimal hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, das Bad hatte fussbodenheizung was bei dem kalten Wetter praktisch ist,eine große Dusche, Fön, schminkspiegel und bad Utensilien. Im Zimmer selbst gab es ein safe,Bügeleisen bzw-Brett, Bademäntel und Schuhe. Ansonsten gibt es eine Bar, ein Spa Bereich den wir leider nicht genutzt haben aus Zeitmangel.

Beautiful, historical property in immaculate condition throughout. The location is good and the service fine. Unfortunately, between the slightly hard bed and the nearby tram, it was not possible to get a restful night’s sleep. As long as you can get a room off the main street, highly recommended.

Exceptional property, newly refurbished. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with great bed. Nice amenities, fast wifi. Great location. We will be back. One small downside - we had to give our keys to the concierge to park the car, and the on-board computer was reset (presumably by mistake) by the staff. They didn’t tell us or apologize.

Eine großartiges Hotel in exzellenter Lage unweit der historischen Altstadt von Wroclaw. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alles zu Fuß erreichbar und wer nicht laufen mag, hat die Straßenbahn quasi vor der Tür. Einziger Malus: Die Zimmer nach innen sehr ruhig, aber leider ohne Möglichkeit, das Fenster zu öffnen.

My wife and I stayed at the Altus Palace hotel (double room) for two nights in June 2024. The hotel and the room were absolutely gorgeous, and it has all the attributes of a five-star hotel. The location is perfect as you can walk to the old city. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The room had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. A nice touch was that they provided multiple bottles of complimentary water (still and sparkling). As the hotel is located close to tramlines, we could hear the trams passing every few minutes. We are usually light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us too much. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a room as far from the tramlines as possible. I am not sure what the terms are for VIP access hotels, but we were not offered a room upgrade. The hotel gave us a voucher for 20 PLN ($5) to use in their restaurant. The room was great though, and we got a very good rate from Hotels.com. Car parking on-site costs 150 PLN/day, even more expensive than our valet parking in Vienna and Prague hotels last year. Overall though, we were very happy with the two-night stay and would stay here again.

Stayed here twice within a week (attended a Polish wedding in between elsewhere) the 1st stay was wonderful. A lovely bright quiet room with a bath. The 2nd room was darker and unfortunately on the road side of the hotel where the tram passed every 10 mins. This meant lack of a sleep in. My advice to anyone staying here either ask for a higher room away from the road or pack your earplugs.

My reservation was for 3 nights. Lovely historical property that’s been beautifully renovated. The room was lovely and spacious. Excellent location. The Michelin recommended Wierzbowa 15 restaurant on the premises is worth going to. I was somewhat put off that when there was a problem with what was included in the reservation (breakfast), management were inflexible, not even offering one complementary breakfast for my 3 night stay. For a 5 star property, I did consider this a bit “nickel and diming”. Other than that one glitch, I would recommend this hotel.

I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the service was impeccable. The team on the front desk were fantastic and really looked after us especially when we turned up early for check in and they were able to accommodate us early and gave us our room with no wait. We were also checking out really early to catch our flight for 6am and they offered to have a breakfast bag ready for us. It's service like this, that makes me appreciate the team's attentiveness and the extra mile they go to help and support those staying within their hotel. They were always willing to help and always greeted us with a smile. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, from the marbles in the reception area to the stunningly decorated rooms. We enjoyed the amenities within the hotel such as the spa and that was nice especially after walking a full day around Wroclaw town. They have a little bar on the 1st floor, it is slightly small and if you are travelling in a big group, seating is limited. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the breakfast provided by the hotel has a great selection of continental breakfast and they also offered food to order. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Wroclaw. It's around 10 mins walk to get into Wroclaw town and they is a tram stop right in front that you can hop onto if you want to go further out. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the service was impeccable. The team on the front desk were fantastic and really looked after us especially when we turned up early for check in and they were able to accommodate us early and gave us our room with no wait. We were also checking out really early to catch our flight for 6am and they offered to have a breakfast bag ready for us. It's service like this, that makes me appreciate the team's attentiveness and the extra mile they go to help and support those staying within their hotel. They were always willing to help and always greeted us with a smile. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, from the marbles in the reception area to the stunningly decorated rooms. We enjoyed the amenities within the hotel such as the spa and that was nice especially after walking a full day around Wroclaw town. They have a little bar on the 1st floor, it is slightly small and if you are travelling in a big group, seating is limited. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the breakfast provided by the hotel has a great selection of continental breakfast and they also offered food to order. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Wroclaw. The staff was absolutely on a different level. Very classy, polite and helpful. Service on London’s Savoy level. The hotel itself - very nice and clean. The room was quiet and cosy. I am definitely coming back. Thank for my pleasant stay.

Beautiful place. Nice and ambitious staff in the restaurant. However, the place is not a five star hotel. Staff in the reception should be replaced or educated in service, clearly they have not been picked from hotelier schools, more likely straight from the streets. Honestly, feels like the “old Poland” under communism. We will not be coming back nor will we recommend to anyone.

A beautiful hotel with excellent evening meal and superb breakfast, though a little pricey in restaurant. Everything was of superb quality. Loved it. Only draw back is that some rooms are noisy due to the tram going within six feet of side of hotel. Notwithstanding this excellent and we would highly recommend.

We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious room and a relaxing wellness stay, but our experience was mixed. The room we were given had windows so high above our heads it felt like a prison cell—not terrible, but certainly not what we anticipated. I asked if we could switch rooms, but unfortunately, there were no alternatives without the same issue. The breakfast, however, was absolutely superb. It offered everything you could want, and the service was attentive. That said, there was one notable issue: when we were seated, a silverfish was crawling on the table. We didn’t sit down and called a waitress to address it. The silverfish was still alive and scurried away before the waitress could grab it with napkins. Rather than offering us a different table, she asked if she should simply change the tablecloth. While I agreed, it was an awkward situation as we stood there watching her clear the table, find the right-sized tablecloth, and reuse the same silverware, which the silverfish had crawled over. That made us a bit uncomfortable. A 5-star hotel should have a better protocol for handling such situations, like immediately relocating guests to a new table. On a brighter note, the breakfast itself was delicious—truly one of the best I’ve had! The spa experience was also a mix. While the amenities were clean and well-maintained, the water in the Jacuzzi was disappointingly not warm enough to relax in. We had to warm up in the sauna instead.

I love that hotel and I travel almost every year from U.S. with my family. Everything is amazing except people working at reception never smile and are not very welcoming to the guests. I have been traveled around the world and had never experienced cold welcome like this. My personal opinion is that they need to have some extra training how to be more hospitable or just change the receptionists!!
