Das The Bridge ist ein wirklich schönes, sehr stylisches Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage!!! Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Was aber leider zu bemängeln ist, ist der Preis für die Tiefgarage…30 Euro am Tag ist sehr, sehr teuer und andere Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kaum :-(. Also, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, ist das Hotel ausgezeichnet.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel. Das Zimmer war super. Extra lange Decken, das Bett sehr komfortabel und nicht so tief sondern auf guter Höhe. Das begünstigt Personen, die mit dem Rücken Probleme haben. Tolle Aussicht auf die Oder und Stadt. Die Dusche und die Toilette sind in einem Raum, mit Glasfenster. Das würde mich stören, wenn man zu zweit auf dem Zimmer ist, da ich mich dann beobachtet fühlen würde. Man sieht zwar nur die Person im Bad aber das reicht ja schon. Dafür gibt es für mich bei 2er Belegung ganz klar einen Abzug. Habe ich so auch noch nie gesehen. Ansonsten noch eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, super Wlan und ein phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls klasse. Der Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls lobenswert und 24 Stunden zugänglich mit einer Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Personal ist auch immer freundlich, ebenso die Reinigungskräfte, die ich hier mal extra loben möchte. Außerdem sind auf dem Fernseher, was selten in polnischen Unterkünften ist, deutsche, englische und sogar französische Sender zu empfangen. Absolute Empfehlung.

I had a very nice stay all staff was very friendly and nice not one thing they need to work on it more is the cleanliness and that doesn’t mean it’s dirty but for all of the facilities they offer and great in cleaning is not that good. Freundliches Personal, bloß war beim zweiten Aufenthalt der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft weswegen man sehr aufpassen musste um nicht das komplette Zimmer zu fluten. Auch ging der Fernseher bzw. Der Chromecast nicht immer (die Hälfte der Tage die wir dort waren). Diese Probleme hatten wir bei unserem ersten B in dem Hotel aber nicht deswegen ist es auch absolut empfehlenswert.

The Bridge in Wroclaw is one of my favorite hotels! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere. I love the design of both the common areas and the rooms. The location is fantastic, and I highly recommend staying in the junior suite!

De suite was echt mooi, apart woongedeelte, mooie badkamer vrij ruim ook. De faciliteiten op de kamer waren onder de maat geen chromecast dus geen tv, kapotte gordijn waardoor erg vroeg wakker door het licht. Personeel erg onvriendelijk meerdere malen contact maar onze problemen werden niet opgelost. Kortom gezien de prijs was het dit zeker niet waard. Ook erg belangrijk ze accepteren geen euro's

Everything was fine the room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. I can only regret that when I arrived 45 min before the checking, I was told blankly to wait 3 o'clock. The reception did not even check if a room was available for my comfort. Disappointed. Reception on check out was very nice.
Everything was fine the room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. I can only regret that when I arrived 45 min before the checking, I was told blankly to wait 3 o'clock. The reception did not even check if a room was available for my comfort. Disappointed. Reception on check out was very nice.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Nur der check-in bzw. check-out könnten besser sein, da lediglich immer nur ein Schalter besetzt war, was zu Wartenzeiten von jeweils ca. 25 Minuten geführt hat. Bei einem 5 Sterne Haus erwarte ich ausreichend Servicepersonal. Zudem wurde uns ein Platz in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen, obwohl diese komplett besetzt war und niemand mehr einen Überblick über die abgestellten Fahrzeuge hatte.

The hotel has a very nice design and great location, right in the middle of the church district in Wroclaw. The room is large and very comfortable. The reception staff are very professional and friendly. The downside is the room service, which finishes at 11PM. The menu is very limited and includes a burger, club sandwich, pasta or a Ceasar salad. I arrived from the US after 11 PM and unfortunately couldn\'t eat anything and went to bed hungry. The next day I was very tired and wanted to order a meal from the restaurant and eat it in my room but the restaurant manager Lukasz said it was not possible and "these are the rules". This lazy approach demonstrates a lack of understanding of the guests\' needs, and a lack of willingness to go above and beyond, which shouldn\'t be the case in a 5-star hotel. I suggest increasing the number of healthy options on the room service menu, and approaching your guests with a bit more empathy and in a welcoming way rather then reprimanding them and telling them to stick to the rules. If you travel for business I suggest staying in the AC Mariott instead.

Fantastic room, courteous and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet and their Craft restaurant was also very good well above typical hotel fare. Our waiter on the evening of 2-9-25 was superb.

The room was clean and well stocked with amenities to make our trip comfortable. It was a treat with wonderful AC during a heatwave in Wroclaw. The bed was comfortable as were the chairs in the room. Shower was slippery so be careful. The location was perfect. We will certainly stay there again in the future. Recommend as a place to stay.
