Staff at front desk amazing: helpful and professional: checked out early BC of the noise from Bier Konig (almost 24/7 party right accross the street) on the third night returning residents were so rowdy and anti social we had to leave: if you are going to Mega Park (party zone) or Bier Konig : it’s a great place to stay : otherwise don’t bother

The rooms are really spacious and clean. The check in and check out processes were fast and efficient. The staff was always friendly and helpful, they have beach towels and umbrellas for rent and you only leave a deposit which can be retrieved in the end of your stay. It is located in a very busy area of Playa de Palma, so don’t expect the surroundings to be quiet, but even though it was in the middle of the buzz we didn’t have any issues with noise. The breakfast is served in another property just 2min walk away from the apartments and it was absolutely delicious. We have no flaws to point out and we were really happy with our stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and included everything needed for my stay. Air conditioning worked great, and the pool was clean and relaxing. I loved the walking distance to the beach and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that the Bierkonig is across the street, so music is playing all the time. Bring earplugs if you need sleep. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nice apartment, quite basic “kitchen”, just microwave, hob and fridge (not even freezer compartment), and 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 knives forks and spoons. Furniture your standard IKEA stuff, not hugely comfortable but OK. Internet a bit location dependent, front of apartment near pool was fine, bedroom not so much. Parking is on street, busy (April) but never had to go more than 1 block in either direction. Breakfast however is excellent, albeit a 2 minute walk down the road to Hotel Plata Golf, which lays on a massive buffet spread including pour your own cava for those wanting fizz in the morning. It is very much in the German end of town, with the Beer King right opposite, can’t comment on noise from that as hadn’t opened for the season yet, but were quite frequent 2 or 3 am drunks stumbling past from the bierkeller on the next block.
