Sorell Hotel Sonnental Dübendorf

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ermöglichte uns ein spätes Check-In am Freitag Abend. Sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Die Matratze war mir persönlich zu weich, aber das ist ja auch Geschmackssache. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl, wo wir beide was gefunden haben. Zentrum war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und gut zu erreichen. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vor Ort vorhanden. War ein toller Aufenthalt, immer wieder gerne!

The advertisement on Orbitz for this hotel was not accurate. We were placed in the older building with no elevator. With heavy luggages this was not convenient at all or older people will not make the two flight of stairs with heavy luggage. Also no air conditioner in the room, window was opened so you can hear the traffic noise.They have a newer hotel but they put us in the older building. The room was clean but our door shakes and makes noise when another guests open their door. Hallway carpeting is old. Shower was very small and old. Staff is very nice and breakfast was good.

Super zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, der Freundlichkeit des Personals, dem reichhaltigen Angebot am Frühstücksbüffet und der perfekten Parkmöglichkeit. Immer wieder gerne.

the hotel is right size for our trip, come with great breakfast, the staff was nice, room is clean, offer free onsite parking, though it located a little far to the Zürich city, about 10 mins drive , it is good choice for travel with car,

Arredamento e condizioni stanza e hotel da migliorare: arredamento minimal, ma vecchio e tenuto male, stessa cosa il bagno (doccia non illuminata bene perché presente un muro tra questa e la luce). Fuori dalla finestra del bagno abbiamo trovato anche una merendina congelata lasciata da altri ospiti. Colazione ok, decente varietà di dolce e salato, però, nonostante la sala fosse vuota alle 8-9, e piena alle 9-10, dalle 9.30 il cibo non veniva portato fuori, o comunque non in quantità adeguate alle persone. Parcheggio gratis e comodo, subito davanti all'hotel. Sono presenti 2 entrate che agevolano così l'arrivo da qualsiasi parte della città si arrivi. Punti veramente negativi: La stanza era in una struttura staccata da quella principale in cui è presente la reception e non è fornita di ascensore (fortunatamente eravamo al primo piano, ma c'è sia un seminterrato che piani superiori) e questo non era stato comunicato. Stessa cosa per la sala colazione, situata in un'altra struttura ancora: in entrambi i casi bisognava uscire all'aperto. Al check-in abbiamo pagato e veniva richiesto di scegliere se si pagava in Euro o Franchi svizzeri: sul momento (era sera, dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina) abbiamo scelto franchi e il cambio era decisamente più alto di quello vigente quel giorno. Di fatto abbiamo pagato 30€ in più senza alcun motivo. Non abbiamo detto niente, ma non è onesto. Sicuramente l'hotel non valeva quei 30€ in più, anzi. Ci tornerei solamente per il parcheggio.

Heel mooi hotel met ruim kamers, klant vriendelijk, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en gratis veilig parkeren. Ik ben zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie, ik zal zelf daar heel vaak logeren in de toekomst en raad dat iedereen aan ook.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sind auch in Ordnung, Betten und Bad waren sauber. Uns gefällt nicht, dass saubere Handtücher auf die Toilette gelegt werden. Das habe ich noch nie vorher gesehen. Normalerweise liegen sie auf einem Handtuchständer oder auf dem Bett. Von der Straße her ist es sehr laut morgens.

Free ice cream was very nice! Great location easy access to train and rail system. Bathrooms and showers very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. A full Gym was a few blocks away and that was great. Overall great price great value.

Missed refill toalettrolls 2 days in a row. Missed screw in shelf in cabinet. Less space for clothes. Both things reported to receptionist (2-4 in the reception) Got rolls in the hand but no fix shelf. The restaurant was closed for renovation. Big loss of value - no warning aheaf. Good breakfast in bad premises.

A very affordable option for an otherwise very expensive city! Ideal for short business trips or those on a walking holiday. Clean, comfortable rooms. It's definitely the budget and of the Sorell collection of hotels but still has a few trademark perks like Rituals toiletries and a pillow menu.

Hotel hors de Zurich, mais proche de différents centres commerciaux ou du train, tram pour Zurich. Chambres rénovées et modernisées. Pour ma part, chambre un peu trop proche de la porte d entrée principale et les clients rentrant tard discutait dans les corridors/reception et m ont réveillés plusieurs fois.

We stayed there for one night and truly amazing. The girls at the front desk were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great and great choices. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this place. Truly grateful

Sehr guter Aufenthalt, super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Ich musste zu früh morgens gehen und habe ein sehr gutes Lunchpaket statt Frühstück bekommen.

Wir mussten mehrere Sachen bemängeln: das Zimmer war für eine statt für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Die Begrüssungskarte lautete auf eine andere Person. Am morgen früh kam ein Angestellter ib unser Zimmer rein, obschon wir noch schliefen, meinte, wir hätten schon ausgecheckt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fast leer, obschon wir nicht so spät kamen!

Hotel muito confortável, recepção e funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom e bem servido.

Convenient to Zurich airport.

Très bien situé pour se rendre au centre ville de Zurich en transport en commun, auto reste au stationnement de l'hôtelsans frais. La dame a fait notre Chek in des notre arrivée vers midi, ce qui nous a réjouis après un long vol! Bon lit, bonne literie, bon petit déjeuner inclus avec plusieurs choix. *Elle nous a dis ne pas avoir de carte pour transport gratuit, ce qui m'a surpris car partout on nous annonce ça et partout ailleurs on l'a eu....mais bon ça reste un très bon choix d'hôtel près de Zurich

No había aire acondicionado el calor te sofoca y si abres las ventanas la plaga te come. Todo el restaurant está lleno de moscas no hacen nada para evitar las moscas literalmente se posan en la comida
