A very well located hotel for us to explore the area of both Germany and Austria! Excellent breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Our room itself was functional but had excellent storage space and a wonderful view from the balcony! Perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the room and definitely need better pillows, sorry! The Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely touch, as was the gift on my birthday. We visited the pool once and again, it maybe needs just a bit of modernising. Our kids loved having the play park! The one thing I would perhaps suggest is that €10 per night for parking is excessive. Between this and city tax, it added an extra €100 to our bill on check out for a 6 night stay. There is absolutely no alternative in the area for parking and even €5 per night would have felt more acceptable. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely stay again, despite my points above.

Die Lage ist gut und ruhig ,das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück war super, Abendessen Menü war jeden Abend unterschiedlich, auch Suppe war dabei. Für die parken waren die Stellplätze entweder vorne, oder hinten zur Verfügung. Kann man auch im Tiefgarage parken. Parken hat 10€ pro Tag gekostet, auch Bademantel haben auch was gekostet 2€ pro Tag. Die Hausschuhe 2 Euro Hat alles gefallen und die Kinder waren zufrieden

Ein schönes, großes Hotel. Angenehme Lage, es gibt einen Pool und einen Spielplatz direkt am Hotel. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Morgens wird ein gutes Frühstück angeboten. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Einziger Punkt: Das Parken war kostenpflichtig (das sollte man bedenken – wir hatten das in den Bedingungen nicht gelesen). Der Preis beträgt 10 € pro Tag, was angesichts des Zimmerpreises ziemlich teuer ist. Die Region an sich ist nicht günstig. Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf dem Heimweg übernachtet. Empfehlenswert!

Rigtig fin service da vi kom - vi have tagboks på og kunne derfor ikke parkere i kælderen, men betalte 8 euro og fik privat parkering ved deres bag indgang, så bilen stod tæt på. Fine værelser, men sengene var ikke så gode og værelset blev sindssygt varmt med 2 voksne og 2 børn. Virkelig lækker morgenmad og lege rum til børnene og legeplads udenfor. Vi var i poolen, lidt kold og dyb, men børnene nød det stadig. (4 og 6 år). Vi brugte hotellet på vej hjem fra Italien, så vi så ikke noget af området. Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset udover bjerge

Overall the hotel was clean, the the sofa it our room was worn and dirty. There was no AC but a fan was provided. Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff knew who we were as soon as my husband mentioned his food allergy and they were very accommodating. Finding the parking garage was a bit tricky the first night as it was dark and we were told it was behind the building next door. It was not. It was next door , but the entrance was at the front.

Ein Aufenthalt in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel - welches leider schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schade dass das Fitness im Keller ist, dass das Hallenbad schwierig zu erreichen ist, das Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gemacht wird und somit die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt werden konnten eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit ist da, die Zimmer geräumig das Badezimmer sehr einfach. Frühstücksbüffet gut, parking gut gelöst und sehr freundliches Personal! Preis-Leistung müsste man sich überlegen

Leider kein guter Hotel, nicht mal mittelmäßig. Bei der Ankunft wollten wir parken und fanden dabei keinen Parkplatz weder in der Tiefgarage des Hotels noch vor dem Hotel, also gingen wir zur Rezeption um zu fragen wo noch geparkt werden kann, denn das Hotel hatten wir nur wegen Parkmöglichkeit ausgesucht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war verwundert, denn jeder Gast hätte einen Parkplatz zugesichert, danach schickte sie uns hinter das Haus wo die Warenlieferung erfolgt um zu Parken, so weit so gut. Als wir dann reinkamen um das Check in zu erledigen meinte sie, wir seien also doch nicht Gäste und hätten gar kein Recht gehabt uns einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu suchen, obwohl dies in der Buchung ausdrücklich vorgemerkt war. Dies wollte sie auf dem leider schlecht zu verstehenden Deutsch weiter diskutieren, denn wir hätten nicht einfach so einen Parkplatz suchen sollen. Unfreundliche und unnötige Diskussion um etwas was sonst eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Ich wurde in einem Hotel noch nie so behandelt. Die Zimmer riechen etwas unangenehm, und unter der Bettdecke war ein Insekt vorzufinden, also ein Gefühl der Sauberkeit hatten wir eher nicht. Das Frühstück war ganz ordetlich und es gab eine angemessene Auswahl. Beim Check out wurden wir dann wenigstens freundlich begrüßt.

In all a great hotel and I would recommend. Just a few things that, for me let it down just a bit. We were placed in a disabled/ accessible room. It meant we had a huge shower but also bars. I didn't book an accessible room, so why wasn't I given a choice. The garage was rather dark, my wife didn't like it there. And finally sone of the upstairs hallways were dingy too, certainly some better LED lighting would help. That said, food was really good, although we only had breakfast, huge selection and tasty, staff were always very helpful.

Generally a fine hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a single night on a very warm day. Unfortunately there was no aircon in the room. And even though we had a double room, there was only a single fan. Needless to say, we had a very warm night. However, the beds very good, we were tired and hence, it all played out well in the end

Rigtig fin service da vi kom - vi have tagboks på og kunne derfor ikke parkere i kælderen, men betalte 8 euro og fik privat parkering ved deres bag indgang, så bilen stod tæt på. Fine værelser, men sengene var ikke så gode og værelset blev sindssygt varmt med 2 voksne og 2 børn. Virkelig lækker morgenmad og lege rum til børnene og legeplads udenfor. Vi var i poolen, lidt kold og dyb, men børnene nød det stadig. (4 og 6 år). Vi brugte hotellet på vej hjem fra Italien, så vi så ikke noget af området. Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset udover bjerge

Egal ob an der Rezeption, Speisesaal oder Reinigungskräfte, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter aber Zimmer und Bad sind sehr geräumig und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles wurde sofort nachgefüllt. Kurpark und Bushaltestelle sind ganz in der Nähe. Sollten wir nochmals nach Bad Reichenhall kommen würden wir dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

This hotel is for families or old people looking for a quiet weekend. Our suite had no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open for ventilation, which allowed flies to come in. It was a warm night and the only option for sheets was a comforter. The bathroom had a shower with the tub that was very difficult to access had no slip resistant mats. The breakfast had lots of variety, but the quality was average. Very few plugs for recharging our many electronic devices. The people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. If this hotel would be modernized and the food improved it could be excellent. It is in a lovely location.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich höflich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, alles war fußläufig erreichbar, die Parkanlagen sehr gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen!

In all a great hotel and I would recommend. Just a few things that, for me let it down just a bit. We were placed in a disabled/ accessible room. It meant we had a huge shower but also bars. I didn't book an accessible room, so why wasn't I given a choice. The garage was rather dark, my wife didn't like it there. And finally sone of the upstairs hallways were dingy too, certainly some better LED lighting would help. That said, food was really good, although we only had breakfast, huge selection and tasty, staff were always very helpful.

Ein Aufenthalt in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel - welches leider schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schade dass das Fitness im Keller ist, dass das Hallenbad schwierig zu erreichen ist, das Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gemacht wird und somit die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt werden konnten eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Leider kein guter Hotel, nicht mal mittelmäßig. Bei der Ankunft wollten wir parken und fanden dabei keinen Parkplatz weder in der Tiefgarage des Hotels noch vor dem Hotel, also gingen wir zur Rezeption um zu fragen wo noch geparkt werden kann, denn das Hotel hatten wir nur wegen Parkmöglichkeit ausgesucht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war verwundert, denn jeder Gast hätte einen Parkplatz zugesichert, danach schickte sie uns hinter das Haus wo die Warenlieferung erfolgt um zu Parken, so weit so gut. Als wir dann reinkamen um das Check in zu erledigen meinte sie, wir seien also doch nicht Gäste und hätten gar kein Recht gehabt uns einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu suchen, obwohl dies in der Buchung ausdrücklich vorgemerkt war. Dies wollte sie auf dem leider schlecht zu verstehenden Deutsch weiter diskutieren, denn wir hätten nicht einfach so einen Parkplatz suchen sollen. Unfreundliche und unnötige Diskussion um etwas was sonst eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Ich wurde in einem Hotel noch nie so behandelt. Die Zimmer riechen etwas unangenehm, und unter der Bettdecke war ein Insekt vorzufinden, also ein Gefühl der Sauberkeit hatten wir eher nicht. Das Frühstück war ganz ordetlich und es gab eine angemessene Auswahl. Beim Check out wurden wir dann wenigstens freundlich begrüßt.

This hotel has basic decor. If you’re after luxury, look elsewhere. Think Army barracks level of decor. Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were congealed and could only be served in slices. The hotel was comfortable enough and the staff polite, but they let me down badly during my extraction to the airport. I requested a reliable taxi for 04:30hrs at the latest to get to Salzburg Airport on time for my flight. I specifically said he can not be late. Taxi arrived at 04:55hrs, nearly missed my flight.

A very well located hotel for us to explore the area of both Germany and Austria! Excellent breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Our room itself was functional but had excellent storage space and a wonderful view from the balcony! Perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the room and definitely need better pillows, sorry! The Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely touch, as was the gift on my birthday. We visited the pool once and again, it maybe needs just a bit of modernising. Our kids loved having the play park! The one thing I would perhaps suggest is that €10 per night for parking is excessive. Between this and city tax, it added an extra €100 to our bill on check out for a 6 night stay. There is absolutely no alternative in the area for parking and even €5 per night would have felt more acceptable. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely stay again, despite my points above.

Morgens wird ein gutes Frühstück angeboten. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Einziger Punkt: Das Parken war kostenpflichtig (das sollte man bedenken – wir hatten das in den Bedingungen nicht gelesen). Der Preis beträgt 10 € pro Tag, was angesichts des Zimmerpreises ziemlich teuer ist. Die Region an sich ist nicht günstig. Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf dem Heimweg übernachtet. Empfehlenswert!

This hotel is so cozy and comfortable. If you travel to Salzburg, I recommend this hotel. Bad Reichenhall is close to that city and there is so cozy. Almost restaurant and market is close to hotel and so good price and taste. Hotel's swimming pool and sauna is also good.

Hotel ist kein Wellness Hotel, sondern eher ein Hotel für Familien. Für Paare die hier Erholung suchen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Allerdings ist das Essen vortrefflich , jeden Abend reiche Auswahl am Buffet ,morgens auch alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht 👍

Die Lage ist gut und ruhig ,das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück war super, Abendessen Menü war jeden Abend unterschiedlich, auch Suppe war dabei. Für die parken waren die Stellplätze entweder vorne, oder hinten zur Verfügung. Kann man auch im Tiefgarage parken. Parken hat 10€ pro Tag gekostet, auch Bademantel haben auch was gekostet 2€ pro Tag. Die Hausschuhe 2 Euro Hat alles gefallen und die Kinder waren zufrieden

Kann man auch im Tiefgarage parken. Parken hat 10€ pro Tag gekostet, auch Bademantel haben auch was gekostet 2€ pro Tag. Die Hausschuhe 2 Euro Hat alles gefallen und die Kinder waren zufrieden

Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel. Großes und tolles Frühstücksbuffett. In der Skybar kann man abends gemütlich noch einen Cocktail trinken. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

This hotel has basic decor. If you’re after luxury, look elsewhere. Think Army barracks level of decor. Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were congealed and could only be served in slices. The hotel was comfortable enough and the staff polite, but they let me down badly during my extraction to the airport. I requested a reliable taxi for 04:30hrs at the latest to get to Salzburg Airport on time for my flight. I specifically said he can not be late. Taxi arrived at 04:55hrs, nearly missed my flight.

This hotel is for families or old people looking for a quiet weekend. Our suite had no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open for ventilation, which allowed flies to come in. It was a warm night and the only option for sheets was a comforter. The bathroom had a shower with the tub that was very difficult to access had no slip resistant mats. The breakfast had lots of variety, but the quality was average. Very few plugs for recharging our many electronic devices. The people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. If this hotel would be modernized and the food improved it could be excellent. It is in a lovely location.

We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre.

In all a great hotel and I would recommend. Just a few things that, for me let it down just a bit. We were placed in a disabled/ accessible room. It meant we had a huge shower but also bars. I didn't book an accessible room, so why wasn't I given a choice. The garage was rather dark, my wife didn't like it there. And finally sone of the upstairs hallways were dingy too, certainly some better LED lighting would help. That said, food was really good, although we only had breakfast, huge selection and tasty, staff were always very helpful.
