The wifi signal is very weak in the room and disconnects constantly. The AC is turned off so the only way to get fresh air in the room is to open the window. The smoking area is directly below the room, so the room smells like cigarettes with it open. Ironic since you have to sign a paper saying you won't smoke in the room upon check in. They 18€ for parking, which is almost 1/4 of the price of the room... ridiculous!

Mitarbeiter im Check in und Restaurant sehr freundlich. Der Kollege an der Bar hatte einen schlechten Tag ( war auch zu seinen Kollegen nicht so entspannt ) Zimmer schön. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut und nicht teuer. Frühstücksbuffett gute Auswahl. Parken in der TG (18€/tag) möglich

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Der kleine Spa Bereich im Dachgeschoss ist spitze. Einzig allein die Öffnungszeiten könnten länger sein (aktuell nur 15:00-22:00 Uhr). Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Bad Reichenhall!

Von diesem Haus war ich absolut überrascht, vielleicht liegt es daran dass es ein Ibis "Styles" ist, deren Konzept ich bisher nicht kannte. Wie auch immer, das Hotel und seine Zimmer sind nicht nur neu, sauber, modern und blitzeblank – es bietet auch noch eine Inhouse-Restaurant mit offener Küche und Sportsbar-Appeal, dessen Koch hervorragende Burger und andere Kleinigkeiten zaubert. Wir fanden ein modernes, junges und cleanes Hotel vor. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir nett begrüßt und eingewiesen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet pro Tag 18 €, finden wir unangemessen, aber um den PKW sicher abzustellen...na ja-wir nahmen es in Kauf. Im Zimmer angekommen, wirbelte die Klimanlage uns erstmal durcheinander und ließ sich in der ersten Nacht auch nicht ausstellen??? Aber trotzdem einigermaßen gut geschlafen... Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, ansonsten wurden 18 € aufgerufen, was in keinster Weise zur Leistung steht. Brötchen aus der Retorte-schlecht aufgebacken, das Brot dagegen war immer in mehreren Sorten vorhanden und gut. Rührei aus dem Großmarkt, sprich Tüte. Spiegelei gab es auf Anfrage NICHT...Käse und Wurst waren bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt täglich gleich. Auch da leider keine regionalen Produkte, sondern Supermarktware. Da ist auf jeden Fall noch viel Luft nach oben. Sehr gut hat uns die Speisekarte am Abend gefallen, wir haben 2x dort sehr lecker gegessen. Das Barpersonal war aufmerksam und konnte die Drinks ( z.B. Gin oder Biere gut erklären und empfehlen) Danke ... Die Sauna im Hotel unter dem Dach, super Ausblick, alles neu und sauber, aber viel verschenkter Raum, absulut stickig im Ruhebereich, keine Möglichkeit der Belüftung. An ein entspanntes "runter kühlen" ist nicht zu denken. Bademantel muss für 50€ Pfand gebucht werden, es gibt keinen auf dem Zimmer. Trotzdem geben wir dem Hoteldem Schulnote 2-3 Potential nach oben ist vorhanden!!! Euro,

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr nett, Kaffee 24/7 im EG verfügbar. Eine Minibar haben wir vermisst. Leider lagen beim Frühstück oft Überreste des Abendessens vom Vortag auf dem Boden. Aber insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was a stay of an Adult and Child age 11. The hotel was spotless, the room and bathroom were a great size and the beds comfortable. There is parking onsite, not that we required it, as there are easy bus links and a train station 10 min walk away to areas if interest. There are shops and restaurants immediately outside the hotel and the local square has bands playing at the weekend while you eat. The beautiful Rupertus Thermal Spa is only 15 min walk through a pretty park and a must visit, open until 10pm. If you are travelling from the UK please be aware that things are expensive in Bad Reichenhall, expect to budget extra than you may think for food and drinks compared to home (and I am from a city and used to city prices) and consider the local Aldi supermarket for snacks when traveling our for the day. If you are flying into Salzburg and transferring via taxi to this hotel the journey costs between 35-40 euros and takes about 20-25 mins. There is the option of a bus then train from the airport, but this will add an extra hour to your journey.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, neues Hotel mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Wir haben hier übernachtet, um die Rupertus Therme zu besuchen. Diese befindet sich nur 850 m von hier entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in diesem Hotel eine schöne große Bar und ein gutes Restaurant, in dem es Burger gibt.

An amazing stay, beautiful modern hotel with exceptional amenities and very accommodating staff. Right in the middle of town, you step out the door into a beautiful park. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a family room and everything was great for the kids.

We have stayed at the Ibis Styles twice now, and both times we have enjoyed our stay. There are no phones or mini-fridges for the room, which is a small downside, but other than that we were very happy with our stays!

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Der kleine Spa Bereich im Dachgeschoss ist spitze. Einzig allein die Öffnungszeiten könnten länger sein (aktuell nur 15:00-22:00 Uhr). Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Bad Reichenhall!

This was a stay of an Adult and Child age 11. The hotel was spotless, the room and bathroom were a great size and the beds comfortable. There is parking onsite, not that we required it, as there are easy bus links and a train station 10 min walk away to areas if interest. There are shops and restaurants immediately outside the hotel and the local square has bands playing at the weekend while you eat. The beautiful Rupertus Thermal Spa is only 15 min walk through a pretty park and a must visit, open until 10pm. If you are travelling from the UK please be aware that things are expensive in Bad Reichenhall, expect to budget extra than you may think for food and drinks compared to home (and I am from a city and used to city prices) and consider the local Aldi supermarket for snacks when traveling our for the day. If you are flying into Salzburg and transferring via taxi to this hotel the journey costs between 35-40 euros and takes about 20-25 mins. There is the option of a bus then train from the airport, but this will add an extra hour to your journey.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr nett, Kaffee 24/7 im EG verfügbar. Eine Minibar haben wir vermisst. Leider lagen beim Frühstück oft Überreste des Abendessens vom Vortag auf dem Boden. Aber insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The reception staff who checked me in was so kind and polite, along with the other staff I dealt with they were all very professional and friendly. The town may be a bit quiet for many but that’s exactly what I wanted so we could visit areas nearby. The restaurant food was excellent and most probably the most accessible for international to the town .

An amazing stay, beautiful modern hotel with exceptional amenities and very accommodating staff. Right in the middle of town, you step out the door into a beautiful park. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a family room and everything was great for the kids.

What a great location! Right in city center and close to exploring Berchtesgaden. Do not miss Almbachklamm! Plenty of places around to eat and the restaurant on site is convenient. Staff was super nice, but you do pay for parking. Highly recommend...

Von diesem Haus war ich absolut überrascht, vielleicht liegt es daran dass es ein Ibis "Styles" ist, deren Konzept ich bisher nicht kannte. Wir fanden ein modernes, junges und cleanes Hotel vor. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir nett begrüßt und eingewiesen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet pro Tag 18 €, finden wir unangemessen, aber um den PKW sicher abzustellen...na ja-wir nahmen es in Kauf. Im Zimmer angekommen, wirbelte die Klimanlage uns erstmal durcheinander und ließ sich in der ersten Nacht auch nicht ausstellen??? Aber trotzdem einigermaßen gut geschlafen... Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, ansonsten wurden 18 € aufgerufen, was in keinster Weise zur Leistung steht. Brötchen aus der Retorte-schlecht aufgebacken, das Brot dagegen war immer in mehreren Sorten vorhanden und gut. Rührei aus dem Großmarkt, sprich Tüte. Spiegelei gab es auf Anfrage NICHT...Käse und Wurst waren bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt täglich gleich. Auch da leider keine regionalen Produkte, sondern Supermarktware. Da ist auf jeden Fall noch viel Luft nach oben. Sehr gut hat uns die Speisekarte am Abend gefallen, wir haben 2x dort sehr lecker gegessen. Das Barpersonal war aufmerksam und konnte die Drinks ( z.B. Gin oder Biere gut erklären und empfehlen) Danke ... Die Sauna im Hotel unter dem Dach, super Ausblick, alles neu und sauber, aber viel verschenkter Raum, absulut stickig im Ruhebereich, keine Möglichkeit der Belüftung. An ein entspanntes "runter kühlen" ist nicht zu denken. Bademantel muss für 50€ Pfand gebucht werden, es gibt keinen auf dem Zimmer. Trotzdem geben wir dem Hoteldem Schulnote 2-3 Potential nach oben ist vorhanden!!! Euro,

Lovely new hotel, no kettle in room but free tea and coffee and water downstairs, fridge with cold drinks you can buy. Family room was a good size with balcony, two sinks in bathroom. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable nor the sofa!

Very nice property, excellent location in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, breakfast is tasty too, rooms are nicely designed, but a bottle of water would be nice in the room, same for a fridge, bathroom is large, sadly no dividing shower door, so water spills nearly all over the floor, otherwise it's nice. Would love to stay again in the future and hope that the Ibis Styles keeps their high standards. Thank you!
