Das Hotel ist direkt Nähe Fußgängerzone/City und eines wunderschönen Parks. Man kann also alles zu Fuß machen. Preis/Leistung ist gut, Vorhalle gemütlich, Betten einwandfrei, Bäder neu, sehr nettes Personal. Für den Aufzug in die Garage darf man keine Platzangst haben.

Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels aber dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotel liegt zentral, in der Nähe sind Kostenfreie Parkplätze. Haben jeden Tag kostenfrei parken können in ca. 300 Meter Entfernung. Das Hotel wurde kernsaniert und mit ganz viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war Mega und die Betten sehr zu empfehlen weil gerade die Betten in vielen Hotels miserabel sind. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu toppen und der Ausblick auf die Berge ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir haben selten so ein nettes Personal erlebt. Ganz großes Kompliment. Abends im Empfangsraum zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein oder Aperol zu trinken ist einfach herrlich. Würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Durch die Schalldichten Fenster hört man Nachts gar nichts.

Top Unterkunft, freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmer toll. WIr waren super positiv überrascht. Obwohl das Hotel gegeüber dem Bahnhof liegt ist es absolut ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, war aber komplett schallisoliert gegen Lärm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum sehenswert. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bedienung der Duscharmaturen erschloss sich allerdings erst nach längerem Experimentieren.

The hotel claimed that Expedia didn't tell them that I had children staying in THE FAMILY ROOM so they charged me twice the rate of the room I paid for and refused to send me an itemized invoice even after I requested it! They are scammers. I put 2 adults and all my children's information into Expedia prior to checking in. Also, the reception desk isn't open 24 hours, which was very inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the Avalon hotel. Its really modern and a short walk into the centre of Bad Reichenhall, which is a beautiful town. The breakfast was excellent and the staff really friendly. Its a great base to explore the area, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located across the train station. For shopping and a wider selection of dinining options you have to walk for ca 10 minutes. The casino is nearby. Breakfast was included in the room price, the selection and quality was good. I would recommend the hotel.

Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels aber dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotel liegt zentral, in der Nähe sind Kostenfreie Parkplätze. Haben jeden Tag kostenfrei parken können in ca. 300 Meter Entfernung. Das Hotel wurde kernsaniert und mit ganz viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war Mega und die Betten sehr zu empfehlen weil gerade die Betten in vielen Hotels miserabel sind. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu toppen und der Ausblick auf die Berge ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir haben selten so ein nettes Personal erlebt. Ganz großes Kompliment. Abends im Empfangsraum zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein oder Aperol zu trinken ist einfach herrlich. Würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Durch die Schalldichten Fenster hört man Nachts gar nichts.

Parkplatz auf dem Gelände lässt sich reservieren. Wussten wir vorher nicht. Es gab aber auch so genügend Platz. Zimmer für eine 5-köpfige Familie top! Sehr geräumig und sauber. Great location. Was there for a night to watch my cousin ftom America perform. Room was clean and cool in spite of the heat. The tief garage was a first for me- car elevator. Staff was super nice..Definitely will be back. .

Lovely staff. Good room layout clean, but uncomfortable bed situation… Child in the middle falling down the crack between the two single beds that were pushed together. And therefore two of us spent the nights squashed into a single.. and the bed wasn’t massively comfy even without this. Booked for three but only the two beds, two duvets, two bath towels etc.

We stayed for three nights and though it was raining cats and dogs it was such a nice moment to have friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was convenient, though the elevator parking was a new experience. I liked the ingenuity. Beautiful area, good food and I would highly recommend this hotel.
