The 2nd floor room with a view that we requested in our initial booking was great. Less great was having to lug a heavy suitcase up those steps. Other than that, very satisfied. I would recommend anytime.

We booked at the last minute and received confirmation right away. We also got a check-in reminder call while travelling, which we didn't expect, but our room was still ready and waiting for us at 8 pm. We stayed in room 293 on the second floor, which had a small table and chairs outside to enjoy your coffee or smokables. The room was clean and minimal, with all the necessities without the clutter. Simple design with focus on comfort and cleanliness. The bed was cozy, the pillows comfy, and the room dark and quiet. The staff were pleasant and informative while continuing to do minor upgrades to the property. Loved the coy pond and wished we could have had time to sit by it. There's enough parking not to worry about running out for a coffee, and it's easy to check in and out.

Fantastic motel when you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to spend the evening and/or morning relaxing after a day’s activities in the area. SPOTLESS room, older furniture but all in perfect condition, all standard motel conveniences. Big windows that open easily, relatively quiet heat/AC system and fridge. Lovely bathtub and shower head! Very close the QEW. No desk, but a decent sized table with two chairs for eating or writing, etc. Convenient parking outside my door. I only gave 4 stars because I didn’t love the blankets too much. One of those polar tech kind. Not especially cozy. Sheets were great, tho. Also can’t turn bathroom light on without also starting the fan, which I find annoying. But small issues. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Excellent mattresses, very clean room, our room had a nice river view with two swans on a tiny island. Lovely friendly staff. Great location at an affordable price to go to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We come back to the Capri Inn each year and are always happy with the experience.

Perfect spot loved the picnic area and the clean spacious rooms. Great sleeping spot then 10 minutes from fruit farms and close to Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. Budget friendly and close to many tourist spots

I have stayed at the Capri many times over the years, and even through the transition to the current owners. It is an excellent value for the money, and the rooms are quiet and clean. The bathrooms are excellent, with shower / tub combinations, and even the water pressure is good. The fridge provided is a nice size - bigger than those silly mini fridge things. The only suggestion that I would make is that the owners should consider putting in an elevator - there is plenty of room to put one in, and stairs are hard for us getting on in years. The view from the second floor rooms that face the water can't be beat - we have watched wild swans swimming out back on many occasions!

This is a great "old school" motel. Easy to park right outside your room. All staff were very friendly. The room was a clean as any five star hotel I've stayed at. It very close to restaurants and convenience store shopping. All this at a very budget friendly rate. I highly recommend.

Capri Inn was exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in many hotels but none was as clean as this one. Kudos to the staff! Everyone at the front desk was also nice and friendly. The only issue I had (and it’s not that big of a deal) was that the pillows were a bit on the small side. I would prefer bigger pillows but I made do.

Our stay at the Capri Inn was excellent! Although an older motel, the room was immaculate and didn't feel tired or run down at all. The bedding and towels were very good, mattress comfortable, and the room was very well appointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Capri Inn for its location and value.

Desk staff person was very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful plants in reception. Property is older and there was a bit of mold in the shower. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the shower and toilet did not flush properly. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. In the morning there was juice and packaged sweets downstairs; that was a nice plus.

Family owned and operated. This was without question, the absolute cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed in. A very traditional hotel/motel property. We average about thirty (30) hotel stays a year and again…the cleanest room we have ever had. The owners are incredibly hospitable. No question that we will be back soon. Our new overnighter when we are in the area!

The Capri is an excellent, spotlessly clean hotel located right off the QEW. Many restaurants close by, and you can reach NOTL in 15 minutes! We have stayed at the Capri many times, and we shall continue to do so!

Very clean, and very reasonably priced. Great value for the money. Right by the QEW, and yet you hear no road noise while in your room. The rear facing rooms have a water view, and we saw a pair of swans swimming by - ask for a rear facing room on the second floor, if you want the best view - but keep in mind, I do not believe they have an elevator. Many good places to eat at right nearby (Chuck's across the street has very good food). The only thing that they could improve is their WIFI connection. I stayed for three nights, and our service cut in and out. I reported it at check-out, and the manager said she'd have it taken care of. Everything else about the place is excellent, and I've stayed here a half dozen times without any problems. Again, very clean and a great value for your money!

We loved our stay at the Capri Inn after visiting friends in the area. It was so clean and perfectly situated on the water - watching the sun set over the swans on the river was a nice welcome. The beds were comfortable, the coffee was good and the parking super easy.

Read many reviews prior, and they were largely accurate. very clean, very tidy, lovely grounds. only qualms were a wonky toilet and building noises (ie pipes, rattling stairs) that are part and parcel of an older building. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in a pinch.

I appreciated the attention the staff had to their customers. The front desk person greeted me with lots of warmth. I was travelling on a budget and I was very glad to hear that the inn has some small breakfast items that are included in the fee for guests to enjoy. I will hopefully be back here next time I visit St. Catharines.

I had my car and ID stolen prior to my stay there, and to be clear this had nothing to do with staying at their property. I was virtually stuck and pretty much homeless due to being from out of provence and limited access to my bank account. The owners we're not judgemental, they over looked my homeless appearance, accommodated my cash only situation and even let me use a computer to acquire information. The most wonderful professional owners/people I met through this whole nightmare of having my identification & car stolen. Thank you! Thank you, Thankyou! I"ll be back.

This is our second stay at the Capri Inn, it's a great property! Very close to the QEW, well-located, free parking. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. The Capri is an excellent, spotlessly clean hotel located right off the QEW. Many restaurants close by, and you can reach NOTL in 15 minutes! We have stayed at the Capri many times, and we shall continue to do so!

Great location off QEW. Very quite. Surprisingly no noise from highway. Clean rooms, lots of towels, nice shower tub and firm mattress. Great view of river and birds outside our window. I would highly recommend this motel.

Lovely older motor inn/motel. Great insulation and super quiet rooms. The air conditioning was great. The little snacks and juice in the morning were a nice surprise. We loved this place and slept the best we did on our entire trip! We will be back to this hotel and will do some winery tours from here next time.

A sparkling clean room with nice decorator touches. The room included a mini-fridge, ironing board and iron, large television, free wi-fi, free local and long-distance calls, friendly service and packaged muffins, danishes, rice krispie squares and granola bars as well as apple and orange juice in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It was a comfortable stay. Pillows were too high for me so I did t sleep comfortably otherwise it was clean, water was hot, there was a fridge and a safe plus coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. There were pastries and juice in the morning. The lady at the front was SO FUNNY AND NICE!! I would go back again just to talk to her! 😍

Beds very comfortable. Shower great. Liked the table for two since we ate take out in our room. We could both have our computers on the table. Breakfast nook was disappointing with only juice and small muffins available. Coffee and tea must be made in the room. Otherwise great place to stay.
