Me encantó el hotel, muy bien situado y el personal muy amable. Estábamos en una semana que la temperatura estaba entre 40 y 45 grados y pedimos una cerveza fría y nos dijeron que en el hotel no vendían nada de alcohol. Ese fue el único punto que no nos gustó

Ok for a couple of nights but too expensive for what you get. No fridge or safe in the room. Bed was ok but no furniture to put things away and the drawer offered was wobbly. Bathroom ok but poorly done.

Nos encantó el hotel. La habitación para dos personas súper cómoda, igual que el baño. El desayuno valió la pena, puedes tomar café o te a cualquier hora, hay un mini buffet muy bien dotado con cereales, yogurts, panes, charcutería. Impecable y súper cómoda. La ubicación es maravillosa en el centro de la ciudad a 10 minutos de todos los iconos de la ciudad. Pero sin duda destacaría la atención del personal. A pesar de que llegamos mucho antes, nos permitieron hacer el check in, nos recibieron el equipaje, etc. atentos y dispuestos en todo momento. Hansel y Kenny insuperables de verdad. Volvería sin duda.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Mayerling seit 2017 und es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem der zentralsten Bereiche Madrids, von wo aus man Zugang zu allen Museen, berühmten Restaurants und Bars und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten hat. Der Service ist perfekt und das Personal ist freundlich. Was wir sehr interessant fanden, war die Kaffee-/Tee-Lounge in der Nähe der Rezeption, wo man seine Freizeit für ein paar Minuten genießen kann.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice choice for breakfast for €8 per day if you wanted it. Hot drinks and water available 24/7. Room was compact and storage minimal but for a few nights it’s fine. Very close to transport links around the city. Will be nice when finished but the road and pavements outside the hotel are under massive construction at the moment and only appear to have a few working on it each day. Otherwise a great stay.

Einfache aber sehr saubere Unterkunft . Das Personal sehr, sehr nett . Frühstück in der Lobby mit Kaffeeautomat , Wurst, Käse und Kuchen. Tagsüber konnte man sich mit Wasser, Tee und kaffee versorgen . Die Lage ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden . Fußläufig die Sehenswürdigkeiten um die Ecke . Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Weinbar direkt erreichbar .

Even thought the street out front was under construction, once the automatic door closed, it was very quiet! Some areas need updating as they look old & deteriorating but it was very clean!

We spent 3 nights at the Mayerling. Close to everything is nice, and breakfast was good. Rooms ok for shorter stays. We had a leekage from the shower in our initial room, but was swiftly moved to another when we notified the friendly staff. Alas we experienced some sort of bed bugs the last night, feasting on only one of us - we're not sure what it was, but notified the staff when checking out. Thank you for now, Madrid, it was a pleasure!

Convenient, comfortable and great hospitality. Location was excellent, all major sites I planned to visit were within walking distance which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. Continental breakfast was fresh, well stocked and had a great variety to choose from. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was accommodating and really nice. There's a secure area where they can hold your bags until you are able to check in. The room was very clean. The area outside the hotel was very noisy. The street outside the hotel was shut down due to construction work and cars could not drop you off directly in front of the hotel.

O atendimento, localização e limpeza são ótimas! O que deixa a desejar é a infraestrutura do quarto, principalmente a parte do chuveiro que são placas de madeira, e com o água na madeira, causou infiltração e mau cheiro! Precisamos trocar de quarto, e no segundo quarto a infiltração estava igual!

We stayed in the hotel for five nights. It is in a great location, close to Plaza Major and walkable to many sightseeing attractions, and with many dining options within 5 minutes walk. There is also a 24-7 supermarket around the corner, which we loved. The breakfast has good selections, and the staff is friendly. We feel safe completely. Our only complain is the shower inside the room. The room must have been retro-fitted, having added a shower and sink inside the bedroom. It would have been ok having a shower in the room, had the shower been constructed appropriately. But it was not. There is water leak from underneath because the drain does not work quickly enough. So every time after the shower is used, regardless how careful and quickly we used the shower, we can see the water sipping out between the tiles of the floor. The wet floor tiles are close to where the bed sits, which is annoying.
We stayed in the hotel for five nights. It is in a great location, close to Plaza Major and walkable to many sightseeing attractions, and with many dining options within 5 minutes walk. VERY clean and great value for location just south of Plaza Mayor. Excellent wifi quality. Despite being on a small street, it is quite busy. Between that and very loud construction (late May/early June 2024), would recommend requesting a room in the back if you are a light sleeper.

Hotel pequeño muy centrico y perfecto relacion precio calidad para una estancia de turismo. Hemos repetido porque estuvimos el pasado año y nos gusto mucho. Ofrecen en recepcion agua, cafe e infusiones durante todo el dia, lo cual es muy agradable despues de un dia largo, y botellita de agua en la habitacion. Los chicos de recepcion son atentos, disponibles y muy simpaticos. Gracias por tu amabilidad Yansel. Hasta la proxima.
Hotel pequeño muy centrico y perfecto relacion precio calidad para una estancia de turismo. Hemos repetido porque estuvimos el pasado año y nos gusto mucho. Ofrecen en recepcion agua, cafe e infusiones durante todo el dia, lo cual es muy agradable despues de un dia largo, y botellita de agua en la habitacion. The staff was accommodating and really nice. There's a secure area where they can hold your bags until you are able to check in. The room was very clean. The area outside the hotel was very noisy. The street outside the hotel was shut down due to construction work and cars could not drop you off directly in front of the hotel.

Convenient, comfortable and great hospitality. Location was excellent, all major sites I planned to visit were within walking distance which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice choice for breakfast for €8 per day if you wanted it. Hot drinks and water available 24/7. Room was compact and storage minimal but for a few nights it’s fine. Very close to transport links around the city. Will be nice when finished but the road and pavements outside the hotel are under massive construction at the moment and only appear to have a few working on it each day. Otherwise a great stay.

The hotel was nice and well located but the three person room was not great for three people. The shower had a transparent shade so there was no privacy. There was no door into the bathroom area allowing an early riser to get ready without waking up the rest of the room with lights. Yes the rooms are small but I knew that! and everything was perfect for us. The staff was amazing!!!!! friendly and helpful. Very clean very quiet. Best coffee machine I've ever encountered at a hotel. Nice and close to everything you would need downtown. 24hr store right at the end of the block. We love this hotel so much we will be back in 5 days to finish our stay in Spain. Meanwhile they are restoring one of our bags until we get back
