Excellent hotel, great access to the coast, airport and Palma. Brunch was very good. The gym facilities were excellent and unusually for a hotel well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Staying here for Christmas was a really good decision.

A lovely hotel very close to the beach, the long hours of the free brunch were a great benefit to an early riser like me who got first and second breakfasts in! A nice small pool. The parking immediately nearby was very limited but we found plenty within a half mile walk.

Beau et à 50m de la plage. Il y a toutes les commodités. Par contre AUCUN parking, c'est l'horreur pour se garer.. et personnel désagréable, ma dame est resté 10mn à rigoler au téléphone en me regardant alors que j'attendais au comptoir pour le check-in.

The hotel location is great, staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is magnificent. However housekeeping is not up to standards. They prepared our room for only 2 people (towels, etc.) although our reservation was for 3 people and also they forgot to clean our room for 1 day out of 2, and in general the cleanliness of the room was not really good. If the hotel can improve housekeeping service, they can be unbeatable for their price and comfort.

The hotel is in a great location with a 2 min walk to the beach , a supermarket opposite & a short walk from the bus stop that takes you to the airport . I found it to be quite dusty , especially around the bed but the bathroom was clean . The brunch menu was good most days with lots of options , both meat & vegetarian . I'd stay again

Das Zimmer - oder besser Abstellkammer - war komplett warm und hat nach Schimmel gerochen, die Klimaanlage funktioniert schlecht bzw. schwach. Unter anderem gab es ganz viele Silberfischchen im Zimmer ekelhaft!! Sauberkeit war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, Scharmhaare auf dem frisch bezogenen Bettlaken. Ein Stundenhotel wäre noch besser gewesen. Fast 170€ für die Nacht ist einfach abzocke! Das habe ich dem Mitarbeiter, der um Daher habe ich das Zimmer zurückgegeben, obwohl ich in der Nacht (2 Uhr morgen) kein Zimmer mehr finden konnte. El Hotel pareciera bueno y renovado, pero la Habitación a parte de tener el piso sucio, de oler a humedad y a Moho de tiempo largo, y con hongos, se ve que toda la Renovación fue que le han pegado un papel de tapizado barato y un piso barato de Vinilico. La Habitación llena de bichos que caminaban por las paredes :s Un Hotel de las trabajadoras de la Calle hubiese estado más limpio. Por ello no me quede y devolví la habitación aunque eran las 2 de la Mañana. El Hotel por 170€ la noche es una estafa!! Así fuese por 20€ no duermo con cucarachas en la misma habitación

Mega fint hotel. Indretning er flot og hyggelig. Der er en lækker pool, bar og fitness/vaskerum. Der var dog ret meget larm på hotellet, hvilket man godt kunne høre på ens værelse + væggene også er tynde så generelt meget støj. Morgenmaden kunne dog godt være bedre, men resten var hel tip top, ville klart anbefale.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr klein und eng, Lage sehr gut. Frühstück sehr einseitig, es war okay. Für ein Opening oder Closing Trip, kann man es nehmen, alles was über drei Tage hinaus geht, haben wir schon bessere Hotels gehabt.

Staff were excellent. Nothing seemed an issue for them to help or make sure everything was easy. We had some issues arriving late that had knock on in the morning and they made us feel welcome to stay beyond check out . Thank you

Lovely clean, relaxed hotel. All staff very pleasant and professional. Brunch served until 13:30 each day, which all made for a very relaxing holiday. As a vegeterian, there was plenty of food to chose from. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and open even in low season. Bus stop 2 mins away, with frequent buses to Palma and S'Arenal. Airport only 15 mins away by bus too. Will definitely recommend and return to this hotel!

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gute Lage. Weit genug weg von der Patymeile, sehr nah an der Playa(B09), Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es ist sehr sauber, Frühstück ist sehr gut.
