Located alongside a golf course, the hotel is to the north of the main tourist resort area but as easy enough walk (about 15-20 minutes) or cheap taxi. There’s a big supermarket nearby (and a well stocked mini market in the hotel) and the surrounding roads and paths are all landscaped so it’s very pleasant. The hotel itself isn’t that big - I’d guess around 120-150 well spread out rooms - so although it’s mainly aimed at families, as a couple we didn’t noisy or over-crowded. Our apartment room was great: big bedroom, living room with kitchen and a huge terrace. It’s basic but modern and clean. I’d say a really good value choice.

Fint hotell med store flotte rom. Veldig lite info ved insjekking, og dyr leie av bassenghåndkle, anbefales til småbarnforeldre, kan være langt å gå ned til sentrum for noen.

Me and my partner stayed in a self catering apartment with a little kitchenette for a weekend. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel, so can’t comment on that but the pool area was fine and the apartment was nice enough. The room probably could’ve been cleaner and the kitchen was VERY basic - hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, basic knives, forks and spoons and about 3 utensils. Rightly or wrongly, I was a bit annoyed that there was nothing to wash up with - no dishwasher, sponge or washing up liquid - so we had to buy that for only a weekend stay, but maybe that’s normal for apartments? Also, you can usually rent irons from reception for just a deposit at other hotels but I was told it would be €20 deposit and then you’d have to pay €20 to keep it for the week as they have to order it in, again which was annoying when we were only there for a weekend stay. We also paid for a room with a balcony but instead had a ground floor apartment with a patio - maybe that’s normal and classed as a balcony, but still slightly disappointing. Other than that, the room was modern and nice, just the floors could’ve been cleaner, and it was in a nice location about 7 min walk to Mercadona, about 15 min walk to Las Americas and €7ish taxi back and taxi to the airport cost just under €30 which we ordered at reception when we needed to leave. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Would possibly stay here again if I got it on another cheap deal, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it I must admit.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti, l'hotel é a circa 20/25 minuti a piedi dal mare, e crediamo sia utile avere l'auto, ci sono inoltre comodi pargheggi gratuiti nei paraggi. Staff gentile, buona la pulizia, abbiamo avuto la fortunata di avere una camera lontano dalla piscina e quindi molto silenziosa. Colazione discreta, potrebbe essere piu variegata, ma nel complesso un buon albergo vicino alle principali attrazioni, ma situato in una zona tranquilla.

Great value for money for our stay in Tenerife. We were given an apartment which had a balcony off the living area and also a rooftop balcony with sunloungers and hot tub (although not filled) which was amazing. The room was large, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Only downfall was no shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in bathroom. Lovely hotel complex however pool area was full of children so not ideal if there to relax as a couple. There was a smaller pool on the top level which was a quieter option. Didn’t use the restaurant however bar area/reception was lovely and modern and plenty of seating. Also a supermarket on the complex which was very handy. Would definitely return and recommend.

2 night stay. Away from all the noise. Pleasant staff. The apartment itself was fine. Unlike previous reviews, I didn’t have a complaint about the basic wifi (didn’t stream though) which was ok for me. Just a couple of things to improve. Couch in apartment had stains which doesn’t give a good impression though overall, the apartment was very clean. No amenities like shower gel and shampoo. That was really missing. They should really improve the quality of the breakfast, starting with a decent coffee! Even the instant coffee was of poor quality. I think most would be happy with a lot less breakfast items but good quality. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Personal muy amable, las habitaciones muy limpias, acogedoras y con todo lo necesario, las camas bastante cómodas. Estábamos alejados de todo y era muy silencioso todo, ideal para descansar y desconectar.

The hotel stand-alone and rooms are nice. The location is a bit far from everything if you do not have a car. It is written that the WiFi is for free but is not! The WiFi for free is basically not working and your only option is to buy the premium option. The cleaning is ok , but I don’t know for what reason dishes in the kitchen were never cleaned.

Für uns war es eigentlich nur ein „not“ hotel, da unser eigentliches Hotel nicht zumutbar war. Umso überraschter waren wir über dieses sehr gepflegte Hotel. Die Anlage wird gut in Schuss gehalten, unser Zimmer war grandios und überstreckte sich über zwei Etagen (Küche, zwei Bäder, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Balkone) und das Essen war auch top. Würden wir so jederzeit buchen.
Für uns war es eigentlich nur ein „not“ hotel, da unser eigentliches Hotel nicht zumutbar war. Umso überraschter waren wir über dieses sehr gepflegte Hotel. Die Anlage wird gut in Schuss gehalten, unser Zimmer war grandios und überstreckte sich über zwei Etagen (Küche, zwei Bäder, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Balkone) und das Essen war auch top. Würden wir so jederzeit buchen.

Me and my partner stayed in a self catering apartment with a little kitchenette for a weekend. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel, so can’t comment on that but the pool area was fine and the apartment was nice enough. The room probably could’ve been cleaner and the kitchen was VERY basic - hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, basic knives, forks and spoons and about 3 utensils. Rightly or wrongly, I was a bit annoyed that there was nothing to wash up with - no dishwasher, sponge or washing up liquid - so we had to buy that for only a weekend stay, but maybe that’s normal for apartments? Also, you can usually rent irons from reception for just a deposit at other hotels but I was told it would be €20 deposit and then you’d have to pay €20 to keep it for the week as they have to order it in, again which was annoying when we were only there for a weekend stay. We also paid for a room with a balcony but instead had a ground floor apartment with a patio - maybe that’s normal and classed as a balcony, but still slightly disappointing. Other than that, the room was modern and nice, just the floors could’ve been cleaner, and it was in a nice location about 7 min walk to Mercadona, about 15 min walk to Las Americas and €7ish taxi back and taxi to the airport cost just under €30 which we ordered at reception when we needed to leave. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Would possibly stay here again if I got it on another cheap deal, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it I must admit.

The hotel stand-alone and rooms are nice. The location is a bit far from everything if you do not have a car. It is written that the WiFi is for free but is not! The WiFi for free is basically not working and your only option is to buy the premium option. The cleaning is ok , but I don’t know for what reason dishes in the kitchen were never cleaned.

Great value for money for our stay in Tenerife. We were given an apartment which had a balcony off the living area and also a rooftop balcony with sunloungers and hot tub (although not filled) which was amazing. The room was large, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Only downfall was no shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in bathroom. Lovely hotel complex however pool area was full of children so not ideal if there to relax as a couple. There was a smaller pool on the top level which was a quieter option. Didn’t use the restaurant however bar area/reception was lovely and modern and plenty of seating. Also a supermarket on the complex which was very handy. Would definitely return and recommend.

Buen trato del personal, nos han dado un apartamento superior al reservado. Lo peor las comidas y los horarios de éstas. Como suele pasar en casi todos los alojamientos del sur, está todo pensado para los extranjeros y sus costumbres. Pero si el comedor abre a las 18:30 y cierra a las 21:30, debería de haber la misma oferta de comida a primera hora que a última y en este alojamiento no es así. Solo estuvimos dos días así que tampoco fue demasiada molestia, pero no me imagino estar 15 o 20 días alojado…

Como suele pasar en casi todos los alojamientos del sur, está todo pensado para los extranjeros y sus costumbres. I had a lovely holiday with my husband. The hotel was quiet, beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the hotel as it will enhance your experience more joyful. If you are looking for peaceful location, consider this hotel. As a side note, we left a black wallet next to the bed in a room and I sent an email, message to the hotel but I still haven't heard anything yet. Please get back to me as soon as you read this message about this.

Comfortable and clean apartment with good balcony. No English speaking TV channels and no one advised us what the WiFi code was. Complementary water. No toiletries apart from hand soap. Basic kitchen area was also good, again no washing up liquid. We didn't use the pool or restaurant as we only stayed one night. Staff all very friendly. Good mercadona supermarket near by with other shops and restaurants. We would stay again.

Domage que malgré une reservation à l'etage avec balcon, on se soit retrouvé au Rez de Chaussée, la reception a refusé le document fournis par hotel.com donc méfiance si vous passez par eux car ils n'ont rien géré avec leur système d'assistant vituel. Sinon l'hôtel est sympa juste un peu éloigné du centre mais c'est peut-être un avantage pour le calme.

Área de piscina bonita y apartamento en general bien, pero la atención en recepción es horrible no saben tratar al cliente desde que llegamos hasta irnos. El servicio de la habitación muy malo. Puedes tener un buen hotel pero si tal atencion al cliente es pésima no quieres volver ni recomendarlo.

Located alongside a golf course, the hotel is to the north of the main tourist resort area but as easy enough walk (about 15-20 minutes) or cheap taxi. There’s a big supermarket nearby (and a well stocked mini market in the hotel) and the surrounding roads and paths are all landscaped so it’s very pleasant. The hotel itself isn’t that big - I’d guess around 120-150 well spread out rooms - so although it’s mainly aimed at families, as a couple we didn’t noisy or over-crowded. Our apartment room was great: big bedroom, living room with kitchen and a huge terrace. It’s basic but modern and clean. I’d say a really good value choice.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti, l'hotel é a circa 20/25 minuti a piedi dal mare, e crediamo sia utile avere l'auto, ci sono inoltre comodi pargheggi gratuiti nei paraggi. Staff gentile, buona la pulizia, abbiamo avuto la fortunata di avere una camera lontano dalla piscina e quindi molto silenziosa. Colazione discreta, potrebbe essere piu variegata, ma nel complesso un buon albergo vicino alle principali attrazioni, ma situato in una zona tranquilla.

Hotellet er hyggeligt ,dejlige lejligheder, ligger lidt inde i landet men man kan hurtigt komme til vandet,men hotellet har det hele så du kan blive på stedet. Vi havde fuld pension,det hele var bare til top karakter Personalet er super service minded Priser på vin mm,er meget rimelige

2 night stay. Away from all the noise. Pleasant staff. The apartment itself was fine. Unlike previous reviews, I didn’t have a complaint about the basic wifi (didn’t stream though) which was ok for me. Just a couple of things to improve. Couch in apartment had stains which doesn’t give a good impression though overall, the apartment was very clean. No amenities like shower gel and shampoo. That was really missing. They should really improve the quality of the breakfast, starting with a decent coffee! Even the instant coffee was of poor quality. I think most would be happy with a lot less breakfast items but good quality. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

The appartement has been renewed or is new, it is visible (furniture in good condition), rooms are big, balcony is huge, it is very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, with a big variety of chiose. I really liked our stay here.

We quite enjoyed our stay, but for us it was the food that caused the most issues. My wife is vegetarian and some evening there was no vege option at all, there were vegetables but some had bits of ham in them. Some evenings there was a veg canelloni and spaghetti with veg which was good, other evenings there was nothing. The other problem was the inability to keep the food warm enough, the hot plates are not efficient enough. We found ourselves watching for food being delivered, otherwise it was luke warm very quickly. There was also a similar issue keeping the milk cool in the mornings, the cold surfaces just weren't very good.

Chambre très bien, personnel super, piscine rien à redire, chambre vue sur golf et entrée vue route pas de soucis, uniquement l'entretien des sols extérieurs très moyen.
