Half and half about pets being there because you can smell the animals like their urine and stuff but other then that it was great. Nice clean and quiet. It was very peaceful with nice an friendly staff.

Great staff and very clean

Close to a very loud and busy main road, so good luck sleeping well. Hot water only works between 4pm-8am, then the laundry takes all of it (not kidding, you will shower cold if you shower between 830-4pm ish). Pillows are small and awful. You can hear every stomp and door shut, good luck sleeping. Rooms smell like roach spray. The elevator (only one) smells like cigarettes or weed, depending on time of day. The cleaning staff cleaned my room the first night, and then the following 5 nights skipped it. No room safe. Not even a room phone or alarm clock in the room. It is cheap is the only positive. But don't make the mistake I did , thinking cheap wouldn't matter since you would only be using it to sleep anyway, so it didn't matter - the comfort elsewhere is worth the price, even just for sleeping. Oh, also it is located on MLK Ave. Take that as you please

When we go there, they had taken the liberty of checking us in a day sooner than we asked for and said they would tack it on to the end of our stay, but that did not happen. When we did finally get to our room, it was semiclean and the hot tub did not even work which was the reason we paid more to stay there than surrounding hotels that were cheaper. When asked, the front desk staff had to stop their all day long visit with their company to sharply say " none of them work" and get back to discussion with said company. The hotel it's self was fine, the rooms were clean enough, but honestly, had we known we were going to be shorted a full day and then the amenities we wanted would not work, we would have stayed somewhere else. Lack luster would be the word I used. It is what it is but I would like to get reimbursed for the full day they had us checked in that we were not there.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms have updated bathrooms but dirty, dingy carpet and drapes and several light bulbs out.
