Was overall a 'good' stay, but nothing wowed us. Very spacious room that would benefit from more generous furnishings - a mini sofa for 1½ seemed a waste! Gardens are lovely and could do with some seating benches (although the hammocks and beanbags are a nice touch). All staff were very friendly and helpful.

On check in there were multiple issues for the 6 of us staying , yes there was an event on however the gentleman checking us in was very vague and unhelpful the whole process took close to 2 hours which after travelling is not ideal They charged my credit card twice and this was left on pending for a week despite the rooms being pre paid One friend had to move rooms due to security issues with her door this took a whole day Despite this being a group booking we were spread across the hotel Another manger resolved these issues, however overall the property is tired and needs a refresh Drinks are expensive in comparison to other hotels Spa was lovely Views are limited , the staff on the rooftop pool seem to be in rush to get you to leave after sunset and service at times was slow Food was ok , standard expected at a hotel Overall not a 5 star hotel or experience But the rooms were generally clean and the beds comfortable, great location for accessing Kuta , Legian and Seminyak beach areas for bars ect For a few days if you are out and about in Bali this is a great place to stay but if you are after a 5 star resort experience this is not it

We had a wonderful time with my family here for about 9 nights. Pretty much everything was amazing and we felt well taken care of. In particular shout-out to Ibu Ari who was always there to take care of our needs especially at breakfast, be it an extra coffee served piping hot or chat with our kids. Also shoutout to bapak seni who checked us in and ensured we were comfortable with our suite. A few things that stood out in our stay were 1) Kids club - our kids had a great time there, and we got a chance to have some shopping time. 2) The Breakfast - ton of dining options and pretty much most of it is so good, especially the made to order omlettes and the Indian corner. 3) The location - is right on the beach with testaurants, mall and even cinema in walking distance. 4) The staff - everyone we talked was great and always smiling. 5) Our room - it was BIG with an extra room overlooking the garden :) All in all highly recommend this place.

Junior Family Suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children with two bathrooms and the large balcony over the garden area. Room was quiet Location of Hotel was perfect for the afternoon beach hangs to watch the sunset and a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle. Room was clean and had all amenities. Buffett Breakfast was a big hit especially the waffle/pancacke station. Roof top pool was beautiful

Great location, but the pool area was very poor the kids pool was for babies, the main pool was very small for the amount of units just not a nice tranquil area to relax at all, they have so much space to have a beautiful lagoon pool its a shame as thats the biggest let down.

Beautiful resort in front of Legian Beach. Very clean, modern, and the staff are all friendly and helpful and everybody speaks English. The property has a nice pool for adults and for kids. They also have a kids club where kids and babies can play inside. The atmosphere is very nice especially at night it’s very warm and moody, every night they do a dance show, they call singers etc. They also have a amazing Balinese SPA which is very full of reservation so reserve in advance. The room is very clean but is very noisy especially in the road side. I really recommend!

Bedroom’s need to be updated, we asked to be moved after 2 nights as we could smell the mattress which wasn’t pleasant. Towels need to be replaced as some were old and discoloured. Only saving quality was the staff who were so friendly and helpful.

My first time staying at the Pullman and at a more elite hotel. I was disappointed and feel like Ive had better service at $50 a night hotels. Whilst the grounds were nice and staff friendly, the hotel room was basic, and lacked sufficient room for my case and clothing. My room was not cleaned properly, basic amenities such as bathmats and facewashers not replaced and floors not swept. Bath salts I used on the first night were not replaced. I reused my towels and did not expect my linen to be changed during my stay so there was no excuse not to clean the room to an acceptable standard. The garden view room was in fact looking directly into the mens toilet whilst they used the urinal due to poor privacy shielding. The benefits they offer in fact require a deposit eg they offer a pillow menu but expect a $50 deposit to use. Benefits-close to beach and decent restaurants.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Room was good, spacious with lovely view of beach. Room was tidied daily, but occasionally there was rubbish left on floor and the balcony was not cleaned or tidied. If aircon wasnt left on, the room smelt musty. On one night, i was woken by loud banging which became unrelentless, with fists banging on the door and the doorbell being rung incessantly. Im sure the whole floor was awoken wirh the person banging and yelling (a person's name) to be let in. This continued for several minutes despite me telling them they had the wrong room! No sign of hotel security or even acknowledgement by the hotel of any annoyance. The rooftop, adults only, pool area was nice, however there were children allowed in the pool. We arrived Hotel, early hours morning, went to room and it stunk mold, and damp, we complained and was moved following day, sadly it made us sick, after reading recent review this is clearly an ongoing issue. Room was not as advertised. Filthy room, dead cockroach left in room after being cleaned. Mouldy smell and mould on walls. 3 star quality but charge 5 star price. Moved rooms 3 times, never did see the room that was advertised. Bed was hard, aircon not great. MANY people complaining, poor example of what PULLMAN SHOULD BE. Management dismissive, hallways filty with cockroaches laying in hallways. Very unclean. Reception and community areas look good, but rooms in poor quality. Apparently these rooms have been recently "refreshed", but furniture was mouldy, table poorly painted to seem updated. Food and beverages HIGHLY overpriced.

Room was great, food was great, location was great. Only 4/5 stars because I had constant mosquitos in the room (even with the door closed throughout my stay). There is also no soundproofing so if you're facing the road expect a loud night.

The property is getting a bit dated, the wardrobes were creaky and the backboard of one of them fell down when we opened it. The supposedly white towels were more grey and the buttons on the safe worked when the felt like, which was very frustrating. The hotel is in a very good location with plenty of places to eat etc. within easy walking distance.

Ein schönes Hotel, das direkt am langen Strand von Legian liegt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal war immer super aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, das war auch sehr schön, allerdings liegt zwischen dem Hotel und dem Strand eine Straße, die durch den Verkehr sehr laut ist und abends teilweise beim Einschlafen gestört hat. Ansonsten war die Lage topp, direkt am Strand und fußläufig zu diversen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften!

Hotellet är svagt 4 stjärnigt. Vi fick byta rum en gång då vi hörde trafiken. Vi fick ett nytt rum långt från allting men exakt samma planlösning, där hade vi problem varje natt med våra grannar från rummet bredvid. De kom sent till rummet, men vi hörde allt de sa och gjorde. Vi vaknade pga det varje natt & sov knappast, det kändes som att de var i vårt rum. Felet är så klart på konstruktionen, det finns stängda dörrar/passage mellan rummen. Förutom ljudet så var rummet i dåligt skick, ofräscha väggar, dörrar till badrummet gick inte att stänga. Frukostbuffén var bra. Personalen var trevliga. När jag klagade på ljudet från andra rummet, hotellchefen blev kontaktad och han var mycket professionell, kudos till hotellchefen Frans, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

The 6th time I have stayed here but will never stay here again Staff lied to us and told us they upgraded our room. The room was bigger but only 50m from fireworks and only 20m from the insane traffic noise on Melasti. If you get a free upgrade to tower 1, they are lying. They are moving you here because they are the worst rooms in the hotel. They seem to target Aussie travellers. After 3 nights of no sleep, at 1am I got up and asked to be moved. They apologised and gave us another room with a late checkout, but on our last day, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out of our room My advice is if you like the area, stay at the Stones, the Mercure or Kuta Seaview on the same street

The staff members are obviously left to behave as they see fit. Bring on the mobile phone at the front desk is NOT A professional look. The staff took my passport and kept it, till I realized he didn’t returned it to me. Upon asking, he pulled it out from as m insecure drawer and apologised. This should not have happened.

We lost a whole day that we had planned on arrival due to the check in staff stuffing us around for hours and not giving us our room even though I had proof that I had booked the extra day so we didn’t have to wait until 3pm to get our room after arriving in the morning they took hours and hours to get there act together and we didn’t get in until midday so only 3 hours before normal check in even though I had booked for the day before. Really disappointed with how they handled the situation and wouldn’t stay there again

Not impressed with the service. Being at the kids pool, not once did anyone come around to offer drink service or clean up dirty cups and plates. 4-5 staff standing at the bar doing nothing instead. They would often run out of towels and had no sense of urgency to get new ones, had to wait over an hour on occasions for a towel! We asked the bar for an ice bucket and was told to call room service from our room on level 4. Few other instances where service was an after thought and quite disappointed being a reputable hotel. We have stayed at multiple Bali hotels where the service is above and beyond! Also got a suite room so our 2 year old could sleep in next room once I set up the baby monitor and noise machine I turned the main light off which then turned off all the power to the room which they said is the way it’s wired and can’t do anything, no point in suite really! Overall not impressed and won’t be back

Love this place We would come back. Pretty close to the markets, "Beach Walk"shopping mall. End of the road after a short walk is the Kuta beach. Love their buffet. Love the coffee and much more. The lovely young lady " Haity" has a bright future in hospitality. Thank you all for you makng our stay so special.

This hotel is in a great spot - close to everything and two lovely pools that we could always find a sunlounger at. It's in need of quite a bit of TLC as it's getting older. For a five star hotel I would have expected slightly better service/facilities. For example the clean towels we got in our room were quite stained, there were tiles that needed replacing in both pools etc. The room we were in had a lovely view off the balcony of the ocean/sunset however as it was facing the road it was extremely loud. It was worse at night as the cars/bikes sped down the road making it difficult to sleep. If you are a light sleeper you would definitely need to ask for a room facing the gardens.

Good location across from the beach, close enough and far enough from the noise of Kuta. Breakfast buffet is very good, but busy at peak times. Staff have a great attitude. Rooms are made up well every day although the rooms themselves are showing some age. We were on top (5th) floor and got intermittent drain smells. The beachfront properties in general suffer from this as the area becomes a victim of it's own success and I guess as the infrastructure struggles. Yes we would stay here again, but in reality would probably head up to Canguu which is still a slightly quieter and more relaxed than Kuta/ Seminyak.

The hotel was first class, the neighborhood it sat in for the most part was filthy dirty And noisy. I almost broke my leg, walking down the sidewalk falling into a hole! The hotel made up for the difference.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and bars. Dinner in the hotel was themed differently each evening. The rooms were large and clean. The staff could not do enough to accommodate you. Overaul, a lovely four night stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Check in was slow and not very accommodating for an early check in. In fact check in was delayed we had to wait half hour after check in time to have a room. Ask for a welcome drink drink at 11am as we we thirsty but was told sorry they will not serve welcome drink until close to check in time if we want a drink we need to purchase else where! Otherwise Good service and breakfast.

The shower drain had a smell of sewerage for the first 60 seconds until it gets washed away every time. The mosquitos were unbearable. The food quality and choice was outstanding. I particularly liked their breakfast buffet. Dinner night buffet was excellent too.
