We enjoyed our stay in a Sky Villa at TS suites. - Staff were always friendly and helpful. - Breakfast buffet provided a solid spread of options to choose from. - The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax as was our private pool. - The rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. The hotel itself did need some maintenance attention such as the facade of the building looked poor, the pool tiles coming away, rusting window frames in the gym and bathroom fittings. We understand a maintenance program is currently underway to provide a bit of a refresh. Overall, TS suites is a value for money option which I would recommend to others.

This hotel was fabulous. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast was well worth it. There were two pool tables and a great infinity pool that was open till 1 AM. Our room was large with a big bed that was just a little hard. My only complaint would be the non stop techno music that never stopped in the lobby, restaurants and pool. After a while it became irritating. That said we would highly recommend this hotel

I had a great stay at TS Suites. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is awesome and somehow feels almost like its not chlorinated, but I'm sure it is. Just doesnt leave that bad pool smell so thats a big plus. The room was very spacious, seemed fairly newly renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They offer a free shuttle to the beach but I found it a pretty easy and enjoyable walk with all the shops on the way and the general hustle and bustle of Bali to be watched. They have an unused rooftop area on the other side of the pool that could be a great spot to watch the sunset if refurbished and landscaped. The pool itself is so good. I liked the music they played also. I had two meals at the pool. One was great and the other pretty average, and small. Like some of the other reviewers, I thought the breakfast was a bit limited. Food itself was fine. Just not a very wide range of options. Tiny juice glasses too😆 On the positive side, as a solo traveller, youre entitled to two free breakfasts a day (7am - 11pm). All in all, I think it's a really well located venue within walking distance to most places you'd want to go. Would be quite happy to stay here again as a solo or couple. Not sure I'd bring my younger kids here. No issues, just seemed like 90% single or couple when I stayed. Teenagers would probably enjoy it. PS - take sunscreen with you. It's horrendously expensive in bali and if you go the cheap stuff, you may as well not bother😅

Hotel massage was not very clean, towels were smelly and unclean, oil used was too much and inconvenient, causing discomfort. Masseuses had no strength at all even when asked to apply more pressure. One of the most expensive massage we had was at your hotel and it was not even good. The therapists we got on call ourselves were way better than your hotel service massage.

Loved the rooftop pool with the cabanas, very relaxing. Only negative is the price of cocktails would have ordered more often if they were a reasonable price. We stayed here for over 2 weeks, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

スタッフが皆さんがにこやかで親切でとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。 朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 残念だったのはたまたまロビーのフロアのトイレを朝使おうとドアを開けたら使用後の酷く汚れた状態で驚きました。もう一つあったのでそちらも見ましたがとても入れる状態ではなかったです。 部屋のトイレはとても清潔だったので 部屋のトイレだけ使うようにしました。

Lovely Hotel in a great location. The suite room was a great size and was very clean. It was a bit warn so probably due an uplift soon. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good, lots of choices and all the staff were very friendly. Great pool area with lovely views. You won’t be disappointed having a stay here.

Security was very good. Key cards were needed to work the lift. The poolside was magnificent. The property was clean. The room and bathroom were a good size. Only thing is the lights were very dim. Especially in the bathroom, my husband couldn't see if he shaved properly and I had to use the tv to check my make-up. The rug under the bed was stained but blendeded into the design. I only knew this as my ear pod had dropped so was on my hands and knees to find it. There was dust under the bed. The sheets were spotless and brilliant white. The towels were smelling of oil on my first day there. I would suggest to carry your own towels. They change towels every two days. I had to request fresh towels everyday. The beach is down the road. There were numerous tattoo parlours, massage parlours and small street shops selling everything from rip off designer stuff to sarongs.

Overall good stay. Lobby washrooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Breakfast was good. Stayed in TSky. Private pool in this suite needs a cleaning, living room furniture needs a good cleaning or upholstery change. Bedding and towels very clean. Shower pressure in primary bedroom is very low. Street noise very loud in this suite. Bathroom and bedroom doors didn’t lock. If I ever return to Seminyak, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was beautiful and clean with a large bed. Modern fitout and well maintained. Minibar was restocked daily with 2 waters and 4 cool drinks. Great wifi speed and staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast daily was great quality and had a good variety of options. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall a great hotel, lots a fantastic amenities but the rooms need a little attention, you could see where they were showing signs of wear, such as the upholstery on the couch. Great location with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beautiful rooftop pool, all day breakfast and a nice spa. All the staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the mattress was absolutely terrible, way too firm and I didn’t get any sleep all week. I did change rooms after a few nights but the mattress was just as firm. The staff tried to make me more comfortable by putting extra duvet on the mattress, by the last night I was sleeping on three duvets folded in half but it didn’t help, I still felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete. It was absolute torture and it really affected my whole holiday. I almost considered cutting my trip short and going home so I could sleep in my own comfortable bed LOL The hotel needs to update their mattresses to pocket spring and pillow top style or at least have memory foam/latex mattress toppers for those travellers that are not accustomed to sleeping on such a firm mattress. I would love to stay here again but not until they update their mattresses. I had friends staying in the hotel in one of the villas and they also had trouble sleeping due to how firm the mattresses were.

We had such a beautiful stay at TS Suites Seminyak. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning — such a relaxing space with amazing views, and the atmosphere is just perfect. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and the service was next level. They even offered us a complimentary late check-out until after 5pm, which made our last day so much easier and stress-free — such a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. We started out in a twin room at the front of the hotel, but found the road traffic a little noisy at night. The staff were amazing and moved us to a larger suite at the back, which was super quiet, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — we couldn’t have been happier with it. Everything about our stay felt easy, friendly, and relaxed. TS Suites really goes above and beyond for their guests, and we honestly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seminyak!

Got the room at a discounted rate, would not really stay again if normal rate. The room was beautiful and clean with a large bed. Modern fitout and well maintained. Minibar was restocked daily with 2 waters and 4 cool drinks. Great wifi speed and staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast daily was great quality and had a good variety of options. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely welcoming. They catered to our every needs. They knew it was my wife's birthday, so they decorated our bed with roses and petals, which spelt happy birthday and my wife's name. They even gave us some chocolates. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I don't leave reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with something. TS Suites not only exceeded my expectations, they went like 10 levels above that. I'll sum it up by saying, whatever service expectations you think you want or expect, this place will bend over backwards to exceed all of them by a factor of 10! The concierge booked the best private driver for a few days of custom waterfall, surfing and scuba adventures along with other recommendations of things to do and not do. The front desk has a 24 hour a day whatsapp number you can ask for anything like breakfast to go, drive times in traffic, fast boat bookings to Gili etc (think of them as Siri or Alexa for anything Bali). The entire staff was always genuinely happy and smiling at all hours of the day and night. I have one suggestion - stock the rooms with refillable glass water bottles instead of plastic. Thanks for the topshelf service.....see you again next time!

They said we had a 16:00 check out when we checked then changed their mind sent me a text to get out by 14:00 Then she said sorry, after I had already planned the day out, very annoying. Asked for ice they charged me for it. Mini Bar 2 bottle of coke, w x juices and 2 water. No chips, chocolate, cookies. I Don’t drink soft drink. Everything else was ok. Staff were pleasant

There was / is no ocean view. Unless maybe at the rooftop pool which is very noisy with music that is way too loud. They allow smoking at the breakfast buffet - wow! I didn't like that at all. Plus the breakfast buffet was ... average at best. I would not return to this hotel. One more thing: the rooms at TS Suites are not suites at all. Simple rooms with balcony and large bathroom. Finally, I asked the hotel for transportation pick up at the airport - they sent an email offering this service for a fee, and I accepted. They confirmed. I waited 30 minutes in the arrival hall and no driver appeared with my name on a paper. As you exit the airport arrival hall there is a sea of drivers waiting for passengers who have arranged pick up and transportation to their hotels. Nobody was there for me, and the hotel seemed to shrug it off. Not even an apology.

Excellent choice. Sadly we were only here for one night. The staff were great and helpful. We had a late flight, the hotel offered us to continue to use the facilities until our driver arrived. So generous. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is inconvenient, on a one-way street requiring long taxi detours, which is problematic with Bali's heavy traffic. Walking is also difficult due to busy roads and poor sidewalks. The hotel itself doesn’t offer much, so you’ll likely want to leave often. The rooms are decent but not great. The air conditioning blowing ice-cold air even when set to the warmest temperature. For the price, better options are available. Hotel pricing for food and services is high. Advertised as having a playground and a children's pool, the reality was disappointing. The playground was a small room behind the smoking area, with no separate ventilation, so smoke easily filled the space. There was no dedicated children's pool, only a shallow section of the main pool, which looked dirty. The courtyard was also not stroller-friendly. We complained about the smoke and the lack of a proper children's pool, as these didn’t match the description. When we asked to shorten our stay from six to four nights, the hotel refused to change the booking after check-in, forcing us to find other accommodations while still paying for this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you do book, make separate reservations to allow for easier cancellation.

Location was good , good restaurant near by , walkable distance to seminyak beach even though the walk is through narrow roads, hotel itself is clean with friendly staff, the swimming pool &surrounding area were nice ,we enjoyed our swimming plus city view, had an excellent hot stone massage , breakfast was ok , the first night our sleep was disrupted by a crying kid from 2-3am ! The staff were nice the next day & moved our room , all in all it was a comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay at the TS Suites. Well kept and clean. Couldn't fault the staff and service - very welcoming and helpful. Facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool and bar. I had a great stay at TS Suites. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is awesome and somehow feels almost like its not chlorinated, but I'm sure it is. Just doesnt leave that bad pool smell so thats a big plus. The room was very spacious, seemed fairly newly renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They offer a free shuttle to the beach but I found it a pretty easy and enjoyable walk with all the shops on the way and the general hustle and bustle of Bali to be watched. They have an unused rooftop area on the other side of the pool that could be a great spot to watch the sunset if refurbished and landscaped. The pool itself is so good. I liked the music they played also. I had two meals at the pool. One was great and the other pretty average, and small. Like some of the other reviewers, I thought the breakfast was a bit limited. Food itself was fine. Just not a very wide range of options. Tiny juice glasses too😆 On the positive side, as a solo traveller, youre entitled to two free breakfasts a day (7am - 11pm). All in all, I think it's a really well located venue within walking distance to most places you'd want to go. Would be quite happy to stay here again as a solo or couple. Not sure I'd bring my younger kids here. No issues, just seemed like 90% single or couple when I stayed. Teenagers would probably enjoy it. PS - take sunscreen with you. It's horrendously expensive in bali and if you go the cheap stuff, you may as well not bother😅

Overall a really lovely hotel! Only a couple of things that were average … breakfast option was quite limited, especially for a 5 star hotel. Towels need to be changed - although clean, they were fairly old. Lastly, really wish the rooms had smart TVs! I was unfortunately sick for 2 days and unable to leave my room. Really wished I had the ability to stream / use Netflix and the like!

The only negative was that breakfast felt sterile. Every single part of this hotel is fabulous and if complaining about a sterile breakfast hall (atmosphere) is the only thing I can think of ... Well.... That says everything. A very uber rated hotel and a fabulous price tag.
