Hotel in good location for Palais des Beaux Art and our chosen restaurant - both a short walk away. Useful to have secure parking. Room was excellent, with a bath (although water could have been a little hotter). Beautiful decoration on the restaurant and in the hallway/stairs.

We received 2 beds and we had kinda two rooms, but one room had the toilet and the other room had the sink and shower. The food and service were wonderful. The elevator worked when we arrived but after the first night it stopped working. Thank goodness we were onl the first floor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a friendly small hotel in a quiet area in Lille. We drove from the UK so the onsite parking was a real bonus and the hotel is easy to get to - just a few minutes from the motorway. Check in was easy and staff friendly and polite. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities you need.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr höflichem Personal. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war eine richtige Hotelbar. Es gibt zwar eine Vielzahl an Getränken, aber diese muss man entweder im Hof auf Lounge Möbeln oder im Zimmer genießen.

Alors que j avais réservé l hôtel pour le parking inclus, ce dernier n était pas disponible pendant ce we et l hôtel n a pas prevenu (alors même qu un texto de pre enregistrement a été envoyé...). Les chambres sont correctes mais l'insonorisation est mauvaise. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et ne le recommande pas. Visiblement il y a un super resto que je n ai pas tente du fait du premier sujet

Calme et décoration atypique. Service aimable. Chambre et literie confortables. Malheureusement le parking est limité et nous n'avons pas pu nous y garer. Heureusement la rue semble assez dégagée en soirée. Attention la porte de la salle de bain 107 ne ferme pas.

Just an overnight visit to Lille.We chose the least cost room - 3rd floor and small but well equipped with bottled water, tea and a Cafe Richard machine and a good shower room. The 2nd floor was being refurbished without any disturbance to us. It is in an attractive residential street in a post-industrial area - not surrounded by cafes, but has an interesting restaurant which seems very popular with locals. The free onsite parking was very welcome when we arrived, and the Lille Metro system is about 200m away.

I liked the room. It has AC to keep It cool in summertimes and It the bed was suberb! But the shower was outdated. The showerdoorrailsystem was broken and you could often smell the sewage. Walking distance to the centra is a half hour. Also It is a quit hotel. Thus a good stay if you would make a city trip to Lille (and Kortrijk)!

Het ligt niet heel centraal maar dat wisten we. Koffiekopjes op de kamer worden niet schoon gemaakt en meer dan 4 koffiecapsules per kamers per dag zijn niet mogelijk.

Plutôt déçu mérite un meilleur standing.. au vue du bâtiment ancien et beau. chambre exigüe ,mais vraiment exigüe a peine 11 m2 salle de bain comprise . pas de place pour les valises, pas de rangement . la serrure de la chambre avec 5 descentes du 3 ième étage pour réactiver les clefs . moquette tachée, et odeur désagréable dans la chambre. manque une touche por le loby dans l'ascenseur . Literie plutôt bonne l'hotel à besoin d'une rénovation, pas digne d'un Best Western c'est le premier ou je suis décu . le restaurant "Rococo" est très bien ... bonne cuisine. le personnel très sympathique ,professionnel, souriant et helpfull....

Asked for a room upgrade on arrival & were given a room where the bathroom door only opened partially as hit bed, big chunk missing from toilet seat & managed to badly stop my toe on a metal door stop in bare feet! We mentioned all this as we left this morning & were offered a drink by way of compensation. Not useful at 8.15am. Didn’t mention during stay as only there for a couple of nights. Would we stay there again? Possibly as a last resort

We sliepen in kamer 1 die jammer genoeg naast het restaurant ligt. De eerste nacht was het iets na 23u stil de tweede nacht ruim na 00u30. Verder een leuk hotel, goeie uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen, veilige en gratis autoparking maar vermijd kamer 1

L’accueil a été très bien. L’hôtel est globalement propre. En arrivant dans la chambre, nous avons été atterrés de la taille du lit, de la chambre et la salle de bain. Impossibilité d’ouvrir la porte de la chambre entièrement, le lit (en 140) l’en empêchait, à peine possible de faire le tour du lit avec nos quelques affaires dans la chambre, grosse déception. Le sol grinçait, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et avons même senti le mur ou le lit était collé vibrer car notre voisin entrait dans sa chambre. Bref, nous ne sommes même pas restés et avons réservé ailleurs. En gros : des combles aménagées en chambres d’hôtel. Pour le prix, ça a un peu piqué. Mais je tiens à souligner l’accueil qui a été excellent, et la réception nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais c’en était trop. Comme un sentiment d’avoir été un peu trompés par les photos des chambres sur le site, qui ne sont en aucun cas révélatrices de la réalité.

Un séjour de 1 nuit. Bon accueil. Réponse fluide aux questions posées. La cafetière de la chambre ne marchait pas, de suite une solution proposée. La chambre est convenable. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au centre ville, facile d'accès et pour repartir l autoroute est proche .

Le tarif est un peu cher, les chambres sont vieillissantes, la douche a également bien vécu ( porte qui ne ferme pas et le réglage du mitigeur est soit trop chaud ou trop froid). Le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel est très sympathique.

J’ai étais agréablement surpris, toutes et je dis bien toutes L’équipe de cette établissement est très à l écoute, très serviable, très sympathique, vraiment je suis issu d une formation hôtelière et restauration, et cela fait bien longtemps que je n’ai pas vue une équipe de jeunes aussi professionnels. Je viens du sud de la France, et dès que j aurais l occasion de retourner dans cette établissement, j’irai. L accueil, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, le personnel de ménages, bref tout ses gens au petit soin, vraiment bravo et encore merci pour ses trois jours fabuleux.

We kregen een andere kamer dan geboekt, maar de andere dag werd dit goed gemaakt. Grotere kamer was mooi. Bed was goed. Personeel vriendelijk! Ontbijt prima, de eierkoker werkte niet (water werd niet warm), daardoor werden er elke dag eitjes weggegooid. Fijne tuin om in te zitten. Lopend centrum in, erg van genoten. Dank western hotel! 👍🙋\u200d♀️

I liked the room. It has AC to keep It cool in summertimes and It the bed was suberb! But the shower was outdated. The showerdoorrailsystem was broken and you could often smell the sewage. Walking distance to the centra is a half hour. Also It is a quit hotel. Thus a good stay if you would make a city trip to Lille (and Kortrijk)!

Mooie entree met roccoco stijl restaurant en hal/ trap. Kamer was modern en redelijk schoon. Wel erg klein. Maar voor twee nachten was dit prima. Centrum Lille goed aan te lopen en anders is de metro vlakbij. Eten in het restaurant was erg lekker!

This is a friendly small hotel in a quiet area in Lille. We drove from the UK so the onsite parking was a real bonus and the hotel is easy to get to - just a few minutes from the motorway. Check in was easy and staff friendly and polite. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities you need.

Just an overnight visit to Lille.We chose the least cost room - 3rd floor and small but well equipped with bottled water, tea and a Cafe Richard machine and a good shower room. The 2nd floor was being refurbished without any disturbance to us. It is in an attractive residential street in a post-industrial area - not surrounded by cafes, but has an interesting restaurant which seems very popular with locals. The free onsite parking was very welcome when we arrived, and the Lille Metro system is about 200m away.

Booked 3 rooms for a one night stay. Rooms were nicely styled but one of the rooms had a terrible smell in the bathroom. We reported this to reception straight away but there were no other rooms available. We were offered one free drink as compensation. The smell did not affect the bedroom as long as the door was closed but my son had to shower and use the toilet in our room as the smell in his bathroom was so bad. The other disappointment was that breakfast was served in a basement room and not in the beautiful dining room. Breakfast was poor for the money. If visiting again I would eat at a local cafe rather than the hotel.

Plutôt déçu mérite un meilleur standing.. au vue du bâtiment ancien et beau. chambre exigüe ,mais vraiment exigüe a peine 11 m2 salle de bain comprise . pas de place pour les valises, pas de rangement . la serrure de la chambre avec 5 descentes du 3 ième étage pour réactiver les clefs . moquette tachée, et odeur désagréable dans la chambre. manque une touche por le loby dans l'ascenseur . Good value, lovely room, great having secure parking, breakfast excellent, all staff helpful and friendly, however location not great. About a 30 minute walk to La Grand Place where there are lots of shops and restaurants with a good vibe.

Asked for a room upgrade on arrival & were given a room where the bathroom door only opened partially as hit bed, big chunk missing from toilet seat & managed to badly stop my toe on a metal door stop in bare feet! We mentioned all this as we left this morning & were offered a drink by way of compensation. Not useful at 8.15am. Didn’t mention during stay as only there for a couple of nights. Would we stay there again? Possibly as a last resort
