Muy facil check in. Mandan un código para abrir la pieza cuando está lista. La habitación es básica, pero bien. El aparcamiento es bastante grande y gratuito. Hay que poner una tarjeta con las fechas de ingreso y salida. Estas se encuentran en la entrada del hotel. Muy buena comunicación con los del hotel, si necesitas algo te contestan muy rápido. Yo lo hice vía whatsapp En lo negativo, recibi toda la información en alemán, sugiero que la envíen también en inglés. No había ninguna indicación sobre la red y código para conectarse a internet. El día de salida me bloquearon el acceso a las 10:30. ( El check out es a las 11:00) Tuve que buscar a la señora que estaba haciendo aseo para que me abriera. Le pregunté por qué no me estaba funcionando el código y me dijo que a las 11:00 yo ya no debía estar ahí ( faltaba 1/2 hora)

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen solange man ein Smartphone für den Online Checkin besitzt. Unweit einer Haltestelle für die Schwebebahn wen das interessiert. Absolut sauber und modern - was will man bei dem günstigen Preis mehr erwarten. Karte für kostenloses Parken während des Aufenthaltes lag im Zimmer bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür.

Leider wurde man nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass der grosse Parkplatz gegenüber vom Hotel nicht für "Dauerparker" ist. Wir haben nämlich eine Strafzettel über € 35.-- erhalten

McDreams stated multiple times that there is free parking included in our stay, but when we got there we saw signs that stated there was a €35 fine/ ticket for parking there overnight. We called the hotel number provided to us, and they said it’s not a problem, to just park anywhere and put the parking pass from our room on our car dash, and we will not get ticked/ fined The next morning, we did get a ticket/ fine and when we contacted the hotel for help, they essentially said it’s not their problem we failed to read the parking signs warning us of a possible fine. This was a very misleading and unpleasant experience, because we were also using a rental which meant we had to pay double the ticket amount to the company which added up to over $100 Canadian dollars. Extremely disappointed.

Super godt hotel til prisen. Lidt skummelt nabolag. Lidt svært at gennemskue det med gratis parkering, men vi fandt til sidst ud af at vi skulle bruge et lille kort, som lå ved indgangen. Alt i alt godt hotel, som vi vil bruge igen.

Entrance was a bit of a hassle, as there was display to check in with hotel card available. I just slipped in w another guest. To enter the room, I used the digital key as received on my phone via your w-app message. The parking sign should get more attention bc only in the morning I saw that the parking complex had signs that you should not forget the "parking-card". The fact that there are nearby restaurants should be make clear esp the Thai restaurant. The room itself: clean, nice. not to noicy. The door to the bathroom has a spring. Difficult to enter/exit. Restroom under the seat we had some poop spots. In the end I sure would book the hotel again. Nice spot.

There were no more parking passes left when I arrived and though I wrote down the required information on a napkin and placed it on my dashboard, I got a parking ticket. I had to spend 40 min on hold with the hotel help number to find out what I could do about the ticket, which delayed my leaving. I also accidentally forgot my phone in my room and was then locked out of the hotel for an hour late at night (I had arrived after a concert) with no way to get back in, as the code to get in was on my phone and the only way to reach staff was with a phone number, which I couldn't call as I didn't have my phone. I finally found someone who had a phone and was able to call the number for me and then I was given a new code and was finally able to get back into the hotel and into my room. Would not stay here again. Even if I had had my phone with me, I still would not have been able to call the help number as I don't have cell phone coverage while I'm traveling, just wifi.

Der Check-in am Terminal ist super einfach und unkompliziert. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ziemlich neu und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sauberkeit 1a !!! Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort aber würden immer wieder dort buchen und vor allem auch weiter empfehlen.

The carpet really needed to be changed as it smells and grubby. Shower needed re grouting! Bed sheets were crisp and clean though. Luckily we only stayed a night just to go in the upside down trains!

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für 37,50€ pro Nacht bekam ich ein super modernes Zimmer mit sämtlicher Ausstattung die man benötigt. Bett ist trotz des billigen Preises sehr bequem. Es gibt Steckdosen direkt am Bett und einen Fernseher. Das gesamte Zimmer und das schön gestaltete Bad mit Regendusche waren astrein sauber. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Bus und Schwebebahn in ca. 15min vom Hauptbahnhof Wuppertal. Check-In und Zugang zum Zimmer über das Online-Portal sehr durchdacht und einfach zu bedienen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wirklich absolut grandios für den Preis!

The hotel is in a good location and the price was great. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was very good. BUT - there are no staff on site to deal with any issues, just a phone number to ring. On arrival, we had problems accessing our check in code, which had been sent by email, due to a faulty phone. We were on hold in position 2 on the phone for over 5 minutes before finally hanging up and borrowing a very kind stranger's phone to access the email. The room has no air conditioning or fan and was unbearably hot at night. There were no staff around to ask to borrow one and the queue on the phone was ridiculously long again. All the rooms are on the first floor with a flat roof outside so we couldn't open the window more than a couple of inches while we tried to sleep as we didnt feel it was very secure. So, in summary, a good hotel for price, location and cleanliness, just stick a fan in the room and a few more folk to answer phone calls and it would be perfect!

Also in Anbetracht des günstigen Preises ist die Unterkunft wirklich Spitze. Ich hatte einige richtig dicke Spinnen im Zimmer, weil das Fenster gekippt war, die musste ich erst einmal alle beseitigen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer klein aber zweckdienlich. Vor der Unterkunft ist eine Tankstelle und ein großer Parkplatz auf dem ständig irgendwelche Auto Tuner Burnouts machen, hierfür kann halt das Hotel nichts. Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber auf das Getier hätte ich gerne verzichtet.

Voll daneben. Zweitens, aber nicht Schuld des Hotels ist die spätabendliche Lautstärke auf dem großen Parkplatz, wenn Honks mit Small-Dick-Energy in ihren aufgeprotzen Vehikeln mit dröhnenden Motoren rumkurven. Und zweieinahlbtens ist das Zimmer schon recht klein – also sehr klein. Aber da sich das eh nicht ändern läßt, hab ich es mit Gelassenheit hingenommen.

Alles läuft online - es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort, dennoch kann man wohl jederzeit jemanden per Mail oder Whatsapp erreichen. Wir brauchten aber niemanden zu kontaktieren, alles ist im Online-Check-in gut erklärt. Es gibt ein Parkticket für kostenloses Parken, einen Online-Schlüssel für Eingangs- und Zimmertür. Unser Komfort-Doppelzimmer war recht klein, aber ruhig gelegen (zum Hinterhof). Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und sauber. Insgesamt auch sauber und relativ neu wirkend. Highlight war das wirklich bequeme Boxspringbett. Insgesamt also gut für 1-2 Nächte - Komfort ist aber nicht zu erwarten.
Alles läuft online - es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort, dennoch kann man wohl jederzeit jemanden per Mail oder Whatsapp erreichen. Es gibt Steckdosen direkt am Bett und einen Fernseher. Das gesamte Zimmer und das schön gestaltete Bad mit Regendusche waren astrein sauber. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Bus und Schwebebahn in ca. 15min vom Hauptbahnhof Wuppertal. Check-In und Zugang zum Zimmer über das Online-Portal sehr durchdacht und einfach zu bedienen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wirklich absolut grandios für den Preis!

Der Check-in am Terminal ist super einfach und unkompliziert. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ziemlich neu und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sauberkeit 1a !!! Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort aber würden immer wieder dort buchen und vor allem auch weiter empfehlen.

Ein echtes Online Hotel funktioniert nur wenn es keine technischen Probleme gibt. Leider war ich nicht der einzige der beim Öffnen der Zimmertür festgestellt hat, dass der Code falsch war. Ein Anruf beim Service hat das Problem schnell gelöst, aber trotzdem erstmal ärgerlich. Auch die App zeigte nach 2Tagen noch immer eine offene Rechnung an, obwohl schon längst bezahlt wurde. Der Hinweis an der Hoteltür, dass man vor dem Verlassen des Zimmers in der App den Checkout-Knopf betätigen sollte ist auch irreführend, da es diesen gar nicht gibt. In Summe zum Übernachten Ok und preiswert, aber noch ausbaufähig in der Umsetzung.

Alles digital: Das einchecken habe ich am Automaten im Eingang selbst gemacht. Einen Schlüssel bekommt man nicht, hingegen einen Pin-Code für die Zimmertür. Hört sich kompliziert an. Ist es aber nicht. Bei Problemen ist trotzdem Personal vor Ort. Mein Einzelzimmer mit nur einem Bett war ausreichend für mich. Für eine Person die ein bißchen … voluminöser ist, kann das Bett ein wenig zu klein/eng sein. Was ich super fand: Mein Fenster hatte eine Jalousie. Somit war das Zimmer stockdunkel und ich konnte bis 10 Uhr gemütlich schlafen.

There were no more parking passes left when I arrived and though I wrote down the required information on a napkin and placed it on my dashboard, I got a parking ticket. I had to spend 40 min on hold with the hotel help number to find out what I could do about the ticket, which delayed my leaving. I also accidentally forgot my phone in my room and was then locked out of the hotel for an hour late at night (I had arrived after a concert) with no way to get back in, as the code to get in was on my phone and the only way to reach staff was with a phone number, which I couldn't call as I didn't have my phone. I finally found someone who had a phone and was able to call the number for me and then I was given a new code and was finally able to get back into the hotel and into my room. Would not stay here again. Even if I had had my phone with me, I still would not have been able to call the help number as I don't have cell phone coverage while I'm traveling, just wifi.

Es gibt kein Personal, Checkin ist am Computer, wo das Kartenlesegerät nicht funktioniert. Keiner da zum fragen. Ein anderer Gast hat uns geholfen, er hatte das Problem auch. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen solange man ein Smartphone für den Online Checkin besitzt. Unweit einer Haltestelle für die Schwebebahn wen das interessiert. Absolut sauber und modern - was will man bei dem günstigen Preis mehr erwarten. Karte für kostenloses Parken während des Aufenthaltes lag im Zimmer bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den ruhigen Hinterhof. Leider ist es sehr stickig und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, halten es einige Nachbarn für nötig mitten in der Nacht vor dem Hotel zu schreien und sich lautstark zu unterhalten. Wirklich unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war sauber aber die Handtücher sind nicht trocken geworden über Nacht. Das war eher ungünstig. Die Entfernung vom HBF war fußläufig gut zu erreichen auch die Schwebebahn ist in der Nähe. Gern komme ich wieder 👍😊

Also in Anbetracht des günstigen Preises ist die Unterkunft wirklich Spitze. Ich hatte einige richtig dicke Spinnen im Zimmer, weil das Fenster gekippt war, die musste ich erst einmal alle beseitigen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer klein aber zweckdienlich. Vor der Unterkunft ist eine Tankstelle und ein großer Parkplatz auf dem ständig irgendwelche Auto Tuner Burnouts machen, hierfür kann halt das Hotel nichts. Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber auf das Getier hätte ich gerne verzichtet.

Es un hotel que no tiene recepcion. Esto quizas haga que el hotel sea economico, pero hace que cualquier problema que tengas sea mas dificil de solucionar. Sino tienes ningun problema es un hotel con muy buena relacion calidad-precio. En mi caso si tuve un problema, no sabia muy bien como proceder con el aparcamiento, tuve que ponerme en contacto con ellos por correo electronico. Tambien tuve un problema con la cerradura electronica de la habitacion que tuve que solicitar asistencia por correo electronico y esperar en el pasillo a que llegara el de mantenimiento para solucionar el problema. Por lo demas es un hotel con habitaciones limpias, con tamaño adecuado y limpio. Tiene restaurantes, gasolinera y tiendas justo al lado.

El check in previo es muy comodo, te mandan la contraseña y al llegar al hotel solo debes introducirla para abrir tu habitacion. En el vestibulo de entrada tienes una tarjeta para poder colocar en tu coche y hacer uso gratis del aparcamiento. Tambien puedes hacer uso de las taquillas y tomar un cafe por 1 €. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario y existe un buen servicio de habitaciones. Buena lipieza.

Entrance was a bit of a hassle, as there was display to check in with hotel card available. I just slipped in w another guest. To enter the room, I used the digital key as received on my phone via your w-app message. The parking sign should get more attention bc only in the morning I saw that the parking complex had signs that you should not forget the "parking-card". The fact that there are nearby restaurants should be make clear esp the Thai restaurant. The room itself: clean, nice. not to noicy. The door to the bathroom has a spring. Difficult to enter/exit. Restroom under the seat we had some poop spots. In the end I sure would book the hotel again. Nice spot.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplatz kostenfrei vor dem Hotel. Ebenso Tankstelle, Imbiss und Supermarkt vorhanden. Verkehrsanbindung zur örtlichen Schwebebahn zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Keine Rezeption besetzt.

Room was nice and clean. Close to restaurants and oil station. Parking was free and easy. There is no reception! You all do your check in and other thing by yourself.

For the price I paid I got exactly what I expected and was happy with the cleanliness. The room was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished.

Entrance was a bit of a hassle, as there was display to check in with hotel card available. I just slipped in w another guest. To enter the room, I used the digital key as received on my phone via your w-app message. The parking sign should get more attention bc only in the morning I saw that the parking complex had signs that you should not forget the "parking-card". The fact that there are nearby restaurants should be make clear esp the Thai restaurant. The room itself: clean, nice. not to noicy. The door to the bathroom has a spring. Difficult to enter/exit. Restroom under the seat we had some poop spots. In the end I sure would book the hotel again. Nice spot.
