Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und an der Bar. Äusserst schön gestalteter Empfangsbereich, einladende Bar, schöner Frühstücksraum mit leckerem Frühstück. Ganz stylisches Zimmer mit grosszügigem Bad. Alles sehr sauber.

Clean room, personable staff - those that I was in contact with. Not a major surprise as the hotel is in Germany, but a refreshing change to have an openable window :) The hotel also supplied a "Combi ticket" for the local public transport, valid through the end of my stay.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Zentrum von Wuppertal. Neu, freundlich und liebevoll gestylt. Supernettes Personal, schöne Zimmer, gute Matratzen und als absolutes Highlight gibt es für die Dauer des Aufenthalts ein kostenloses Nahverkehrsticket. Durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof lässt sich so das gesamte Ruhrgebiet mit Bus und Bahn erkunden. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmes, hochwertiges Ambiente, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer etwas klein, vor allem auch der Safe (Laptop passt nicht rein), wenig Ablagefläche, aber wer mit wenig Gepäck reist, den wird das nicht stören. Zimmer zur Rückseite angenehm ruhig. Sehr willkommen auch das inbegriffene Ticket für den Verkehrsverbund, nicht nur die Schwebebahn. Wir kommen gern wieder.

It is really a great hotel in the center of Wuppertal. The staff is great and super friendly. The only think which is not so good is the parking situation. The hotel has only two short time parking spots which are almost all the time occupied by some local cars. A public parking garage is available but it is a little walk and cost 20 EURO per night.

This is a very nice hotel the bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean modern with everything you need ! Very clean from lobby to the bedroom many handsantisers and regular cleaning. The negatives i have is the lack of staff was told the bar is not open until January at night i needed help to order a taxi and no one was manning the reception in the evening i stood around for over 15 minutes and when i checked out during the day when you expect to be staff there was no one around so did online checkout and left keycard ok reception desk and left it feel like a ghost hotel because of the lack of staff.one other negative make sure you put a do not desiturb sign on the door as the cleaners let themselves into your while your half dressed i even heard the knock on the door and said come back later but they still opened the door. Maybe they didnt hear properly i dont know. Apart from this I would stay here again but staffing needs to better and house keeping needs to be trained to knock twice on door the door entering the room as some guests could be sleeping or doing other things.

The staff went above and beyond helpful.. they helped us book a private transfer to Munich for us and our 6 large American suitcases. They were wonderful! I didn't love having an open window to the bedroom part of my room. I prefer a private bathroom

Beautifully decorated, handy central location, rail pass included with your room rate. Bizarre choice to add a full length window from the room into the bathroom with no way of obscuring it. Zero privacy. Found myself using the toilet by torchlight in the middle of the night so as not to wake my partner by switching on the light. No coffee machine or kettle to make tea in the room. Basic stuff that can be easily fixed, which would result in a 5* review 👍

Nice hotel but the staff seem a bit distant, first night we didn’t need house keeping so left do not disturb on second night no one came to room, it is a nice hotel big rooms but to much clutter in room, huge shelves with strange objects like a clock that doesn’t work, would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is good and location is great. Reception services are poor though. I was charged 9.50 euros for access to the gym - which would have been fine because the gym is great. The issue is reception never told me about the charge in advance - it suddenly appeared in my final bill. I also tried to do an early checkin which they didn’t allow me even with the hotel clearly not fully booked. Another traveller came by reception and got an early check in for a fee, which was never offered to me. In a nutshell, reception needs better training.

Durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof lässt sich so das gesamte Ruhrgebiet mit Bus und Bahn erkunden. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und an der Bar. Äusserst schön gestalteter Empfangsbereich, einladende Bar, schöner Frühstücksraum mit leckerem Frühstück. Ganz stylisches Zimmer mit grosszügigem Bad. Alles sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Erholsamer Schlaf aufgrund der Qualität der Matratzen und der Bettwäsche war möglich. Leider war das Frühstück sehr gering an Auswahl. Meine beiden Töchter gingen um 9:30 Hinunter zum Frühstück, leider gab es kein Obst, kein Gemüse, Brot und Joghurt waren nicht mehr frisch. Das Joghurt war bereits säuerlich und verklumpt. Der Preis von 18€ pro Person ist nicht enorm im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in denen ich Wöchentlich nächtige, aber bei dieser Qualität eindeutig zu hoch.

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmes, hochwertiges Ambiente, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer etwas klein, vor allem auch der Safe (Laptop passt nicht rein), wenig Ablagefläche, aber wer mit wenig Gepäck reist, den wird das nicht stören. Zimmer zur Rückseite angenehm ruhig. Sehr willkommen auch das inbegriffene Ticket für den Verkehrsverbund, nicht nur die Schwebebahn. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Clean room, personable staff - those that I was in contact with. Not a major surprise as the hotel is in Germany, but a refreshing change to have an openable window :) The hotel also supplied a "Combi ticket" for the local public transport, valid through the end of my stay.
