Non mi è piaciuto che il ragazzo per il check-in mi ha chiesto se ho pagato l’albergo o no,visto che avevo già pagato quando ho prenotato,facendo dimostrare dalla mia banca il pagamento,e secondo il parcheggio che quando ho prenotato è scritto gratis invece non era,così ho dovuto pagare fuori Grazie

Hotellet ligger nära tunnelbanan. Personalen är trevlig. Bilen kunde vi parkera på hotellets egen parkering gratis. Rummen är fina och fräscha och sängarna är sköna. Ett väldigt bra hotell, rekommenderas!

Lastig parkeren, maar laat in de avond ging er een auto uit de kleine parkeergarage weg, dus wij hebben onze auto daar toen kunnen neerzetten. Prima hotel met goede bedden, lekkere douche en heel lekkere zachte handdoeken. De receptionist vond ik niet heel erg aardig, inchecken voor mij duurde heel lang en erg informatief over het parkeren was hij niet.

Mannen i resepsjonen var veldig behjelpelig og veldig hyggelig. Rommene var ikke så bra, første rommet vi fikk hadde masse edderkopper og vinduet kunne ikke lukkes igjen. Vi fikk et nytt rom uten problemer, men det nye rommet hadde også masse edderkopper. En stor edderkopp var i rommet, den fikk vi ikke tatt så vi lå hele familien i samme seng og sov veldig veldig dårlig da vi ventet på edderkoppen og følte det var mange flere. Vinduet var åpent når vi kom inn i rommet og utenfor vinduet var det masse edderkopper og i rommet var det masse spindelvev på vegger og i tak….

Great stay for a citytrip to Wuppertal. Just a few minutes walk to city center and the "Schwebebahn" (Suspended Railway). Decent rooms, friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere. We loved it and will book it when visiting Wuppertal again. Though, coffee in coffeemachine down the hall could be better. This hotel offers what you\'ve paid for (in a positive way).

Wir hatten nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und sollten das auch bekommen, jedoch hatten wir direkt die Schwebebahn am Fenster, was doch die Nachtruhe sehr störte. Das Personal war super freundlich und die Unterkunft sehr sauber.

It was comfortable and clean - the only issue is that despite making a big thing of how secure the rooms are, on three separate occasions staff just let themselves into our room. This might be because we didn't hear them knock but might be an issue for someone travelling alone. Staff themselves were very friendly and apologetic about letting themselves in.

I ended up paying twice, and it took time to get the refund. However, Simin Mandegarian was truly amazing and completely changed my experience. Her responsiveness, support, and clear explanations made a big difference. Her multilingual skills were also a great help. Thanks to her, I changed my mind and decided to give a positive rating.
