A fair priced hotel in an expensive City. We stayed here as we were visiting a friend in the neighbourhood - but right outside the front door is a Metro station and you are easy walking to Roppongi district and Tokyo Tower. Room was comfortable, we stayed in a 30 sqm twin room. The hotel is a little older and lacks amenities like eating & bar areas, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep & shower this is one I'd recommend.

I’ve stayed here a few times before for the last 3 years. Although the room is so small, the location is connected to the metro station complex, so continent . Most staff are amicable. They don’t have a cafe, restaurant, and fitness gym. The hotel offers a breakfast to guest at a restaurant right next to the hotel.

The hotel was ok, there was on going construction while we stayed here so but we knew what we were getting into and probably why price was cheap. The vending machines were pretty lacking and we had to go outside and get drinks from the vending machine outside the hotel.

Room was super clean and big enough to open 2 suitcases and not trip over them. The pillows are really, really hard. Uncomfortably so. But the bed itself was comfortable. The shower was amazing; one of the best have had in any hotel. Thought it was weird that a lot of the amenities that you usually find in a hotel bathroom (toothbrush/cotton buds etc) are in the reception so you have to go get some if you want them. No coffee machine but there is a kettle, fridge & safe. We used the iron down in the communal laundry area but again would have been nice to have in the room. Location of the hotel is great, right next to a subway station and a 10 min walk from both Roppongi and Akasaka. Is also a 5 min walk from a pick up spot for the limousine bus to the airport, which was great for us. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Nice size room with small sitting area. Good room lighting. 1 mug wasn't clean and 1 mug I used was not replaced with a clean one when my room was cleaned. (Which is probably how a dirty mug was left from previous guest. Not a huge deal.) Staff was very pleasant and helpful holding my bags until very late that night on day I checked out and helped call me a taxi.

Tokyo is a great city to visit! Roppongi is a good location. hotel “seems”clean upon check in. however when we flipped the duvet we realized and could tell the sheets are NOT replaced! we understand that hotel does not provide daily cleaning of rooms except changing of towels and etc. they specify 2 days of cleaning but we dont think they have vacuum the room.

I stayed for 4 nights. The room is clean, and actually quite spacious. My issue was that the bathroom smelled terrible and could not be resolved with their deodorising spray. The bath drain seemed to drain slower than the bath draining itself so the drain would overflow and potentially be the cause of the bad smell caused by mold. I asked my friend staying in the same hotel if he had the smell issue and he said no so it might've just been my room.

Well-run clean hotel, near to the Tokyo Tower and TeamLab. Easy access via the Roppangi-itchome Station, right out front. Some fairly good restaurants nearby. And the neighborhood was quiet for our visit. We were confused by the lights, though that may have more to do with jet lag than any design issue. We thought the rooms could use outlets closer to the beds. Very minor concerns really. The shower was terrific and the air conditioning worked very well.

All staff are sensible and attentive. Remodeled room has modern atmosphere and efficient, even non remodeled room still doesn’t seem so old. Honestly, I thought the room was too small and feel like I couldn’t breathe, but location is great for me.

Convenient location in Roppongi Hills area. Train station was very close. Rooms were a bit tight and small but had everything one needed. I bit noisy on our floor during the night but not sure as to why. Sheets make a funny noise when moving in bed. Walking distance to team lab borderless

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man kann nach Roppongi und Akasaka laufen. Die Lobby ist grosszügig und elegant. Check-in ist automatisiert und funktioniert gut. Leider sind die Zimmer klein und dunkel. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Nische mit ein paar Bügeln. Das Mobiliar war teilweise zerkratzt. Die Betten werden nur gemacht, wenn das ausdrücklich durch Anruf bei der Rezeption bestellt wird. Ein Hotel zum schlafen, aber nicht für längere Aufenthalte.

We stayed at the Villa Fontaine for 5 nights to explore Tokyo. Train station in the same building. Location is key when visiting Tokyo and loved this hotel for that. This hotel is not only in a amazing location but the staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and the service is outstanding! We picked the daily breakfast and was the best decision we could of done !!

Very good location in Roppongi and a Tokyo metro line station is under the hotel which is easy to go to any attractions. It is 15 mins walking to Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills shopping malls. There are a lot of restaurants under the hotel. The hotel is nice and clear and the room is big enough for two of us.

In the heart of the most expensive real estate in Tokyo, a hotel priced for the common man. Walkability is awesome; on a whim we went to Tokyo Tower. For anyone performing or going to a performance at Suntory Hall; awesome location. Starbucks and awesome coffee shops everywhere. Cool despite the heat of summer.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. I can walk to the train station without going outside. It is within walking distance to Roppongi Hills, Tokyo midtown, Don Quijote, and Iruca Tokyo (a Ramen restaurant featured in Michelin guide). Riding one stop on N-line, you can switch to Ginza line head to Shibuya station. The area is quiet and nice to walk to shopping area and many restaurants. I also like the spacious hotel room for 3 people. We have 3 single beds with plenty of space, which is unusual for the hotels in Japan. I also liked the washer/dryer all-in-one machine in the laundry room at 1st floor. I do not need to buy detergent because the machine automatically dispense the detergent. It is super convenient that I can use my IC card for laundry. The staff there were super nice and polite. We love our stay there.

The room we had was spacious and with a big TV. The washroom was a big old and would be nice to have separate shower instead of bath tub. The paid breakfast buffet does not have many food items and it's provided by a restaurant/pub next to the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice.

Hotel is very convenient, located right next to the metro station. Rooms are reasonable size for Tokyo and comfortable. The lobby coffee machine is a nice touch. Breakfast is basic and not really worth paying for. There are plenty of good places to go. One surprise is you need to ask them to clean the room, otherwise they don’t make the sheets!
