The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not too big but it was clean and cozy, it had TV with netflix, and a 5 minute walk from a subway station.

1. Even though the guest was caught up in unforeseen international complications between Japan and China, they went strictly by the book. 2. The staff was unhelpful and lacked common sense. 3. They showed absolutely no good faith. 4. Honestly, there's no point in having humans at the front desk or on the phone. They should just replace them with machines and go fully automated.
