スーペリアキングに泊まりましたが横長のソファがあって良かったです。ちょうど富士山が見える部屋だったのもラッキーでした。素泊まりの予定でしたが翌朝時間ができたので朝食をフロントで支払って食べましたが、美味しかったです。駐車場を利用しましたが休日だったのでシャッターが閉まっていて、インターフォンで開けてもらう形でした。ちょっと入口に迷いました。また機会があれば泊まります。

Well located hotel near Tamachi and Mita stations and Haneda airport. Can easily go around Tokyo and even to Yokohama if you wish. Free daily happy hour 5-7 pm (decent offerings of wine, flavoured liquers and sake) and a free drink at the Costa machine. Free drinkable water from the tap. Very clean but tiny rooms (which can't be helped for the location and price). Staff (concierge and housekeeping) are all very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again; good value for money.

The hotel was excellent. It was modern, clean and well presented. No pool or gym. Breakfast was basic. Location was out of the way of main areas like Shinjuku and Shubaya. But only 4 or 5 train stops away. But was closer to Haneda airport than the other areas.

The hotel is like a 6-8 min walk from the closest train station, the rooms were not that big but it is what it is for its price. There were only 2 main issues I had: 1. On the first night there I asked for 2 more bottles of water as I had already finished the 2 that came with the room, they were nice and immediately delivered 2 bottles to my room. On the second night, when I asked for water again, the staff I called said I need to buy it from the vendor machine. When I told him that it is my second night here so is it not reasonable to get 2 more bottles? He then changed his mind and said fine but I can only have 1 bottle and I have to come down to get it. 2. the bathrooms aren't super clean. There are stains behind the toilet seat and still a couple of hair lying around the floor when I got to the room.

The hotel staff were very rude and not helpful. The coffee machine was not clean and when in the lobby, they would charge guests for coffee. They were not accommodating with a child staying in one of the two rooms we booked. Luckily, we have family nearby so one person went to their house to sleep. I was willing to pay extra for the child to be able to stay with us, but they were unwilling to be flexible.

スペリアクイーンに一人で宿泊しましたが、お部屋は十分広くとても清潔でした。朝食のクオリティにもハッピーアワーにも大変満足しています。スタッフの方もとても親切で丁寧でした。JR駅からも地下鉄駅からも徒歩7－8分なので重いスーツケースを転がして行くには少し遠いのが難点です。東京タワーまで徒歩20分、慶応大学まで10分くらいです。公園が近ければジョギングや’散歩を気軽に楽しめるのですが、周辺は市街地でそれはできませんでした。

The property was great , just the staff in the breakfast buffet were not refilling food efficiently. It’s a small breakfast area so it’s not hard to refill the food efficiently, considering it’s a small crowd of guest eating. At closing time of buffet , I noticed staff were putting away a lot of leftover foods. It’s just a different experience in other hotel that we stayed in where the serving plates were always refilled efficiently.
