The staff at the front were friendly and helpful, and spoke english which was nice! Room was bigger than I expected and had a nice view, could see the budokan roof from my room. Also has a coin laundry machine thats all automatic, set it and walk away for a couple hours. Also within 5-10 minutes of walking to a couple stations, also very close to the Imperial Palace/Gardens/Budokan, 10-20 minutes away depending on which entrance and was surprisingly quiet and calm to get around. 7/11 right out front was nice as well. Will stay here again if I am in the area!

とてもスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。お部屋の清掃はベッドの下など隅々まだ行き届いており、安心してお泊まり頂けます。チェックインしお部屋に行く前に、エレベーター前で部屋着やアメニティー類をピックアップするのが少しだけ面倒かな。余ったモノを使い回しされているより全然良いけど。コーヒーベンダーがあると嬉しいです。

静かに過ごせて快適でした。ただコインランドリー使用の時にスタッフさんに声掛けして何度もドアの開けて貰わないといけないのがスタッフさんに申し訳ないと感じました。防犯って思うと仕方ないのですが…ただスタッフさんがまたかって顔色をされていたので使用しなきゃよかったと感じてしまいました…

地下鉄神保町駅が近く移動に便利、ホテルの立地位置も分り易く迷わずに済みました。欲を言うと、フロアーが吹き抜けで部屋の入り口ドアから隙間風が入って部屋の入口側が寒いのが残念ですが、エアコンの設定温度を上げて対応可能でした。

Very convenient location within walking distance from three train stations with a lot of restaurant and izakaya options nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Only downsides to note would be the room was a bit dusty and both the bed and pillows were on the firmer side. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I would recommend staying here!

Beds were uncomfortable and sheets were stained when we got our rooms. The staff were really nice though. Our rooms were small and didn’t have enough space for two people with 2-3 luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other. The area had some nice restaurants but overall was more quieter so things would close early. Subway station wasn’t too far of a walk and you had multiple you could go to. Overall don’t think I will book again here mainly for the area and the cleanliness.

とにかく室内の清掃が行き届いていて安心して宿泊できました。吹き抜けを囲むように部屋が配置されていて、部屋を出た瞬間に朝の風を感じることが出来て最高でした。お世話になりました。また、仕事がキツイ時に避難宿として活用したいと思います。

About me: 25F solo traveler in Japan for a 14 day vacation Staff: Classic Japanese service, everyone was super nice, polite, and helpful. Most knew enough English to help with general hotel queries and they will help you with the self-check in machine Free amenities: In the lobby before you get into the elevator there is free toothbrush, shower sponge, PJs, tea, coffee, etc that you can pick up for your room. Size: The room is small but not tiny. If you have stayed in APA hotels the room is larger than their typical rooms. There was enough space for me to lay down my checked size luggage on the floor and organize with decent desk and bed space as well. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and comfortable. Trash and towel is changed every day and linens/vacuuming is performed every 3 days unless you request additional cleaning. They also replace your PJs each day and tidy up the bathroom. Wifi: Free in-room wifi is available with decent speeds. I could stream Youtube and download videos on single device without buffering Plugs!: Omg huge bonus is there are so many electrical outlets I was in heaven. Bed has plug and USB outlet on eitherside of the head board, two plugs on either side of desk, one more on top of the desk, outlet by bathroom door, and another in bathroom. Truly you will never run out of space to charge your devices. They also provide a complimentary multi-head USB charger for android and apple devices. Lighting: You can control the lights all from the bed

Direct subway lines to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Shimbashi. Rooms are small (Like most hotels in Tokyo), but new and well thought out. Sound proofed rooms, so very quiet. Literally can't hear anything from neighbors.

Die Lage des Hotel zur nächsten U-Bahn Haltestelle war für uns von Bedeutung. Auch die bei Expedia durchschnittlich grossen Zimmer waren für die 7 Tage wichtig. Positiv: Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal Sehr sauberes + geflegtes Hotel ca. 5min zum nächsten U-Bahnhof nette Kaffees usw. in der Nähe, sowie 7/11 Negativ: Die Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. zB.Es sind nur 4 Kleiderbügel und keine Schränke vorhanden! Die Zimmer sind winzig; dh. man kann teilw. nur seitlich an den Betten vorbei; Platz für Gepäck ist nicht!! Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und wird in der Lobby serviert. Das Angebot des Frühstücks in 7 Tagen war nicht sehr abwechselnd; das Rührei sehr schlecht Fazit: Das Hotel erfüllt die Erwartungen für ev. 1-2 Nächte wenn man kaum Anforderungen an Frühstück bzw. kaum Gepäck hat. Trotzdem ist eine 4 Sterne Bewertung aus unserer Sicht nicht zutreffend, sondern max 2-3 Sterne. Das hilfreiche Personal in Bezug unseres Gepächs sowie die Sauberkeit der Anlage hat unsere Aufenthalt letztendlich verschönert..

チェックインの際、予約番号を提示しなくてはと思い、ホテルの入り口で立ち止まり、スマホを出そうとしていた時に、ホテルの受付のスタッフの方が、名前を言ってくだされば、大丈夫ですよ！とすぐに声をかけて下さったことが、良かったです。

Amazing place to stay would highly recommend it's close to the subway and right next to a 7-11. This place was clean and about 15-20 min from major cities in Tokyo.

東京お気に入りホテルの1つ、扉をあけるとマンションの外がごとくにむき出しですが、掃除がないとかアメニティーは自分でいるだけもっていくとか、無駄のないホテルです。朝食も最小限ですが、パンやカップケーキがおいしく1回食べ逃して泣きました。海外のお客様も多いからビーガン記載したほうがよいかもですねー。

I had a really good stay, thank you. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, kept my luggage for few more hours after checkout, much appreciated. Limited breakfast choice, but it was expected, considering the price, so good value for your coins. Many transport options nearby
