Personale molto disponibile per ogni esigenza e cordiale. Camera pulita e adatta per le esigenze di base. Personalmente rumorosa poiché comunicante con un’altra stanza, di altre persone, e separata solo da una porta, quindi ogni conversazione era udibile dalla mia camera. Struttura con piscina, palestra e sauna. La palestra è piuttosto piccolina, con manubri, una panca, una lat machine e dei tapis roulant e ciclette. Personale poco espansivo ma comunque cordiale. 10/10 per posizione e vista sulla Ciutat de Las Arts, oltre ai collegamenti, perfetti che uniscono il centro alla struttura.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, de kamer was netjes en schoon. Goed, afwisselend ontbijt, in het weekend wat uitgebreider dan doordeweeks. Centrale ligging. Helaas in fitnessruimte verouderd apparaat en weinig ventilatie, ligt direct bij het zwembad.

overall this is an OK hotel, if you get a good deal on price, otherwise doesnt live to normal NH standards rooms are small, gym is very very small, pool is tiny - but all of these are usable again if you get a good deal overall. Breakfast was bland and not worth the money. Area is great and very accessible. Lots of options nearby though and is great to walk around

The hotel was very comfortable, and nice for the price. The underground parking structure was very challenging to maneuver in the tight spiral ramps. If you have a slightly larger vehicle (we had a Peugeot 5800?). It was too tight to feel safe as you are going down the ram0 and finding a space in the parking areas. Avoid it, if possible. A small fiat or smart car should have no problems there.

Chambre très propre, literie confortable. Belle piscine et salle de sport. Parking au sous-sol mais assez étroit, si vous avez un suv courage. Hôtel à proximité des attractions touristiques comme l’aquarium. Bars à tapas, petite épicerie et terrain de jeux à proximité. Donc très bien pour les familles. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner à l’extérieur car sssez cher mais possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner dans un des bars proches ou d’acheter le nécessaire dans l’épicerie proche.

The rooms were basic and could do with some TLC. All furniture was chipped/peeling, fairly dusty, wallpaper peeling in places. Some marks and yellowing of linens. The bathroom was marginally better. Have stayed in better NH hotels for the same price but location is king. This was not brought up at the hotel as the reception staff were not interested in customer service. Check in was extremely slow even as the only arriving guests at the time, often stood talking to each other while guests waited, didn’t give relevant information (e.g. where breakfast was or what time). Breakfast was good, plentiful choices and constantly refreshed as things ran low. The 3* is pretty much for location and for the bar/breakfast staff. These staff members were brilliant, friendly, and helpful. They should be on reception as the only people interested in being in a customer-facing role. The breakfast staff deserve to be praised and acknowledged by the hotel as their saving grace.

hotel with great location just a few steps from ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, and bus that takes you directly to the city center. the hotel a bit old, very noisy, the ac didnt work, and the room was super small for 3 persons. the beds were set in a way you couldn’t reach the plugs for charging our devices and the lights kept turning on.

I have to give 3 stern for general because this hotel need further renovation. It is an very old hotel, the facility is also old. I had a problem in the night, that the door is broken even? And the wall is not isolated at all. All talks inside the room could be heard by the neighbour room even??? my god. The hotel has changed our room, it was good. But the room really needs to get renovated after a certain time. The service was very good. For cleaness I have to give less points, because in the breakfirst room, there are even fly one morning... how could this happen? The hotel is far from the beach, but I have to say the beach is very dirty during my time of visiting. In the evening, there were even more dirty in the sea. The aquarium is not far.

O quarto era bom mas a cama pessima. A camareira deixou a cama numa altura que para subir quase precisei de escada e ficava rangindo o tempo todo e o colchao pessimo. Cheguei a ligar na recepçao reclamando eo o senhor que fica a noite me disse que era assim mesmo, um absurdo, pois no dia seguinte fui ate a recepçao reclamar o atendente foi extremamente gentil e me levou em outros quartos e constatamos que houve uma falha no meu quarto, nao obstante os colchoes que eu tenha visto nao mudassem nada, mas sim a altura da cama.Acabei nao conseguindo dormir e a minha experinecia nao foi boa. O cafe da manha foi bom mas recomendo que o omelete seja melhorado pois estava com mt agua dentro. De restante so a vaga do estacionamento que foi um caso a parte porque sao mt apertada, bem como o acesso a garagem e senao tiver mt pratica vai ralar o veiculo. De tudo o que vivencie o atendimento da recepçao de manha foi excelente, creio que o rapaz se chama Cesar.

Check-in was nice and easy. Had a butterfly come out of the air vent at night which was not nice. AC was not working properly either. Otherwise, the room was good. Location was great, just one street away from the City of Arts and Sciences which was very convenient. Turia park can lead you to Old Town. Excellent pastry shop around the corner for breakfast option (La Pequena Pasteleria de Mama Valencia) and dining options around.

Check in was extremely slow even as the only arriving guests at the time, often stood talking to each other while guests waited, didn’t give relevant information (e.g. where breakfast was or what time). O hotel é bom, fica bem localizado, mas o time da recepção e cafeteria são bem rudes e eu não entendi o motivo. O Greenstay deles não funciona (trocar limpeza do quarto por um drink). It was very well located and the bus passed just in front of the hotel. It was a short walking distance from the Ciudad de las Artes, just a block away. And there was a shopping center with huge supermarket two blocks from the hotel.

Voor ons was alles bijna perfect. Van de ontvangst, over het ontbijt tot de checkout. Perfect om naar de opera te gaan. En om de ciudad le las Artes te bezoeken en in de oude bedding van de Thuria te wandelen. De bus 35 brengt je snel naar het centrum.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, de kamer was netjes en schoon. Goed, afwisselend ontbijt, in het weekend wat uitgebreider dan doordeweeks. Centrale ligging. Helaas in fitnessruimte verouderd apparaat en weinig ventilatie, ligt direct bij het zwembad.

Overall it was a good hotel, I wouldn’t give it a four star rating. There was no iron in the room and even though I requested one and was there for three nights it never arrived. We were charged for the water in the room, which is not made clear until checkout and it’s extortionate at 4€ a bottle. I would also say the breakfast room is much too small for the capacity of the hotel and the food choice is limited

overall this is an OK hotel, if you get a good deal on price, otherwise doesnt live to normal NH standards rooms are small, gym is very very small, pool is tiny - but all of these are usable again if you get a good deal overall. Breakfast was bland and not worth the money. Area is great and very accessible. Lots of options nearby though and is great to walk around

Upon arriving, they said they don’t have cribs and offered an old and damaged playpen with cushions and a soft mattress that is not baby safe. Great place to stay in Valencia, especially if visiting the oceanographic or museums. Only a short walk through the park to get to the shopping and historic area though. Great parking, excellent helpful staff, and the children loved the benefit of the pool! Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the air conditioning was good. Buffet breakfast was tasty and good. The best part of staying at this hotel was its close location to the Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences Complex. In the summer, the best time to take great pictures is between 12:00 pm to 7 pm. At the Oceanographic (Aquarium), I enjoyed watching and taking pictures of the sharks within the air conditioned, underground glass tunnel and watching the dolphins perform in the Dolphinarium. Go 45 minutes early before the dolphin show starts to get good seats. At the Bioparc Valencia (Zoo), I had a great time; but, some of the animals (i.e. lions, hyenas, gorillas and alligators) were inactive and sleepy due to the summer heat.
