Excellent smallish hotel. Fantastic view of Bitez bay especially from restaurant. Very attentive service. Very good Turkish breakfast with eggs. Service from Ahmet and Baris at breakfast was excellent. Also the manager/ owner Was extremely helpful at all times. Wish service at other hotels could be as good. Hotel is convenient for Bitez beach only 5 minutes down the hill. Plenty of cafes restaurants etc down there including places where you can use the sun beds to sit in the beach. You can get a Dolmus bus to Bodrum almost outside the hotel(every 20 mins). WiFi good. Pool good but too cold for us at this time of year. 2 minor criticisms - curtains not quite big enough and only 2 TV channels in English. Still a great place to stay.

Cute hotel in an excellent part of Bodrum. It was our 10 year anniversary, and the staff even gave us a cake and congratulated us! Rooms were nice and large, with an amazing balcony view of the Aegean Sea. The view from breakfast is breathtaking. Five minute walk downhill to the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Would 100% stay here again.

Our stay at Roas Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional, polite service from every single staff member. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the sea. There’s a lovely pool on-site, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find charming shops and restaurants that add to the relaxing atmosphere. I’ve traveled to many cities and islands across Turkey and stayed in various beautiful hotels, but Roas Hotel has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in Turkey so far. Special thanks to the incredible staff , Han, Polat, As, Serkan, and a very respectful gentleman who worked the night shift (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). Every one of them went above and beyond to help us and made us feel truly welcome. One of the most important things to highlight is that all the staff speak English very well, which made communication easy and stress-free. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and always spoke to us with kindness and respect. We’ve already decided that we will return to beautiful Bodrum and without a doubt, we’ll be staying at Roas Hotel again. Highly recommended 🥰❤️

A fabulous hotel situated on an elevated position in lovely quiet Bitez, with stunning views across the bay. All hotel staff were professional, friendly and approachable. Breakfast in the beautiful airy and bright restaurant was lovely, also with full view of the bay. Our room (suite) was very spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The bed was possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in. Bus stops within 5 mins walk from hotel. Restaurants, bars and supermarket all close by. Loved travelling into Bodrum and back by 'dolmus.' These little buses even stop if you're not at a bus stop. Our first time in Turkey, absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend 'Hotel Roas.' Thank you to all the staff, for making our first visit to Turkey so memorable. We will definitely return to 'Hotel Roas.'

We stayed for 6 nights at Roas. A family of 4 with two teenage girls. The hotel is small yet has everything you need. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. The grounds clean and pleasant. The family room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom was small and needs updating. What we appreciated the most was the helpful staff, especially Ahmet and Lucky. They were wonderful and very helpful. Offering useful tips on where to go. They made us feel at home and very familial. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is on a hill, only 5 minute walk to the beach. We liked this because it was away from the noise of the beach front where there are lots of hotels, restaurants and bars. Yet conveniently located. Lucky showed us where we could get a bus to Bodrum which took only 15min to the town centre. And instructed on price and how to get back. It was easier than expected. We ended up going to Bodrum 3 times by bus. All in all, a wonderful stay made even more special by the lovely staff at the hotel. Thank you

Hotel very good. Great view from our room. Staff were very good and nothing to much trouble. Bed super comfortable. Could have done with a bit more care from the cleaners as found to many hairs on the floor in bathroom and furniture on the balcony.

Çift olarak yılbaşını geçirmek adına konakladık. Manzara ve oda tipinden çok etkilendik. Odanın içinden gelen ağır bir koku vardı ancak çözemedik. Koltuğun tam ortasından o kadar ağır bir idrar kokusu geliyordu ki sonradan kıyafetlerimden bazılarını atmak zorunda kaldım. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdim umarım gereken aksiyonu almışlardır zira biz oradayken bir şey yapılmadı. Bununla birlikte odayı teslim aldığımız o haliyle sürekli bir tedirginlikle oturup eşyaları kullanabildik. Banyo kabini içinde yerde bulunan kırık insan dişi biraz korkuttu. Temizlik ve hijyen açısından hoş bulmadım. Koltukta oturamadık üstüne bir şey koyamadık. Çarşaf nevresim gibi takımların temizliğinden de psikolojik olabilir ancak emin olamadım o dakikadan sonra.

Great staff (espially the waiters/bar staff) and hotel. Stunning views from our room. Breakfast was supurb and the fact that is served until noon such a treat. If we go back to Bitez this will be the hotel we book.

Oda ve manzara çok güzel. Ancak kahvaltı hem çok kötü hem de tam 50 dakikada geldi. Bilseydik kahvaltıya hiç inmezdik boş yere. Tavsiyem kahvaltıyı iptal edin. İnsanlar boş yere kahvaltı edeceklerini sanmasınlar. Oteliniz iyi bir otel ama o mutfak size yakışmıyor. Bir müşterinin önüne iki dilim kurumuş peyniri ve iki parça ekmeği 50 dakikada getiremezsin.

I loved this cute boutique hotel. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view. Staff is super nice and friendly. Okan, Ahmed and Derya are so nice and helpful. They always make sure we are okay and happy with everything. I would love to stay there again. Walking distance to Bitez beach where restaurants and shops are. Beach is beautiful. 10 to 15 minutes to city center. Highly recommended.

Cute hotel in an excellent part of Bodrum. It was our 10 year anniversary, and the staff even gave us a cake and congratulated us! Rooms were nice and large, with an amazing balcony view of the Aegean Sea. The view from breakfast is breathtaking. Five minute walk downhill to the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is located in a residential area and is not close to restaurants or shopping. The hotel is on a hill, and rooms are located in two buildings with no elevators. Therefore, you have to drag your bags from the reception to the building and them up the stairs. We had a car, so we didn't have a problem with transportation. However, if you don't have a car this is not the hotel for you.

Service from Ahmet and Baris at breakfast was excellent. Also the manager/ owner Was extremely helpful at all times. Wish service at other hotels could be as good. Hotel is convenient for Bitez beach only 5 minutes down the hill. Plenty of cafes restaurants etc down there including places where you can use the sun beds to sit in the beach. You can get a Dolmus bus to Bodrum almost outside the hotel(every 20 mins). WiFi good. Pool good but too cold for us at this time of year. 2 minor criticisms - curtains not quite big enough and only 2 TV channels in English. Still a great place to stay.

Great staff (espially the waiters/bar staff) and hotel. Stunning views from our room. Breakfast was supurb and the fact that is served until noon such a treat. If we go back to Bitez this will be the hotel we book.

The hotel was amazing, from the magnificent views, the spacious clean room and the lovely helpful staff, i would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bitez in Bodrum, it is very close to the Beach and all amenities, even a bus stop on the doorstep, the only fault i can say if i had to would be more of a breakfast choice, as after 11 mornings of eating the same items it did become a little tedious, but on the plus side we were joined by 3 wonderful tortoises, several hungry cats and a couple of love birds each morning strolling the hotel gardens which was a bonus, cant wait to visit again soon.

Staff were good no upgrade offered, thought this would have been a nice touch, as l was traveling with family and my mother had mobility issues and was a problem every morning getting to the restaurant for breakfast.
