There are only 2 elevators when one was all the time out of order and the 2nd one didn’t show where it stops (blank display). It is not something that such a hotel should have. Why do you have to pay in order to use the safe in the room? Why you need to pay for towel to be used in the swimming pool?

The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options to choose from — definitely one of the highlights. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The parking situation is terrible. There are not enough parking spots around the hotel, and it took us up to an hour each evening to find a place to park. The pool was kind of small, pretty shallow, and lacked enough chairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

This property was above and beyond our expectations. The pool are was phenomenal. We spent most of our days relaxing by the pools. The hotel also offered beach access that you could easily walk to. The rooftop bar was breathtaking with scenic views of the city. The free breakfast was amazing. A plethora of options of food to start the day. I found myself loading my plates with new foods every morning while sitting on the outdoor balcony and enjoying the views. It was close walking distance to bars and restaurants as well. We had a huge balcony in our room too. Everything we could have hoped for and more!

We left feeling disappointed in our stay. I really hope the following comments can be taken constructively to make improvements for other guests. We had the following issues: * Elevators repeatedly not working (these were tiny too so often a long wait) * Power cut for over an hour in the middle of the night. Room was boiling & ruined our sleep as emergency lighting turned on in the room. Never acknowledged by anyone. The whole hotel was up because of it & it was noisy. * Room tag stopped working mid stay, was locked out in my pjs after i went to get a drink of water on my floor. Had to walk up to reception in inappropriate clothing. * 10 euros for beach towels, 18 euros for car parking per night. Seems very disproportionate pricing. Towels should not cost. * Loud music till 11pm. * Gym was a let down in terms of equipment. * Bag storage before check in was unsafe & not monitored. They told us to go put our bags in an unlocked side room ourselves. * Calls to our room at 7:30am about a rental car that wasn’t due back till later in the day. Woke us up. * Room service came in at 8:45am on the day of our checkout before we had left. On the upside, we really enjoyed the included breakfast & view from our room.

We verbleven tussen 9 en 13 juni in dit hotel en zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf. Het ontbijt (€15 pp) en diner (€24 pp) zijn open buffet en gevarieerd. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het strand is op wandelafstand. Het hotel heeft geen zandstrand maar wel een platform op rotsen.

Property was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay overall and the view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful overall with any questions and concerns we had. Room service was great and cleaned up the room very well. Had the half-board including breakfast and dinner which was amazing and was very happy with the variety of options available each day. The only downside we had seen was that they did charge for towels for the pool and that there was no complimentary water during dinner as you had to pay for any drinks you'd like. Other than that, the place was well maintained, clean, safe, and a great location for traveling around the coastline!

Schöne, moderne Hotelanlage; leider war das Zimmer super dreckig, insbesondere Boden und Toilette. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben, haben wir ein neues erhalten. Das war leider nicht anders: unter der Klobrille braune Flecken und Haare, im Zimmer waren überall lange Haare verteilt, die Ecken dreckig und überall Staub. Eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Ansonsten ist die Hotelanlage sehr schön angelegt, und da das Hotel nicht voll war, gab es - am für die Größe des Hotels gemessen) kleinen Pool - reichlich freie Liegen. Badetücher kosten 10 €/Woche bzw. 3 € am Tag und zusätzlich 10€ Pfand. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr groß und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen und Meerblick genießen. Das Hotel liegt am Berg und die Strände sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hätten den Aufenthalt genossen. Nur die Sauberkeit, die offensichtlich in mehreren Zimmern zu wünschen übrig lässt, hinterlässt ein unangenehmes „Gschmäckle“.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage sehr schön mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Nur das Bad war leider nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider liegt das Hotel sehr nah an der Partymeile von Malaguf. Malaguf ist nicht sehr schön, aber man kann nach Palmanova ausweichen, das fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Alles in Allem gut, das Haar in der Suppe wäre ein unsauberer Duschkopf und einige Fliesenfugen die erneuert werden müssten. Die Zimmertür und die Schrankschiebetüren haben stark geqietscht! Alles samt Dinge die schnell erledigt werden könnten! Wir würden wieder kommen.

The sea-view balcony was amazing, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. It's nice to book a shower room even after the check out so you can get cleaned before your flight. However this is not a value for money stay. It was not cheap to book (I guess the area is very touristy and it was holiday season) but you still need to pay to "rent" the pool towels which I've never experienced before with any hotels around Mediterranean coast. The room was simple and nice but the floor was dirty when we checked-in (with dust and hair) and even after housekeeping service the floor was not cleaned and my mum had to just wipe out all the dirt on the floor so we can just stay comfortably. Also, the soundproof is TERRIBLE, we could hear every night what the next door guest was watching or listening to, you could probably even have a chat with them through the wall. If you're a light sleeper, you will not be able to sleep at all.

The property has an amazing view from the cliffs onto the sea and a very nice pool area. As others described, the walls are very thin and you hear everything through them - better bring your earplugs. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, my scrambled eggs were cold and runny 2/2 mornings, but all in all, it was the experience that I expected.

We wanted to be on the water, but not in a big marina—somewhere beautiful that we could swim and do some beaches / beach clubs! This hotel definitely met those needs! A few things that I’d want to know if I were considering this hotel are as follows: 1. The hotel is beautiful overall and located between lots of beach clubs and promenade restaurants. 2. The rooms are extremely small. We could hardly move. 3. They have parking, but it’s pending availability and not easy to obtain (plus it’s 18/day) 4. The staff, especially Sweety, are amazing. 5. The restaurant they have is a buffet. It’s 24/pp for dinner, 15/pp for breakfast, and it’s decent… we ended up there a few times because of convenience. Every time we’d try to go somewhere else, parking was a struggle, or we just knew we’d spend 4x the cost, so we went to the hotel restaurant instead. 6. There’s ocean access (and it’s gorgeous), but it’s a bit rocky / dangerous. My husband swam and so did some other folks but the pool is a bit safer! 7. They are very strict about towel usage, which for us was frustrating. Getting additional towels or even just clean towels either cost extra money or we had to go back and forth with the staff to make happen. 8.There are SEVERAL bars, restaurants, shops and more just a quick walk away! Be aware though that the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, so you will have to walk up and down that. Overall, amazing though :) We’d return here if there was a bigger room available.

I stayed here for 2 weeks as a single solo traveler who was working remotely. The internet service was reliable and extremely good through out the different areas of the property making it flexibke for me to work from my room, my balcony, the bar by the pool or the lobby area. Breakfast was clean and variable and so tasty. The pool was always incredibly clean, chairs do tend to get "saved" in the morning but if u know that and put your things down no one will move or take them. The entertainment was wonderful at the pool. No music until about 12pm which gave everyone a relaxing morning, then afro beats and sometime live sax player in the afternoon. Such a great vibe! As i went in October there were no "partiers" everyone was calm, quiet and respectful at all hours. Beds were comfy and i loveddddd my balcony seaview! There is also a path to a cove to swim during the day. Palma nova which is the beach next to the hotel is so lovely and a quick 10min walk with so many places to eat and have a cocktail. I have the best time and the staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Also speak multiple languages including my native English/ Spanish, I heard German, Dutch, Russian and Portuguese! I never felt unsafe once at the hotel. They also have tours at the front desk ( which i recommend the 8 hour tour to Soller with church, boat ride, cliffs and tram/train).

Amazing views, whether you are at the pool, the bar, the breakfast or at the room you have amazing sea-views. The staff is kind and helpfull. The only negative thing is the paperthin walls and doors so when people come home at 1, 2, 3 and 4 am I woke up. But otherwise, amazing place and I would gladly come back.

Amazing hotel with beautiful views of the bay of magaluf. Staff were brilliant and rooms were modern and clean. My Wife lost her handbag on transfer to hotel and staff were very helpful in reclaiming it especially Pedro who went above and beyond to find it as transfer company were hopeless. Also Eva decorated room for wife's birthday while we were at beach which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back

We arrived at around 10pm as we had a late flight. The hotel had kept us some food even though the restaurant was closed. On our final night it was my wife’s birthday and room service brought us a bottle of cava. These were really nice touches. The staff were all excellent, the hotel was very clean, the food was very good. The hotel was everything we expected and more.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Bucht von Mallorca. Zimmer neuwertig und stets sauber. Wir möchten definitiv wiederkommen in das Hotel, auch wenn der Ort Magaluf jetzt nicht so das Highlight gewesen ist. Verbindung in andere Städte wie bsp. Palma mit dem Bus unkompliziert.

Tolle Unterkunft mit atemberaubenden Meerblick. Sehr gute Essensauswahl und sehr freundliches Personal. Trotz des eher für Party bekannten Ortes Magaluf, findet man hier Ruhe und Erholung, da das Hotel ab vom Trubel liegt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

The hotel was great- nice pool area, good restaurant etc…however the area was not the best. It was filled with younger tourists who were there for a party. So if you’re looking for authentic Mallorcan experiences, would suggest finding an alternate location or renting a car and leaving for majority of the day (although don’t come back too late as the streets fill up and it’s difficult to drive).

Fantastic views , very clean , breakfast amazing, location of hotel amazing . 10 min walk to Magaluf, 15 to Palmanova . Shops , bars, restaurants all within few mins walk away. Only downside is it is a steep walk to the hotel either by road or part steps ( about 100) then road. I can image it being a nightmare with a wheelchair or pushchair . Certainly not for anyone with mobility issues or perhaps the older generation. It was hard work . If this isn’t an issue for you then go for it , would I stay again - most definitely.

Parking is terrible there, you better book in advance they only have less than 10 spots available at all times. Good luck finding parking on the street. I didn’t like that you had to pay extra for Pool Towels The dinner food in the restaurant was not good, save your self $50 and go somewhere else. The breakfast Buffett was decent.
