I had a great stay overall. The clean room made settling in super easy, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful anytime I needed something. The breakfast each morning was fresh and convenient, which made starting the day a lot smoother. I also loved having a balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Definitely a solid choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Its location was perfect—within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and the historic center. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Treehouse Boutique to anyone visiting Mérida. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so good. Not your typical America breakfast which we loved. Looking forward to returning.

This is an amazing hotel. All of the staff were very friendly. We received great customer service. The rooms were super clean. The courtyard and pool area so beautiful. Breakfast every day was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
