Very comfortable hotel in quiet street in old town. Entire hotel is spotlessly clean and fresh looking. There is a lovely vibe throughout from the bar/cafe on ground floor through 24 hour reception and public areas to beautiful roof terrace lounge. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were even able to borrow electrical adaptor to charge mobiles.

The breakfast was outstanding, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the strong smell that came from the lobby. It seems to have been covered up by a very strong perfume, so that added for a double odor. It may have had something to do with the outside, but it was a bit off putting in the lobby area. The room, however, seemed fine. Great location.

I must say that the customer service in the hotel was outstanding !! From the moment we arrived to the time we left we felt appreciated and welcomed. It goes without saying that the location was magnificent. However, the facilities of the hotel were less than desirable. For starters, the general smell that permeated the hallways was pretty bad. It truly smell like sewer. In addition, we had trouble with the air conditioning and the drainage of the shower. This left us very dissatisfied and turned off. I am not sure if I could recommend this place. The receptionists, specially the night shift staff were outstanding.

Impeccably clean hotel, with a great, friendly and knowledgable check in staff. The bar service and morning breakfast crews were also top notch. I booked this hotel because of the reviews I had read. I wasn’t sure about the location. Turns out that the reviews were right. It was a great hotel in a great location. A little mini mart (so to speak) out the front door. A clean laundromat less than 1 minute away (btw, the washing machines add their own soap, no need to purchase). So many bars, restaurants, shopping or bistros within a 5 minute walk in either direction. Truly a great stay.

WhatsApp communications before booking made us aware of the services on offer. Replies to enquiries were very quick. All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel was spotless and well- maintained throughout. The Android TV in the room was a real bonus - we seldom get any English language TV in Spanish hotels. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was discreet and efficient. We arrived early, but were checked in straight away. Although our room wasn’t ready, we were messaged when it was available and our luggage had been taken to the room.

Great location, staff were really friendly and helpful. It was clean and had a great bar. The only reason it wasn't the top score was there was a sewage smell in the corridor outside of our room. The room was fine though. PS the MRs says they need some shelves in the bathroom for ladies stuff they travel with.

MYR Marques House has a perfect location in a quiet street very close to Plaza de la Reina and all of the other main attractions in the centre of Valencia. This is a very pleasant boutique hotel: the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and the Cafe Madrid cafe/bar is well worth a visit.

The staff is amazing--very helpful and responsive. The hotel location is great--near the train station, the cathedral, main squares and shopping--but on a very quiet side street. The only criticism I have is of the AC in the room--it was extremely hot when we were there in early September and the AC was not adequate to the task. The addition of a ceiling fan (or an AC system with a more powerful fan) would help.

Great location but challenging to access to. It surrounded by pedestrian areas so not a lot of taxi access so if you have a lot of luggage, it’s a little challenging but not impossible to get into. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Room was tight and small but otherwise hotel was great.

The property is in the heart of the city qnd you can walk and see so much from here. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast that is included is very good. The staff were so kind and so helpful. Roberta helped us plan many adventures to the beach, a sunset boat tour of Albufera, dinners, etc. The only downside of this property is that you can hear everything in the hallway and outside, but even so, I would still stay here again!

The staff at the Marques House Hotel was incredible. Great communication and useful information by messages through the app leading up to our arrival date. Our travel plans had to be adjusted due to some flight delays and the staff was spot-on for us and had everything ready when we finally arrived. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Central City of Valencia, especially during Fallas. We had a junior suite and the room was fantastic all around. With all the Fallas noise, all we had to do was close the balcony doors and the room was quiet. Remember to put your key card in the little slot just inside the door so the lights work when you are in the room. It took us a couple of minutes to figure that out. My wife's roller broke and shorted out which caused a circuit breaker to trip and the room go dark...the staff responded within five minutes and had everything back up and running and were very understanding and helpful. Overall, this Hotel and the Staff made our stay in Valencia a wonderful experience...cannot wait to return to the Marques House Hotel!!

I had a quick overnight stay in Valencia and the Marques House was the best spot to take advantage of their fabulous location. Not only that, but the pre-arrival communication, the friendly staff, check in process, spotless room, and extra comfy bed made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

It was a nice experience, the hotel is extremely central but in a quiet street, so you have best of both worlds. They also went the extra mile on my birthday which was super appreciated. The staff is multi-lingual and speak excellent, English, Spanish and Italian. (maybe they speak more).

My first time to valencia so i picked based on expedia ratings. It was nicer than expected and the attached Madrid bar had some good drinks. Staff were very helpful and i prepurchased breakfast which was a good deal. Best sleep i had since arriving in Europe!
