Clean bedroom/bathroom, but sewage smell from bathroom drains constant. No soap in bathroom, shower rail broken, but usable, and although kettle and fridge, no tea or coffee

Signage was not as visible as it maybe should be. The grounds are not well kept, could you some weed whacking. we had to step over a cable wire to get to our room that should be suspended or something. the room was good..... it all just appeared to be a "bit sketchy" but with a little maintenance it could be a very nice hotel for the price.
