Étant une habituée de la chaine, j'ai beaucoup aimé la dimensions des chambres et l'aménagement (comfort), un 10 rien à dire. Juste dommage quon n'a pas de peignoir et quil faut deposer une caution pour en avoir cela a été assez choquants. Le bar et le petit déjeuner était juste au top. Dommage quon a pas de piscine qui aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais un week-end entre couple d'amis et autres qui a été juste magnifique 🔥🔥🔥

I arrived around midnight Obviously the receptionist had been smoking since the reception smelled like cigarettes Not a pleasant smell. Room was good and comfortable I stayed in this hotel before. I was hoping that they had installed electric charges for cars on their parking. But this is still not the case. When will they start installing these?

Mooi hotel met ruime kamer leuk balkonnetje waar je kan zitten met mooi weer , tv met onderander Nederlandse zenders , hotel ligt vrij dicht op de snelweg in de kamer hoor je daar niks van terug en daarom ideaal om richting Brugge centrum 15 minuten met de auto te gaan en half uurtje van Gent af , ruime parkeerplaats voor het hotel waar je gratis kan parkeren , als je gebruik van wellness of fitnessruimte wil maken is dat mogelijk

Grande et jolie chambre moderne avec du rangement, un frigo avec des bouteilles d'accueil, une belle salle de bain et un mini balcon. Parking gratuit et bon wifi. Le spa est petit et avec peu d'installations surtout pour un 4etoiles (seulement un sauna et deux baignoire balneo) et l'eau qui y est fourni n'y est pas fraiche. L'hotel est entouré de deux routes passantes et malgré l'insonorisation on entend le bruit des voitures dans la chambre.

Magnifique chambre, très spacieuse et bien équipée. L'hôtel a un grand parking juste en sortie d'autoroute. Le bar lounge est super agréable, le restaurant excellent et le buffet gargantuesque. Seul bémol l'opacité des rideau qui laisse un peu trop passer le jour le matin.

Zeer nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt en fijne bedden. dichtbij Brugge ook, en goed bereikbaar. Geen laadpalen aanwezig voor elektrische autos. Dinerkaart is goed, maar prijzen wel hoog voor de geleverde kwaliteit. Ligging is dichtbij een kruizing van wegen, al is de locatie wel goed geisoleerd waardoor je er in de avond en nacht niets van hoort. Maar even op het balkon zitten of buiten op het terras is voor ons niet echt genieten zo.

Stayed in these hotels a couple times in different areas and they are always stunning. They smell amazing as soon as you walk in, the rooms are roomy and spotless, decorated lovely & matching, never gory colours, the beds are so comfortable which is a rarity at hotels! The man on reception at this one was particularly lovely, very friendly & happy.

I was here for a weekend break, the place is amazing, you have everything you need in one place, nice Bar and Restaurant. Our room was spotless, well cleaned and very helpful staff. I will highly recommend it. For us we will definitely come back.

Nice hotel but had some maintenance issues. The sink kept clogging up. Then the shower. The shower gel/conditioner ran out and was not replaced. Also, the location is not far from Brugge which is great, but the hotel is on the highway which got a little loud at times especially with open windows and if you wanted to sit on their terrace.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in a family room which is very spacious with a separate bedroom. Bathroom had everything a family needs, towels were thick and fluffy. Noise from the motorway was minimal. Minor issues, empty soap dispenser but replaced quickly and door handle to bathroom very loose. Would recommend as the size and room facilities for families exceed most hotels.

It was a perfect hotel. It is located 5 minutes driving distance from downtown Brugge and covered with a perfect nature jungle. All outside full of fresh air, and very well designed and decorated hotel. Our room was really big, almost the largest room I ever stayed. A very well decorated bathroom, and both bathtub and a shower separated. Everywhere was so clean, new furnitures, huge TV and a huge king size bed. Delicious breakfast , and had a gym on the top floor which was enough for a daily work out. If you’re traveling by your car, it’s a perfect choice for staying in Brugge.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Amazing interior from the lobby to the room, the rooms are extremely spacious. Overall a great stay if you're driving as they have free & easy parking. It was close to the highway but noise wasn't an issue at night. An extreme bargain for the price you pay for. The only thing was there were mosquitoes in our room during our stay, probably due to there's a swamp nearby.

All in all a very nice hotel with clean and cozy rooms and very friendly personal. Only downside is the close proximity to the highway and therefore a certain noise Level in the room. It is not too disturbing though

Very good hotel for a stop off on the way to Amsterdam. The suite was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the restaurant food was good but not cheap. Dinner cost as much as the room. The TV was small and was not smart so we could not watch our Netflix. The end of the stay was slightly spoiled by noisy renovation work going on right outside our room at 8am. I fed this back to the reception but they didnt seem too bothered by it. We were leaving, they had our money by then.

Devoir payer un lit supplémentaire (20€) alors que la réservation est réalisée pour 3 dans une suite et que le coût total pour la nuit et petit déjeuner est déjà de 290€ n’est pas très commercial. Nous avions déjà fait des réservations similaires auparavant et le lit était présent à l’arrivée (ce qui n’était pas le cas ici). De plus, le personnel de l’accueil n’était pas très sympa et plutôt flamingant. C’est la première fois que j’avais ce ressenti lorsque nous parlions français à la réception. Par contre, le personnel du restaurant était très sympathique et serviable. Le restaurant était simple mais bon.

Bij aankomst, moest ik zelf er op wijzen een begroetingsdrankje te krijgen, ik had een bon daarvoor moeten krijgen bij aanmelding, het ontbijt is een grootte chaos, nadat ik had gezegt dat er geen brood meer was werden er na vijf minuten 2 bruine stokbroodjes neergelegt en heb ik gevraagt of dat het was, antwoord Ja, het personeel, wat ik begrijp met een zo konstante drukte, was alles behalve vriendelijk, dit is werkelijk in vergelijk met andere hotels van vande Valk de slechtste, het spijt mij werkelijk dit zo te moeten schrijven,

I have rated the hotel as terrible as I ended up paying twice for the accommodation… firstly with Expedia and then again at online check in. I alerted the hotel reception staff at the time of my stay as to this error and they reassured me I would receive a refund to my credit card within a week or so but I have not yet received this.

The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately one of the waiters in the restaurant was very arrogant and good at ignoring you, hence the visit at the restaurant was not a pleasant experience.

Great hotel to travel into Brugge if you are travelling by car. We went with two children and the family room was spacious, bath and shower and kids had two single beds rather than usual sofa bed scenario. Breakfast was brilliant although staff at breakfast weren’t very friendly.

Zeer mooi hotel, handig gelegen aan de afrit Oostkamp van de E40, met een ruime parking. Mooie kamer met alle comfort en een ruime badkamer met aparte douche en bad. Comfortabel bed met keuze uit 2 type kussens. Enige nadeel: mijn kamer aan de kant van de snelweg had ondanks het dubbele glas toch wel last van het lawaai van het verkeer.

Everything was good, but beware the park and ride from 8 mins away does not include a 'ride' it is simply free parking with a bus stop into town over the road with buses that seem to go once and hour!

Motorway traffic noise meant we could not sit outside which was a shame & the town is very quiet. Train is 20 mins walk which was not too bad. Restaurant was expensive but nice.

Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.

The Van de Valk was extremely well presented. Externally it looked everything a country hotel should be, well presented and imposing. The car park was large and entry was no problem. The interior was impressive and the check-in staff although we were early were helpful and amenable. Our room was large and had everything you could ask for. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding. There was nothing to fault our stay at the Van de Valk except that it wasn't long enough

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was approximately 21€ so we didn’t have it. We had dined the evening before. Both of our meals were tasteless and very costly. When we made the comment to the waitress, she said ‘oh’ and brought us the bill. No one ever came to ask if we would like another drink , a piece of bread or anything, so I would say the dining staff didn’t do a great job!!

The hotel was situated close to Bruges. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The restaurant was okay but service was slow and food was fairly nice though not brilliant. Having said that, we would definitely stay there again and we had a very pleasant stay
