This was our second stay in this hotel for a family vacation with my sister and parents. First and foremost, I’d like to thank Ruth who was very helpful when my mother needed doctor’s attention and in general is such a great person taking care of guests. Overall, we have only positive feelings about everything: the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is very diverse and delicious, including vegan options, the beach is clean and beautiful, the territory of the hotel is full of amazing plants and looks amazing. The hotel is also home to many wonderful cats that are well taken care of. There is an entertainment program everyday including sports, games and events. While, I must admit, this year there were some bad singers there. The Golden Tones, Dream Girls and acrobats are great though! The music cuts at 23:00. The bars close at 00:00. The gym has everything you need to keep your fitness level in check. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be coming back next year!

This is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Even though large it has a very intimate feeling and the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have a good holiday. Special mention to Ruthe who goes that extra mile. Food was wonderful and varied, tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the beach. Only negatives we had were the indoor pool could have been warmer and more attractive to linger in and the Levante restaurant was a big disappointment. It was soulless and lacking in any sort of ambience, worn cabinets were against the walls and a used tea towel was thrown on one of them, no background music playing and too brightly lit. BUT overall we were delighted with this hotel and would definitely come back.

We book this hotel for 3 nights all inclusive. Food was excellent in all meals. Drinks at the beaches are free of charge. Unlimited beach access, unlimited drinks at all times. Food options were suitable for everyone, vegan, Vegetarian and meaty person. I would recommend this option for anyone who wants to relax for a few days. SPA option was amazing as well. Really enjoyed it One small point is the fish option within the open buffet. It was not excellent for a beach city

Hardly can be named a resort. Building needs renovation. Reception staff really need training. Room cleaning not consistant and looks like not enough time to finish each room. The bed had no blanket and only one sheet provided. Although the hotel description says that the parking is included, i had to park my car on the street for 7 days. The food was great, but was the only place to eat. The included alacarte restuarant dinners was allready booked so couldnt use that either.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel during the last week of August, and we had a wonderful experience. The food selection was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The area is lovely and much quieter compared to the busier parts of the seaside, which made for a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed the evening walk to the marina, which takes about 40-45 minutes along a scenic and relaxing path. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and having the beach right outside with a bar was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, green, and all-inclusive place to unwind, this hotel is perfect.

Everything looked promising at first, but I was very disappointed with both the room size and the reception service. We booked a limited sea view room for 2 nights and then upgraded to an unlimited sea view for 3 nights. Shockingly, the so-called “unlimited sea view” room was half the size of the limited view room and actually offered less of a sea view. When I raised this at reception, the staff member was dismissive and instead of resolving the issue, tried to upsell me to an even more expensive room. Paying more to receive less—and then being treated poorly when pointing it out—made the whole experience frustrating and not worth the money. Definitely not what I expected, and overall a bad experience.

Negativ: Fernseher veraltet, Fernbedienung kurze Reichweite, große Auswahl an Essen, jedoch oft sehr fettig und ölig. Klimaanlage etwas laut. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Urlaub zufrieden.

It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it! Rooms are little outdated but specious. Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out. Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks. Lots of activities!

We were disappointed with our room as from the moment we walked in, we smelt smoke. We complained immediately and the only solution was to have the room sprayed with chemicals. We complained the following day after having left the windows opened all day but no effort was made to change our room. We discovered the guests in the room below were chain smokers and smoked from 7.30am. We resented paying for a holiday when we were having to bear with others smoking. Maybe you should have a policy of placing smokers in one section of the hotel to not disturb non smokers. Apart from that we were happy with the food, setting, spa and service,

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. The furniture can be updated. The extra soft foam mattress was unusable gor me and I had to get some blankets and sleep on the floor

Everything looked promising at first, but I was very disappointed with both the room size and the reception service. We booked a limited sea view room for 2 nights and then upgraded to an unlimited sea view for 3 nights. Shockingly, the so-called “unlimited sea view” room was half the size of the limited view room and actually offered less of a sea view. When I raised this at reception, the staff member was dismissive and instead of resolving the issue, tried to upsell me to an even more expensive room. Paying more to receive less—and then being treated poorly when pointing it out—made the whole experience frustrating and not worth the money. Definitely not what I expected, and overall a bad experience.

Hardly can be named a resort. Building needs renovation. Reception staff really need training. Room cleaning not consistant and looks like not enough time to finish each room. Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating. I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally.

This was our second stay in this hotel for a family vacation with my sister and parents. First and foremost, I’d like to thank Ruth who was very helpful when my mother needed doctor’s attention and in general is such a great person taking care of guests. Overall, we have only positive feelings about everything: the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is very diverse and delicious, including vegan options, the beach is clean and beautiful, the territory of the hotel is full of amazing plants and looks amazing. The hotel is also home to many wonderful cats that are well taken care of. There is an entertainment program everyday including sports, games and events. While, I must admit, this year there were some bad singers there. The Golden Tones, Dream Girls and acrobats are great though! The music cuts at 23:00. The bars close at 00:00. The gym has everything you need to keep your fitness level in check. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be coming back next year!

It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it! Rooms are little outdated but specious. Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out. Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks. Lots of activities!

My partner and I stayed at the hotel during the last week of August, and we had a wonderful experience. The food selection was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The area is lovely and much quieter compared to the busier parts of the seaside, which made for a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed the evening walk to the marina, which takes about 40-45 minutes along a scenic and relaxing path. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and having the beach right outside with a bar was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, green, and all-inclusive place to unwind, this hotel is perfect.

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately, we arrived as the season was just beginning and the weather was still a bit chilly. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel is in a great location- The restaurants are great and there was always a good variety of food. A big bonus was the 24hr snacks available in the lobby. Will love to visit in the summer again.

This is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Even though large it has a very intimate feeling and the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have a good holiday. Special mention to Ruthe who goes that extra mile. Food was wonderful and varied, tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the beach. Only negatives we had were the indoor pool could have been warmer and more attractive to linger in and the Levante restaurant was a big disappointment. It was soulless and lacking in any sort of ambience, worn cabinets were against the walls and a used tea towel was thrown on one of them, no background music playing and too brightly lit. BUT overall we were delighted with this hotel and would definitely come back.

We book this hotel for 3 nights all inclusive. Food was excellent in all meals. Drinks at the beaches are free of charge. Unlimited beach access, unlimited drinks at all times. Food options were suitable for everyone, vegan, Vegetarian and meaty person. I would recommend this option for anyone who wants to relax for a few days. SPA option was amazing as well. Really enjoyed it One small point is the fish option within the open buffet. It was not excellent for a beach city
