The location is good and it has a very good view and a beautiful beach. They welcome you with a nice fruit basket and a bottle of wine. Nice detail. There are too many guests so a lot of noise and little space in the small pools does not make the stay pleasant. The buffet is varied, the food is average but unfortunately they are the worst drinks I have ever had in an all-inclusive hotel. You can't drink them with so much sugar and artificial flavors. In the bathroom you can hear the sound of water when they bathe upstairs. The screen is very small. And maybe they should remodel the rooms, they are old.

Service and staff was amazing especially Müge Hanim wonderful person and she did everything for us to be happy and successful at this hotel.

The hotel didn’t have proper air conditioning and it was 37 degrees and we were dying. Poor housekeepers had to work in a sauna. I had paid for an oceanfront room which was a small hole in the wall with one twin bed when I had requested two beds. There were disgusting bugs all over the balcony and inside the room. The employees were excellent in this hotel which made it bearable. Other than that, I’ll never stay here again.

Sahili ve çalışanları dışında 5 yıldız diyebileceğim birşey olmadı. Yemekleri kötüydü oda temizliği idare edilebilirdi. Mini bar hiç yoktu çocuğa bırakır gibi 4 adet meyvesuyu bırakmışlardı gidene kadarda yenilenme olmadı suları da aynı şekilde . Sahili için gidilirmi gidilir ama geri kalan herşeyde bizden geçersiz not aldı.
