Sehr gute Lage nähe Bahnhof und Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Schönes großes Zimmer. Wir vermissen die Möglichkeit, Kaffee oder Tee zu bereiten. Das Essen ist dürftig. Lounge und Dachterrasse werden um 21 Uhr geschlossen.

Meget hyggelig ansatte i resepsjon. God frokost med åpnet kjøkken. Noe slitt treningsrom i kjelleren med spesiell lukt. Dog bra utstyrt. Ligger veldig sentralt til for besøk i sentrum av Oslo.

Rom hadde en veldig dårlig planløsning, ikke mulig å komme til minibar uten å flytte på møbler, ingen skaper eller hyller til å legge klær i, på bad fantes det ingen muligheter for å oppbevare toalettsaker. FIKA konseptet var veldig bra, og kan anbefales. Enkelt men bra. Bar på hotellet stengte klokken 22, ved ankomst etter en tur på middag fikk vi beskjed å gå ned på The Hub i resepsjonen om vi ønsket å kjøpe ett glass øl/vin da de ikke serverte så sent, klokken var da 22.15

Hotel in great location walking distance from Oslo central station and nearby tourist attractions. Fantastic breakfast choices and a great dinner buffet included in the price. The downside of it was being rated as a 4 star hotel had minimal standard of any hotel fot the price being chargefd like the lack of any bottle of water in the room. If you arrive in the evening and nearby supermarket being closed and you need drinking water, then you are stuck till next day. Also if you plan to leave your luggage in the storage, it will be at your own risk as others will have access to storage and can easily walk out with your luggage without any proper checks in place by the receptionist. They literally let anyone walk in the storage as there are no tags of your room number or your name. Room is clean so is the hotel

Hyggelige ansatte som alle snakket norsk:) utrolig bra beliggenhet. 200m til billig parkering. Frokosten er helt super. Litt for dempet belysning på rom, men hellers bra rom og bad.

Dette har vært mitt favoritthotell i mange år. Jeg reise mye for arbeid, å det å kunne komme "hjem" til Folketeateret, få tilgang på god service, behagelige, lydtette rom, og god service har gjort at jeg alltid velger å bo her om jeg har muligheten. Dessverre var det et par ting ved denne reisen som dro ned nivået, og jeg håper Strawberry klarer å fikse de så jeg kan stole på kvalitet igjen i fremtiden. Rommet mitt hadde en liten fransk veranda rett ut til luftannlegget for enten hotellet eller nærliggende bygninger. Heldigvis var det ikke støyproblemer av dette, men jeg kunne ikke låse denne døren- så var i utgangspunktet ikke helt trygg i rommet. Når jeg kom inn på rommet stod det en Ajaxflaske henslengt på gulvet etter vaskepersonell antar jeg. Det var også noe galt med TVen, og veggene rundt sengen virket slitt og skitne. Ellers var det noe veldig galt med treningssenteret i kjelleren- om det er vannlekkasje eller svart mugg som er i gang der nede- men her trengs det en liten rehabilitering. Jeg er og lei av at all kunst i hotellet er sentrert rundt kvinnekroppen som et objekt. Nå i 2024 kan vi vel finne på andre måter å smykke offentlige rom? Jeg elsker FOlketeateret og håper dette vil pushe til en liten oppgradering! Ellers er det verdens beste frokost, ettermidagsmat og kveldsmat, snill og god service og gode senger!

Bien situé au coeur d'Oslo, bon accueil, bon service, grande chambre avec terrasse au calme, petit déjeuner varié, repas du soir inclus. Dommage toutefois que le nettoyage quotidien des chambres ne soit pas proposé automatiquement. Séjour agréable, merci.

Jättetrevligt, centralt beläget hotell m fina rum o bra em-fika, kvällsmat o frukost med det lilla extra. Mycket trevlig personal o kylskåp på rummet som xtra plus. Bad o toa kunde varit mer välstädade dock. Hår från tidigare gäster o nästan stopp i avloppet när vi tappade ur badvattnet. På ett av rummen fungerade inte TV:n. Men golvvärmen på toa o badrum var superhärlig! Hit kommer vi igen. Detta var vårt andra besök.

中央駅から近く、観光に便利な場所で、朝食が美味しかったので全体的に満足です。 清掃の件で星減らしましたが、チェックイン時に清掃がなかった場合、新しいタオルをレセプションにてもらえることを聞いていたし、清掃がないことも他の人のレビューで見ていたので、清掃なしでも問題なく過ごせるました。

The check in was poor which we found in a previous Home hotel. We were offered a poor room with no light despite paying for a superior room. The kettle had a strange deposit inside and had to be changed. Breakfast was good. Evening meal is useful if basic. The rooms are dark and past their best. For some reason the fridge was in a box about 5ft off the ground.

Property was clean and the bathroom exceptionally nice but the room itself was poorly lit—by design, I believe. There was no overhead lighting over the bed or by the chair (except for a dim floor lamp) so the bed area could only be used for sleeping. By each side of the bed was a tiny light and one was not working. Instead, I sat in the lobby and enjoyed the free coffee and tea. Otherwise, the hotel was good value for the money with a nice breakfast.

Good location. Friendly staff. Room was quite small but fine. Bathroom good. Bit strange it had reading lights beside the bed but they only worked if you have all the lights on in the room. Great included breakfast. Evening meal a good bonus. The BIG negative was the very loud music playing till 3am at one point I thought Justin Bieber was in my room it was so loud. Would I recommend this hotel, yes but ask for a high room away from the noise. Zero sleep for me.

Fantastiskt fint hotell med superläge. Väldigt bra frukost. Olyckligt att AC/luftkonditioneringen inte var anpassad för att hantera årets varmaste dagar - vi hade 28 grader på rummet och inlånade bordsfläktar gjorde tyvärr inte jobbet. Men högt betyg överlag

Minste rommet jeg har hatt noen gang. Lys på badet virket ikke og det ble ikke utbedret etter jeg sa i fra. Feil på tv, men dette ble fikset når jeg sa i fra. Masse vann på badegulv ved dusj. Meget bra frokost og sentral beliggenhet.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable. The only issue was that the foot of the bed was very close to the wall where the TV was mounted, which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, very happy, great central location. Breakfast was good, wide selection but I think it could be improved by having juices available, in addition to the smoothies.

We arrived early in the morning and was lucky to be served by Dag who was the most hospitable staff you can ever find. We managed to settle down earlier with his kind assistance and this made alot of difference for the the rest of the day. Thank you for the great service rendered! Aside to the great staff we have met, the hotel location is very close to the train station and it is easy to access various tourist attractions such as the Vigeland Park, the opera house from the hotel. The room was clean and had adequate facilities. We stayed for 1 night so that was just sufficient for a good night's stay. We didn't managed to try the full board dinner but the breakfast was great. There was a good spread of food which was better than the breakfast from previous hotel chains we have stayed in. Overall, it was a value for money place to stay with great breakfast, convenient location and good service.

Aside to the great staff we have met, the hotel location is very close to the train station and it is easy to access various tourist attractions such as the Vigeland Park, the opera house from the hotel. The room was clean and had adequate facilities. We stayed for 1 night so that was just sufficient for a good night's stay. We didn't managed to try the full board dinner but the breakfast was great. There was a good spread of food which was better than the breakfast from previous hotel chains we have stayed in. Overall, it was a value for money place to stay with great breakfast, convenient location and good service.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 5 Nächte gebucht, durften früher einchecken ohne nachzuzahlen, haben aber leider einen Zimmer zur Straße bekommen. I did not like getting a standard double, but still getting charged for the superior I booked. I did not like the staff evicting us from the breakfast at precisely 10:00 not letting us finish the coffe. The breakfast staff was also so eager to clean away the plates that I had to find a new table every time we went for refill or coffe. I started to leave my glasses to prevent this. Rooms facing the passageway was very noisy at night. To get new towels or get the room cleaned one has to ask at the reception. Polite and friendly reception staff, overall nice and well kept.

Really comfortable room about 5 min walk from Oslo central train station. Clean room, and the bed was amazingly comfy. Very central, tram stop just outside. 10-15 min walk to waterfront depending on how fast you are. Very small self serve restaurant with limited choice (especially if you have dietary reqs) but food we had was very good. Internet access free and no need to register etc. would definitely stay there again.

Very noisy outside. Was very hot in the room (no AC) so had to open window for any ventilation. Outside, it was like a new years eve party until 3:30 am both nights! We heard glass being broken and just non-stop parties.

Perfect location for food and transport: directly inside the theater passage, there are two entrances so you can choose whether to go to central station (3 min by walking) or to a big place with lots of other restaurants. Best breakfast ever experienced! Lots of extravagant goods like two types of salmon, chocolate cheese, fresh made espresso, fresh fruits for cereals or pancakes every day. Lots of green vegetables. Friendly staff

Hotellet er forholdsvis kostbart. Det ligger veldig sentralt plassert i Oslo og er yppelig sånn sett. Rommene er veldig mørke og de var kalde ved ankomst. Varmovnene bråket og det tok lang tid før rommet ble ok i temperatur. Det er ingen skap til å ha klær i eller noe å sette toalettsakene på inne på badet. Sengene er gode. Hotellet tilbyr egentlig tre måltider, som veganer var frokosten faktisk veldig bra. Men når jeg spurte om middagen så hadde de kun salater til veganere. Altså ingen hovedrett, kun tilbehør. I etterkant fikk jeg beskjed om at dette kunne ordnes, vi har bodd på hotellet tidligere, men også da klarte de ikke å ordne veganske alternativer. Da ga vi også info om at vi var veganere før ankomst. Men frokosten, som sagt var veldig bra med både flere typer plantemelk, pålegg og mye annet godt å velge i. Stor oppgradering fra sist besøk. Da jeg bodde på hotellet i tre dager var dette med måltider litt kjipt. Jeg ønsket derfor å ta med noe fra frokosten siden det var det eneste veganske der, men da fikk jeg beskjed om at det måtte betales for. Dette synes jeg ble smålig. Jeg forstår veldig godt dersom de kunne tilbudt de andre måltidene som jeg hadde betalt for, men ikke fikk. Jeg sendte også inn dette først til hotellet fordi jeg liker ikke å henge ut noen hvis de ønsker å ordne opp i det først. Nice hotel in the heart of the city ! Very close to Oslo S central train station. Close to shopping and places to visits. Lobby was relaxing. Excellent selection of breakfast. Dinner is included as well and the quality of food is excellent. Not to mention afternoon tea is also included. And the coffee/tea at the lobby is available 24/7. Love the coffee! It’s the more warmer during our stay but that’s the entire weather condition anyway. Overall, highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
