Stayed 1 night

This hotel isn't the cleanest, but I stayed there a total of 8 hours just to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. That's all I needed. It does have a pool, which I didn't use. It's great for a cheap, drive by stay! If staying for longer than a day, I would find a nicer hotel.

Stayed 1 night

Once arriving we got our room keys which wouldn't work so we had to go back to the front desk to get new keys. We opened the door and someone else was already in that room. No ice machines worked in the whole building. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I found eyelash extensions in the bathroom and a dirty toilet. No toilet paper. The bed had stains. Dead bugs all over the room and spotty air conditioning. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They should not be renting rooms right now. Granted, they are under construction, but the grounds are overgrown, beer bottles and trash everywhere. Broken out windows etc. One of the beds was off its base, so it was like a seesaw and could only sleep on one side of the bed. Drop ceiling tiles that were discolored. If it wasn’t for a “no-refund” policy, 10:30 at night in the middle of Minnesota, we would have slept in our car, or gone to a different hotel, preferably! Do not recommend!

Friendly staff. Got the room on hotels.com. Didn’t find out until I got there that no televisions worked at all on the property, even though I was told kindly that it was being worked on. The door was opened on the side I’m guessing all night, so anyone could have just walked in there and caused harm. Not blaming anyone. Just pointing out the optics of the situation.
