Quality Inn & Suites Menomonie

The room smelled of mildew. Lighting was too dim. There was trash around the building. But the room was otherwise clean and the staff was friendly. The building just needs a spruce, maybe some new carpets in the e rooms

We arrived and the man “at the front desk” was grumbling because he had to leave the tv area to check me in. After check-in he showed me in the map where our room was and explained that it would best to drive around the building to a different entrance. I asked if there was a luggage cart at that door and he said they only had the one but, if I needed it I could walk it around the building to the other entrance. When I looked at him for a moment he said he could just walk it through the building to the other door. When we arrived in the room we were it with a very strong chemical smell that never left. The bathtub had very poor done patches put in where the tub itself had broken, plus everything was either dusty or rusty. The beds were made, but looked as if someone had just thrown the bedding there and made a half hearted attempt at actually making the bed. When we went to the pool there were a ton of kids there not being watched by anyone, the adults were on the patio drinking, and not one towel at the pool to dry off. We ask the same man at the front desk for some towels and he said that people are stealing them and we may just need to get some from our room. Begrudgingly he eventually found 4 clean towels, there were five of us swimming, and said that was the best he could do. I will never stay here again. If it had been for more than a nights stay I would have demanded a refund and left.

Excellent service clean room

The property was outdated and dirty. Walls were dirty the tub had hair all over it. Not a pleasant stay.

Well kept facility. The staff was first class. I would suggest you give it a try!
