It was a great stay for what we wanted. A nights sleep, pool, hot tub, shower & continental breakfast. It's nice to have a working hot tub since so many places don't anymore. Also, for breakfast they have a Nescafe! That was wonderful! I've never used one before, but the coffee (mocha) was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness was very good. It looked like it was updated, & did not smell like someone had been smoking in our room. Will definitely be staying there again.

Easy to get to from the freeway. The hotel is pretty clean and the front desk people are helpful. The breakfast is okay, and it’s free. Hot tub in the pool area “out of order”. I believe it was the last time I stayed here too, like over 2 years ago. So if I were management-I’d probably ask to have it removed as a hotel amenity at this point. Lots of parking spots available and the location is close enough to downtown Menominee.

The staff were pleasant. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any minute and it did with someone inside. The staff responded quickly and in a professional manner. I would stay there again.

The hallway carpets are not vacummed regularly, it seems like maybe because they are dark they think it's ok but you can still see crumbs and such everywhere. The breakfast was very limited and its all plastic and paper plates. They only have individually packaged cereal. They have 1 waffle maker. I other main and a side and a few other random things. We had a standard 2 queen room. It was ok. I had to ask to have someone come reclean the tub and the sink. A lot of the staff did not look very professional and it was hard to tell if people worked there or were staying there. I did not find that any of the staff were particularly kind or friendly. The pool is small, a little cool and not well maintained. You can tell it is not regularly cleaned and vacummed. I would

The good - Comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast. The bad - faulty door latch on room made it hard to close door, so had to slam it shut - pretty annoying! Asked evening staff on first night to address the next day, didn’t happen. First day of a 3-day stay, no cleaning service - asked front desk to clean the next day, and it happened but why’d I have to ask? And the side door didn’t have a card scan (broken/non-existent) so you couldn’t use it for entry which really sucked because all the parking was at that end of the building! Please do a better job with the facilities maintenance.

The room was not very clean. The fridge did not work right and the microwave was dirty. We found food on the floor behind the bed. The bathroom had hair on the floor and dust on the shelf where the extra towels were kept.The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy.kept.

Overall the rooms were clean. The restrooms mear the pool were not clean and honestly they were pretty disgusting. There often wasn't anyone at the front desk when we needed towels or tissues. We won't be staying again.

Stay here every time we visit our son who attends UW-Stout and have never had a bad stay. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast is very good, my 13-year-olds favorite. Pool is always an added bonus. Until next time!!

Stayed one night for a college tour. Breakfast was disappointing. Ran to Kwik Trip to get breakfast. Yelling in the hallway at 2am. Room dark. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. Otherwise, served its purpose.

The first night of our three night stay we were put in room 320 and a furnace kept buzzing from a closet in the room every 20 minutes. It was my daughter’s wedding the next day so by the time the rehearsal was over that first night it was too late to change rooms. Needless to say our sleep was interrupted for the wedding:/ The next morning they changed us to a more quiet room after we brought the issue to their attention.

We had a couple of issues during our stay. The front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about much and was not very helpful. We asked for a crib/pack n play for our 5 month old and they said they didn't have them. I checked the website and showed her again that it showed available and she said she hasn't ever seen them. Finally she called someone to find out they did have them. Our pull out couch didn't have any sheets / blankets (not in the closets either).. I went down as asked for some and she gave me a blanket. I had to ask again for sheets as well. The light in our bedroom was out and I had to ask several times about getting it fixed. The stay was fine enough, just the staff wasn't the greatest. The manager on the other hand, was very helpful and actually changed the light herself.

When we checked into our room it was open and no pillow cases and the key didn’t work. Later on we had people open our door when we were sleeping and they filed a complaint on us. We then had a desk worker come up and ask who we were and that there was a complaint against us. Found out they put us in the wrong room and then put them in our room. We also had lukewarm showers the next morning!! We will probably not stay here again

The room was quiet and , as a single traveler, I always felt safe. Only negative for me was the coffee. There was a machine offering several ways to have your coffee and each one was watery. Very easy to fix! Other than that my stay there was a pleasure, and I will probably be returning to that location again in the spring of 2024.
