Bref vous payez pour 24 h alors que vous n’utilisez la chambre que 19 h en realite. Bref des efforts à faire . Je déconseille .

Freundliche Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Stadt, wo man vieles zufuß erkunden kann. Das Hotel verfügt Parkplätze, die zu meinem Ankunft alle vergeben war. Deshalb wurde ich zu eine Kostenpflichtige Parkhaus verwiesen. Also wenn sie etwas später ankommen, könnte dies auch ihnen passieren.

The room was nice and spacious, clean and beds were comfortable, however with no air-conditioning available it was extremely warm and quite uncomfortable. If you left the windows open, there was no breeze and all you heard was the city noise which was loud and very difficult to sleep.

Property is ok . But rooms are pathetic. No cups, no kettle or any fan for ventilation. It was very warm outside.Check in at 4 pm is real spoil sport .

Vi havde søgt på ophold incl. parkering og morgenmad. Parkering var 200 m derfra og kostede knap 200 DKK for under 24 timer. Morgenmaden var heller ikke inklusiv, men kostede 22 chf pr. person.

Very disappointed with Neuchâtel City Hote. It was a room and a bed. NO Air conditioning, No refrigerator, No Iron, No hair dryer, No Coffee, and No daily room service, and your room door is open to the main hallway. Very weird Hotel. I couldn't stay there. I asked for a refund but have been declined. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Not worth your money. My losst is your gain.

Schmutzige Maueren im Zimmer und im Badezimmer. Basic Möbel. Da es keine Klimaanlage gab, war der Straßenlärm nachts sehr laut und wir mussten bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

It's conveniently located close to major points of interest and transport links (5 minutes from the train station and the city centre). Wenn geputzt wurde, war es sauber! Ich wusste einfach nie, wann geputzt wird, d.h. an welchem Tag. Ich war ja immerhin 6 Übernachtungen dort. Die Kaffemaschine existiert zwar, aber anscheinend liegt bei diesem Hotelpreis keine tägliche Kapsel drin. Fand ich ziemlich merkwürdig und kleinlich!! Ich hatte ein bisschen das Gefühl, dass in diesem Hotel „Langzeitaufenthalter“ nicht so üblich sind. Was toll war, ist die Lage des Hotels. Gleich am See und schnell beim Bahnhof. Ideal!

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station but also not from the city center and the lake. We had a big room which we enjoyed. There was a balcony which we used though it faced a busy street. The rug in the room was dirty in some places, which is something we had not expected. But overall, a nice stay.

Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge area with a terrace from where we took pictures of the lake ; that area has sofas , coffee tables and chairs to accommodate even a big group of people . Staff was friendly and gave us the possibility to log an to an application for free public transportation and a lot of promotions to different historical places , museums and attractions; we took advantage and went on a two hour cruise on the lake . Neuchatel is beautiful, full of charm and we regret not having booked more days at this hotel and this town

C'est au moins la cinquième fois que je retourne dans cet hôtel. Et si j'y vais, c'est que le rapport qualité / prix est globalement très correct. Mais cette fois-ci j'ai hérité d'une chambre absolument minuscule, une demi-chambre à vrai dire, un trou à rat, totalement abject tellement c'était petit. Alors certes, bien placé, propre... Je suggère au manager de l'hôtel d'y dormir lui-même une nuit, il cessait de la louer !

If you have large luggages, this is the hotel you should choose. Drinks in the mini bar were unexpectedly included in the room price. I really appreciate that.

The receptionists especially a lady called Nora are extremely accommodating and looking after the clients. Also the cleaners are friendly! My room Superior was very large airy and super comfortable. Trains from every direction and airports are 5 min from the hotel . Also the amenities supermarkets shops boutique and the Lake are reachable by 7 minutes walk

Thank you for an amazing stay. The staff were great and honestly made our stay so pleasant. The hotel room was very spacious and Clean. The hotel is within walking distance to all the gems in Neuchatel so glad we stayed here and will most likely stay here again when I next visit.

Accueil froid. Les chambres des années 50. Salle de bain rouillée, des araignées... Sans clim ni ventilateur. Du coup hyper chaud. Sous les fenêtres des moteurs de ventilations... Mais sûrement pour ailleurs... Bruits de fond, comme dans un avion 24/24. Parking sal et non sécurisé. Je cherche un point positif.... Je ne vois pas.

Ungenügender Zimmerservice: Das Bett wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gemacht. Im Bad kein Duschgel und kein Shampoo, dafür 2 Stück Seife und 2 Fläschchen Body Lotion. Leider lassen sich die Zimmer auch nicht umbuchen oder stornieren. Bei Umbuchungsversuch von 2 auf 1 Nacht wird der Gesamtpreis teurer! Und bei einer Stornierung (auch zwei Wochen vorher) müssen 100% des Preises bezahlt werden. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmereinrichtung hat absolut keinen Charme, billiges Mobiliar, schlechte Raum-Beleuchtung, auch Korridore sehr finster. Rezeption wenig kulant, keine Bereitschaft, auf eine unverschuldete Annulierung einer von zwei gebuchten Nächten kunden - freundlich zu reagieren. Einzig positiv ist Frühstück und Nähe zum Bahnhof.

The receptionists especially a lady called Nora are extremely accommodating and looking after the clients. Also the cleaners are friendly! My room Superior was very large airy and super comfortable. Trains from every direction and airports are 5 min from the hotel . Also the amenities supermarkets shops boutique and the Lake are reachable by 7 minutes walk

Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge area with a terrace from where we took pictures of the lake ; that area has sofas , coffee tables and chairs to accommodate even a big group of people . Staff was friendly and gave us the possibility to log an to an application for free public transportation and a lot of promotions to different historical places , museums and attractions; we took advantage and went on a two hour cruise on the lake . Neuchatel is beautiful, full of charm and we regret not having booked more days at this hotel and this town

Looks old inside, but quite ok for a few nights. Fridge is not installed, but it was ok for us. We had foods kept in balcony, and we brought only food for each day. Staffs are kind and helpful. Location is perfect. 7 min walk to station, port, old city.

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment délicieux, et cela m'a évité de devoir chercher un restaurant dans les environs, ce qui m'a beaucoup aidé. Comme l'hôtel se trouveait près de la gare, je n'ai pas eu besoin de prendre un taxi. En revanche, l'enregistrement n'était possible qu'à partir de 16 heures et il n'y avait pas de service en chambre. Pour changer les serviettes, il suffisait de le demander à la réception et on m'en donnait de nouvelles. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait.

Vi havde søgt på ophold incl. parkering og morgenmad. Parkering var 200 m derfra og kostede knap 200 DKK for under 24 timer. Morgenmaden var heller ikke inklusiv, men kostede 22 chf pr. person.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station but also not from the city center and the lake. We had a big room which we enjoyed. There was a balcony which we used though it faced a busy street. The rug in the room was dirty in some places, which is something we had not expected. But overall, a nice stay.

It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right.
