Hotel Cezar Banja Luka

Great stay, great location and helpful staff. Bus stop right outside, big shops and cashpoint a 5 minute walk away and station for bus and trains less than 10 minutes away. Easy to get to and from airport and across the country

This is a magnificent hotel in the heart of Banja Luka. The receptionist was a lovely and helpful woman. I enjoyed this hotel very much and I recommend it to all people who visit this beautiful city.

I will always remind Hotel Cezar of one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences. When I entered the hotel I could hardly breath, because there was so many smokers in side the restaurant and the dorr was ope to reception. When I ask the receptionist: How can it be possibul that people smoke inside. She did not do anything to help the situation as to forbid the smoking, but she ssaid to me that feel free to go some hundred meters to an ither restaurant to eat. I decided to eat at the hotel, because it was possible to sit outside, where nobody smoked. THe waitress was also a very negative person she was not interested to serve me and I had to wait for her to take the order about half an hour and she had only three other customer. When I had eaten the same waitress came finally to me, when I asked to pay, but she never came with the bill. I waited half an hour again and then I whent inside where she was as nothing had happened and she did not apologize at all. She did not want to take my payment so I asked if I can pay at reception and she said yes and start smoking herself inside when working!!! I went to the receptionist and I several tiles said I want to pay with Mastercard credit, but she efused to take the pyment with credit side and took it on debit which I said many, many times do not do it debit side payment. Try to avoid Hotel Cezar and find an other hotel if you want to have a positive experience and not smelling tobaco next day and having breathing problems.

The hotel.is mice the room is spacious and clean..but there was no elevator to our room in the third floor The staff was nice especially Diana was extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel. Very conveniently located. Wonderful staff, very helpful and carrying. Small but comfortable rooms, big balcony.
