I think they should have complementary coffee and tea in the morning. And also paying to park is ridiculous! Our cabin was fine, but we wish there had been a TV in the bedroom. So I would rate it just OK.

We had a lovely stay at the Ocean Sands. It is a newly renovated property with more renovations ongoing. Our room was fresh and clean. The Inn is located in a quiet area with ocean access directly across the street including a beautiful view of 2 different lighthouses. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Beach access would be good, but our stay was during the Nor'easter so no beach for us!
