Great bar, a range of local ales and traditional lagers, etc. Great staff, friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean room, just right for a short stay.

The pub is a proper pub! Good beer, great staff and friendly customers we stayed in room 2 , a good size, clean and well presented room , good value and definitely would stay again

A really good back street pub, with a choice of local ales (Bateman's among others) decent music, nice beer garden/courtyard for Spring and Summer months and a generally, good vibe. The landlady was extremely friendly and accommodating - no problems checking in a little earlier. Parking permit provided too. Think it was ensuite - large bathroom adjacent to our room. Easy access when driving into Lincoln, but no more than a 10-15 minute (albeit uphill!) walk to the Cathedral, castle and excellent pubs near Steep Hill Heaters provided, though the bathroom especially, on the cold side. Breakfast would have been a bonus. Overall, really happy and would definitely stay again when next in Lincoln.

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. I enjoyed a comfortable stay.
