Super nice staff and great welcome. Very nice garden with spa for free. The room was very small but it was great value for money. The room decoration is Golden age inspired. The breakfast was over the top good.

Une réservation quelque peu militaire dans le discours qui m'avait refroidi! Proposer l'accès au SPA inclus dans la chambre et demander 10€ de peignoir comment dire ... mettre le à 10€ avec peignoir inclus car on ne va JAMAIS au SPA sans peignoir hein..c'est comme le parking extérieur à 25€/ jour bref Pour le reste confort des chambres de la literie et très bon petit déjeuner dans une ambiance cosy très agréable

Location is the best. It is summer, room is really hot, no AC, we had to open the window but too noisy to sleep and mosquitoes even though 1-2 am still noisy from car and Motobike, we just opened and closed the windows all night long to get some sleep. Fortunately it was raining early morning around 5 am, it was cool when we could make some sleep until our breakfast time from 8-9. Not get enough sleep, but we are still happy to stay here because staffs are so nice and friendly. The hotel has parking for us €25/night. Breakfast is okay, not our style but good to have something to eat in the morning. If the hotel has AC or a fan for summer weather, it would be great to stay here longer. We just stayed one night!

Sehr schönes Hotel, das in einer ruhigen Lage liegt und dennoch ist man schnell am Meer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben komfortable Betten. Einziges Manko ist, dass sie hellhörig sind, aber das ist oft so in Frankreich. Den SPA Bereich kann man leider nur für 30 Minuten buchen, aber es ist dennoch eine willkommene Abwechslung, wenn es draußen zu kalt oder windig war (ich war im März hier). Es wäre nicht schlecht eine Liege in der Sauna zu stellen, damit man kurz entspannen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier bleiben.

La struttura è molto bella e visivamente sembra superiore ad un tre stelle. Se si viaggia in alta stagione, considerate di prenotare anche il parcheggio, che costa circa 25 euro. Mediamente Etretat ha prezzi più alti dei paesi in zona.

Tout était parfait au niveau de la chambre néanmoins le petit déjeuner est à mon goût chère pour ce que c'est, des viennoiseries fraîche de la boulangerie serais apprécié pour 16,90€. Nous avions réservé la formule spa mais l'hydrojet était en panne malgré une proposition de la direction le lendemain matin pour une autre séance l'après midi ( nous avions fait le spa la veille à 00h05 et nous devions partir ) . Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié. Malgré cela je recommande l'hôtel et l'accueil qui nous ai réservé :)

En principe, tout allait bien. Nous avons apprécié. Seul petit défaut de notre point de vue. Les heures de welness doivent être convenues avec précision. Dans le forfait bien-être à 60€, les heures de sauna sont trop courtes. 30 minutes, ce n'est pas suffisant pour le sauna et le hammam.

Super établissement, très propre, chic et soigné. Tout ce fais à pieds à partir de l'hôtel. Il est très bien situé. Le personnel est très professionnel. Grande chambre et bien décorée. De Beaux matériaux et de l'espace dans chaque pièce. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits frais, maison et de qualités. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel... Il m'a manqué: une seconde carte/clé de la chambre, un rangement dans la salle de bain, une notice ou des explications pour faire fonctionner la TV avec ses 2 télécommandes.

Très bonne localisation, la chambre sous les combles n’était pas idéale et la propreté des WC n’était pas au standing (forte odeur de pipi et brosse de WC remplie de papiers…) Personnel accueillant et zones communes agréable.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Etretat, hervorragendes Frühstück- Buffet. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr von 15€ bei der Lage absolut okay (direkt vorm Hotel ) Rundum mehr als zufrieden immer wieder gern.

To have private parking on the hotel in Etretat is "gold" during high season with many tourist. The breakfast was very good and personnel friendly. The room was located in annex was very dark and had a frosted window. The street was right outside of the window and every car passing made "a bumpy" sound when passing. Also footsteps from the guest in the room above was noticed clearly. The bathroom had recently been refurbished but not completed, as the seal between floor and walls not was yet done. Tv was not working and when trying to fix a lot of dust was found behind it. The room had dark red colour and with little light it was just for sleeping. Parking space, breakfast and friendly personnel was a positive experience, rest is to forget. Etretat as place is a must to visit.

Sentralt hotell. Lett og parkere. Hyggelig betjening. Rommet var mindre praktisk. Mørkt og opp en trang trapp. Flere små rom. Ingen vask på toalettet, oppleves urenslighet at alle må ta i flere dørhåndtak før de får vasket hendene, og så ta i de samme etterpå.., liten seng. Varmt på rommet.

Un séjour de 2 nuits très agréable en mars 2025. Suite mansardée superbe sur deux niveaux. Tout est bien pensé, on ne manque de rien et la déco est très originale. A améliorer toutefois : absence de chauffage dans la salle de douche, un petit grésillement permanent dans la suite parentale, trop d’appareils électriques sur une seule commode au premier niveau, des frais de parkings exorbitants en hors-saison, un petit-déjeuner juste correct. Mais l’emplacement est idéal et l’ensemble est très calme et agréable.

At 10 oclock we had to find a room at the other side of the street carrying our suitcases through a small stairway 3 stock high, besides paying 25 euro for an outside carparking on the lot on an un protected space, make a time schedule locking in time for breakfast otherwise we couldn’t get, after a long trip we didn’t know what time we would wake up so we couldn’t get breakfast, this besides a whole indifferent attitude from the staff!!! Not a recommendable place

This property was exactly what we were looking for. But prior to checking in my wife had an accident and had to seek medical attention and when we returned, the staff prepared a meal Long after the kitchen was closed and make sure we were comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Villa 10!! Staff were beyond helpful and nice. Helped with reservations for dinner during our stay. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bakeries and even the post office and grocery store and of course the beach to view the famous cliffs. Would love to go back already.

Room was okay. Had a nice bath and comfortable bed. It was small. There was also lots of scuffs on the walls and ant traps on the ground. The spa (costs extra to use) had no directions or signs and it was hard to converse with the concierge who didn’t speak the same language to learn the directions. Things got lost in translation. I would suggest to the property to have directions/rules listed in the spa in different languages so things don’t get missed.

La Villa 10 is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit Etretat and the beautiful cliffs. This is an older building, however, it is in such wonderful condition! It is also located a short 3 minute walk from the cliffs, so super convenient. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby, so there's plenty to do. We opted for the double bed and it was quite comfortable. We had an upstairs room and the only downside to that is that we had to walk up a very narrow set of stairs with our luggage. We received a complementary steam sauna and it was such a treat! The staff were so nice and helpful, answering all of our questions about the hotel, the area, you name it! They all deserve praise. Breakfast... Oh My Gosh!! YUM!!! Eggs, bread, croissants, pastries, yogurt, muesli, coffee, tea, and on and on... It was delicious! All of it!! 10/10 would recommend!

Vi kom till annexet och trodde det var hotellet. Det var låst men en annan boende kom ut och visade oss huvudbyggnaden så vi hittade receptionen där. Det hade varit bra med en skylt på engelska som upplyste om det. I vårt rum i annexet luktade det rök så vi fick vädra mycket de dagar vi bodde där. Annars ett perfekt boende och vi kan rekommendera det.

Une réservation quelque peu militaire dans le discours qui m'avait refroidi! Proposer l'accès au SPA inclus dans la chambre et demander 10€ de peignoir comment dire ... mettre le à 10€ avec peignoir inclus car on ne va JAMAIS au SPA sans peignoir hein..c'est comme le parking extérieur à 25€/ jour bref Pour le reste confort des chambres de la literie et très bon petit déjeuner dans une ambiance cosy très agréable

Tout était parfait au niveau de la chambre néanmoins le petit déjeuner est à mon goût chère pour ce que c'est, des viennoiseries fraîche de la boulangerie serais apprécié pour 16,90€. Nous avions réservé la formule spa mais l'hydrojet était en panne malgré une proposition de la direction le lendemain matin pour une autre séance l'après midi ( nous avions fait le spa la veille à 00h05 et nous devions partir ) . Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié. Malgré cela je recommande l'hôtel et l'accueil qui nous ai réservé :)

The only part we liked about the hotel was the location, which was close to town center. Our room was small, they have us the one in the attic, very dangerous for people traveling with kids because the stairs to room door did not have any other door to block. They dont have air conditioning, just heater, at nights it gets very cold but dont know at summer if ac would be needed. Breakfast was decent, not too many options but it was tasty

A great family run hotel right in town. Great location to walk everywhere. Room was great. We did not have breakfast there. We came from Paris for an overnight trip and planned on taking the bus for 2 euro, however there were no buses running and we had a hard time finding a taxi to drive us a half hour to the hotel. It was an unexpected $100 to get there. Not their fault at all. Just check with hotel - not just the bus website before booking. They arranged a driver back to the train. Again another $80-100 dollars. I would recommend this hotel !
