Todo muy bien el staff súper amable

This is supposedly a superior hotel, however our room had NO window, NO natural light!! I felt terribly claustrophobic not knowing waht time of the day or night it was if I didn't have a watch. The toilet door is glass, which gives poor intimacy, and absolutely no noise dampening (who wants to hear his partner "business"??). Finally the noise from the restaurant downstairs was about as loud as outside, making for a really poor night. Truly, the semi-historical contex is impressive, very nice walls, arcs and staircase in the public area.

A beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated, with large rooms and nice amenities. The location is perfect. The staff is exceptional, with a shout out to Huggo, Roxxana, Warren and all of the people who work at breakfast. (We feel badly that we didn’t get their names
