Wir haben 1 Nacht bei Bart verbracht und es war sehr schön und unkompliziert. Alles neu und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Pension liegt ruhig auf einem Dorf umgeben von Bergen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort, aber zur Selbstversorgung steht eine Küche/Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung.

Bart was an incredible host! The room was perfect, breakfast was awesome, parking was extremely convenient and the location was absolutely amazing! Absolutely beautiful and quiet setting, nestled between the mountains, and close to Mittenwald. Host is very welcoming. It is a small independent hotel, so don't expect all the amenities of a major chain. The small deluxe room is quite small, but you shouldn't be in this part of the world to spend much time in your room. Breakfast is light and cold items, but delicious. Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was great, and plenty of hot water. There's no A/C, which is common. Be prepared to hear a little traffic early in the morning if your window is open. It's just the world calling to you to get out of bed and enjoy the nature of the area! Wish we could have spent a week here instead of one night! Danke Bart!

Very clean, beautiful views, great breakfast, close to a fantastic gorge for hiking. Bart was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the glass wall that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area (which is actually one room).

Wir waren auf der Durchreise in dieser schönen Pension und waren sehr zufrieden. Super netter Besitzer, kamen nach 19 Uhr an und nach telefonischen Kontakt hinterlegte er uns den Schlüssel im Tresor und wir konnten ohne Probleme rein. Tolles Frühstück und schönes Ambiente. Die Pension liegt zwischen Bergen, einfach wunderschön. Wir können es total weiter empfehlen.

We arrived late, but the owner sent instructions for accessing the room key by email. Breakfast is provided at this hotel, there is no surcharge. It is in a lovely, quiet area in the Tirol mountains, with beautiful scenery, a friendly host and beautiful hotel. We will definitely stay here again. It may seem a long drive, but it is well worth it.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage bei Bart ! Er ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Tal, muss man definitiv mögen und wissen bevor man hin fährt ! Man wird dafür mit tollem Ausblick und Wege für mega Spaziergänge in der Natur belohnt ! Uns hat es toll gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Very clean, beautiful views, great breakfast, close to a fantastic gorge for hiking. Bart was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the glass wall that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area (which is actually one room).

We arrived late, but the owner sent instructions for accessing the room key by email. Breakfast is provided at this hotel, there is no surcharge. It is in a lovely, quiet area in the Tirol mountains, with beautiful scenery, a friendly host and beautiful hotel. We will definitely stay here again. It may seem a long drive, but it is well worth it.

The host, Bart, was so friendly and helpful, and gave us some wonderful ideas of things to do during our stay. The property itself was perfect and exactly what I wanted, quiet and so easy to reach many of the activities that I wanted to enjoy while there. Several excellent restaurants were walking distance from the property. Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. An excellent stay, thank you!

Our host was very helpful to get us acclimated to the area from USA. He really extended himself to assist us with directions to his property. Loved finding our room comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was healthy, lots of options from muesli to baked goods to delicious coffee. So enjoyed the remote setting surrounded by mountains, lush green fields and dense forests.
