Great for a stopover for a quick trip. Room is very basic but it has everything you need. It’s exactly what we needed and we’re happy we booked it, staff were lovely and the restaurant downstairs was perfect. We didn’t venture out too much as we had already been around Warsaw and were using this as a quick respite that was close to the airport for a 3am pick up.

Check in was smooth upon arrival. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also great as is the staff. The hotel is near the Metro and Tram stops with a great Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant on the street What I would have liked would have been some small toiletries for the bathroom and larger pillows. While my bed was comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and too small. I asked for and received a second one. I would stay again

Terrible, old, smelly, rude staff. No Ac ,no wifi,no toiletries, spring bed digging into your back. Smells like an ashtray and dirty. Most of all over-priced-$160 per night plus $20 for parking that is tiny and you constantly get blocked in by other cars in the garage or on the street and not being able to ger out.

The room was in a horrible condition. No soundproof !!! You could hear every sound next door or in the corridor as if there were no walls. So we woke up a few times every night. The bathroom was falling apart! The toilet paper never showed up. Sheets with wholes in them. Nobody ever bothered to clean up the room during our two weeks stay. The werst experience ever!

Hotel bien ubicado con metro y tranvía. Se nota que lo están reformando. Desayuno bastante bien. Lo único que el servicio de habitaciones, solo se limitaba a cambiar toallas y bolsas de basuras. No hacen las camas, no lavan los utensillos de cocina (puedo entenderlo) pero hemos visto que tampoco se limpiaba el suelo. Las camas crujen un montón. Es imposible dormir, deberían cambiarlas.

Location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram, the bus and the metro . Zabka and 24 hr alcohol shop too. We stayed here in September and whilst the windows open fully get a room with air conditioning as sleeping with the windows open is loud outside as it's near a main road. Loved the hotel. Bathroom clean room modern and well set up. Would stay again

Noisy, dirty and staff who apparently don't like their jobs. There was dust and dirt in both rooms we were given, it doesn't seem like they wash floors and surfaces that often. Very noisy between rooms, between floors and a lot of noise from the kitchen if you have a room facing the "backyard". Perfect if you Like having a conversation with someone next door, down the hall or any of the floors. Only reason to recommend this hotel is its location. Close to public transport and the old city.

Noisy room overlooking the street so had to keep the window closed, and no air-conditioning so it was too hot. No drawers or storage space at all for clothes for clothes & possessions. The beds were not made and the room not serviced even when I put the sign 'please service my room' on the door.

I read mixed review's before booking and in the end decided to go with this one as it seemed good value. Overall it was good, 15 minute walk to the old town, clean, comfortable beds. Agree with other reviews that the area is noisy. If you close the windows all is good except there is no air conditioning. So, if you don’t mind the warmer air or the noise it’s a perfect please to stay close to downtown for a good price

The hotel has a great location with good walking and commuting distance to anywhere. Otherwise there is not much to tell - service was ok, breakfast was ok, the atmosphere was not clean and there was ongoing painting in the hallways. No soundproofing - especially the cleaning staff made a lot of noise with some walkie-talkies. There was no air conditioner, so it was really hot. The view was to other rooms directly within a short distance.

The hotel was comfy enough and the shower/bathroom was perfectly fine. The hotel was nicely based, right next to a tube station and not far from a shopping centre. It took me less than 20 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw by tube, perfect for a 20 minute ticket. The only things I wasn't too happy with were threefold. One, that the towels provided were barely big enough for a child. Two, that the breakfast was poor value for money compared to another hotel I stayed in that had a slightly cheaper breakfast with twice the selection. Thirdly, the hotel was quite noisy. Many of the room's windows face in on each other and I could hear people loudly at all hours. It's a perfect hotel for a few days stay though.
