Staff Friendly, only one person cleaning rooms, no cooked breakfast, hamper in room. Yet when booked it advertised cooked breakfast. Room wasn't cleaned once in our 3 night stay. Didn't refresh towels, had to asked for clean cups, no glasses provided for orange juice. Whole hotel could do with some maintenance done, new carpets, window locks broken, could do with painting, things just generally need updating certainly wouldn't stay again wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hamper breakfast was good and we had in the dining room. Disappointed on-site bar closed well before 10pm (particularly as we had been told that it would be open to at least 10pm, maybe longer depending on the number of guests using). There were still half a dozen still drinking when we returned. We would have gone elsewhere for a drink if we had known. Shower problem already reported on earlier review.

We had a lovely stay the staff were lovely the only criticism is the shower in the room wasn't very powerful but it had hot water.We would stay again.
